I Haven't order food from here in about a year and don't remember it being this bad. I got an 8 piece family meal and first off they forgot 1 piece of chicken. Then they cut the only thigh and only breast in 1/2. And I paid extra for white meat. Literally 2 bites in each piece. Mac and cheese was gross, rice was hard, and they forgot the salsa and pico. Tried calling them but their VM is full and not receiving messages. Not surprised at all, everyone probably trying to call and complain. spoon is for sizing comparison only This is really pathetic looking. I needed a quick meal for my kids before I left to the airport. They didn't even eat it it was so bad. Hwy 6 and West Road location. Posted in my neighborhood app and everyone else was saying they've had bad experiences as well.

I am consistently disappointed in this El Pollo loco. I love the shrimp tacos here so I come often however today maybe my last time. when I pulled up in the parking lot there was an employee standing outside smoking, he came in after me and went directly to the kitchen and started bare handing the food. Didn't wash his hands didn't put gloves on just took off his jacket and started cooking. Three managers standing around and did not suggest to him that perhaps he should wash his hands when he comes into work. I watched the second employee come in and do the exact same thing. Immediately come in from outside and not wash their hands and start cooking. Again no gloves and again not a single manager stopped them and said anything about itDining room is a mess it o there are no napkins out here and everyone's just standing around having a good time chatting it up back therePicture of receipt shows time and date of my visit

I don't come here often but decided to stop by after working out at the gym. I ordered the beyond meat chicken burrito. To my surprise it was delicious! I couldn't tell that it wasn't real chicken at all! So good!I came back later that week and ordered two piece chicken. And it was not fresh at all! I was so upset because I had a great experience the first time. They gave me a dry breast and a half of a wing. How you give someone half of a wing and not notice? Lol So my experiences were completely different. One was great and the other sucked :-( :-( :-(

Ordered No Avacado. Got Avacado on *everything* and extra Avacado side. Chicken was way over cooked, old, & disgusting. Upon pick up, the floors were dirty. The condiment bar was filthy and condiments were mixed together. I pitched the whole thing with out eating it. Old, cold, over cooked chicken is bad news.

My dad spent 56.49$ on 3 shredded chicken nachos, and 2 bowls. let me just say after eating those chicken nachos a few hours later my stomach had a sharp pain in it and now I just threw up CHICKEN! I'm not saying the food is what caused that, well yes I am but for us to have gotten soggy chips and 6-7 hard pieces of chips that's unacceptable! I'm Just saying My mom didn't even like her bowl and said the chicken was hard and dry! my chicken tasted Wierd! Now I can't even go to school because I feel bad. This is the first time I've gotten the nachos I usually always get the kids meal burritos because I get full fast but Never again will I eat here unless I'm forced to or payed! Also I went in and I could see the chicken being cooked it looked delicious but smelt questionable! never again

So you get screws in the drive through! I ordered a 12-mixed piece family meal. Which entails 12-mixed pieces of chicken, and 3 large sides and tortillas. 1/3 of the chicken was over done. The tortillas were not added.The large Mac and Cheese was water down cheese and some elbow pasta.The mashed potato was a little dry but at least the can was almost full. Which came with and ounce of gravy. And a large side salad which looked half eaten with some crumbles that appears to be chips and no dressing. Cost $41.67This should feed eight people but the sides were medium and not large. I'm not sure what happened to this establishment. It use to be decent and palatable. But I will not being retuning to this crap hole ever.Signed, ripped off and pissed!

First time here and I thought it was gonna be good from the smell . Very!! Disappointed the rice was bland and very dry the Chili's sauces were terrible, tortillas are very cheap and tasted terrible, and the only reason I gave a star was because the sweet tea was only thing on point here . Safe to say I will never come back here again . The pollo is loco and very mid!
