El Tlacoyo Bigoton

Alright so I've been driving past this place for almost a year! It always seems empty or no one visiting the shop. But I was on Yelp and it recommended this place! Curious I walked my dogs over, since it's open area they allow dogs! There is a sitting area while you wait for your food because everything is HAND MADE on the spot! Just like in Mexico City! The ambiance around the food truck is cute, almost like a little fondita in Mexico! We ordered a few things since I am from Mexico City and I always crave that authentic style food but can't seem to find it besides tex mex! We'll go and behold it's in my back yard. The Pambazo was soooo good!!!!! the Tlacoyo was really good too, could of used more nopales and cheese but everything tasted amazing!' I only gave them 4 stars because they over use the stickers of their food truck logo! To the point they put it inside your food. Other than that overall amazing!!!! Run don't walk!!!!!!

It's rare when I find a good pambazo and love the fact how close it is from my area. It's a bit pricey but worth it. The horchata is perfect also you get some chips and salsa while waiting

The food is authentic and the flavor is amazing. The owner gives you a small bag with chips & salsa while you wait for your order. He knows english & spanish, so don't let a lack of spanish skills deter you. I got the quesabirria, chicken tinga tacos, pastor tacos, pambazo & mini flautas. The quesabirra and consome were packed with flavor. Everything was delicious, the chicken tinga and pastor tacos were bomb, the pambazo was on a soft bun with a savory potato and chorizo fillling, and the flautas were perfectly crispy and served with a side of fideo. The salsas were spicy but had me going back for more. I've come back 4 times in the last two weeks and I plan to make this a weekly stop on the way home from work. El Tlacoyo Bigoton is slept on and, in my personal opinion, is the best taco stand in the heights. I highly recommend trying this place.

Wonderful food, tasty and fresh. The service couldn't have been better and a mega bonus is that the truck and its surroundings are extremely clean. I have bern eyeing a visit to ETB for almost a year, I felt attracted by its prominent animated screen, I wish I have done it earlier :) The "aguas frescas" (Mexican drinks) were great too; however, the only criticism is that they only offer them in an exaggerated size/price that does not match the price of the food.Prices are reasonable, not as cheap as the typical Mexican food truck, you pay a bit more for the freshness, quality and size of the portions. It's all good. I'll be back and I hope they can offer me "aguas frescas" in smaller sizes.

Amazing good, I ordered 9 tacos Al pastor and they were incredible! Homemade tortillas, authentic through and through. The even offer chips and salsa why you wait for the food.Salsas we're flavor packed. Some were spicy, but great flavor.My wife got the elote, it was perfection.Horchata to drink.Total cost = $31, felt like a stealOverall, great spot! Hope the traffics picks up because I want to eat here again and again.

The beef quesadilla is bomb, so is the pork taco. Highly recommend. Food is very fresh, and the staff are all very nice.

Hands down the BEST authentic food- made fresh from scratch, there's a noticeable difference in the quality and taste between here and other food trucks and restaurants. My boyfriend and I go here all the time
