El Taco Rico

Phenomenal food find. The shrimp taco and the fish taco are beyond amazing! The fish taco was seasoned exceptionally well. Hands down the best fish taco I've ever had. I definitely have a new go to taco place. Can't wait to sample the rest of the menu.

Quality tacos here that are worth the wait! I love their chicken and shrimp tacos on corn tortillas and flour tortillas; I have yet to try their tostadas or other fun items on their menu. Lunch time is often a bit of an outdoor wait but I enjoyed time away from my screen and car the last time I was here. They serve the tacos fresh, warm, and never soggy or undercooked. And, their prices are super affordable too!! I have never gotten a photo, because I devour them pretty quickly. What a lovely lovely gem in this part of town! I'll try to remember a photo next time.

These ladies know what they are doing. I got 2 tacos no onion and cilantro y got lettuce and tomato instead. They were great!!! The hand made tortillas were hearty and went well with the taco. They did not rear off like most tortillas do. The fajita was really good but the chicharron was AMAZING!! Great level of spicy!!! They went great with both the red and green sauce.

I was craving breakfast tacos and popped by here for the first time. It was so delicious I told my sister to stop by later. She enjoyed it herself and also got me a torta because I couldn't get enough

The people operating the food truck were kind and it took roughly a bit over 5 mins to get my food after ordering. This is a to-go place, there are no tables or seats to sit and enjoy your meal. I didn't have any issues parking on a Saturday morning.I tried their breakfast tacos and they were good but I don't think the flour tortilla was homemade. Not a deal breaker for me but it was missing that extra touch. However, the tacos were at a great price point, I spent ~$15 for six of them.I would consider them again if I'm hungry near EaDo.

This place was incredible! I found them on DoorDash and decided to take the risk. First of all, the birria tacos were HEAVENLY. Their hot sauce (both green and red) were delicious with a nice spice to it. They gave a generous amount of onion and cilantro, and the consume was on point. The sandia is my new obsession too! Will absolutely be back.

Yesterday I order pupsas and the order came correct except for my other dish I order ...they mess my order today ,I call and they told me they don't make jalapeños and cheese but yesterday that wat I order and now they lying to me saying they dont make that ..this is the 2 time they mess my order i try to be nice and order again but they jus disrespectful DONT ORDER they mess up my order everytime they rude, liers this is not even meat r chicken is squishy they gave me left overs I guess ima have to order again ( abviously not there ) smh WASTE of FOOD

Y'all....they put hot dogs in my burrito and taco and called it a sausage burrito and taco. I'm livid!! I can't believe I paid $35 for hotdogs oh cheese and eggs too Nope...never again! 1st and last time!Head on over to Brother's Taco House for your food. This place isn't it.

Was in town for a few days. Did some serious research about the most authentic tacos in town. Went to several places and they all paled compared to El Taco Rico taco truck. The tacos are perfect. They actually have flavor and it's not dried out meat. It's got that authentic taco taste that everyone who has had an actual real quality taco knows what I mean when I say that. I needed a tums after but that's because I had seven tacos and got all the toppings. Can't miss.

Shrimp tacos with Cole Slaw were amazing. Service was quick even with a line in the parking lot.
