El Patrón Cigar Lounge

I'll start off by saying I'm writing this review 5 months later than I should, but life is a bit hectic with your first baby. Shortly before my daughter was born I stopped by here to get a humidor. They were about $50. I only had a $50.00 gift card that I had forgot about and was wanting to use it. Some how we had got on the conversation that my baby girl would be arriving any day. And this backstory is why I chose to leave a review for this place. The man I was speaking with told me pick my humidor and he would make sure that it was under my gift card amount. He then proceeded to offer me a free cigar and told me to pick any one I wanted. I dont know too much about cigars since it's still new for me and I smoke them very rarely, so I asked him to choose for me. Besides, he was offering the free cigar. He gave me one called the "Gunny" after asking what I like in a cigar. I have yet to smoke it, but it smells awesome. Anyhow, the total amounted to $48 and some change. That what I consider OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! It totally made my day and helped from feeling so anxious about having my first child. I will be coming back here for sure whenever I'm around the area again. Please take your patronage to them as well.

El Patron is my favorite cigar lounge. They are very supportive of their veterans. I am a Army Reservist and drill at Ellington Field. My friends and I like to have a stogie after a long weekend of drilling. We thought of going to El Patron but when we got there on Sunday they were closed. Alisha and Steve, the owners, just happen to be there doing repairs. They opened the place just for us!! They are the bes!!..oh and by the way their hand rolled Cuban seed Maduro is fantastic!

Very nice environment. Somewhat blue collar and military, but you're across the street from Ellington, so it's on brand. Very affordable and excellent cigars. Randy is a very nice man and someone you want to give business to.

Great place for an excellent hand rolled cigar. Every stick is excellent in composition and taste can't rave enough about them. Super friendly staff comfortable lounge great cigars you can't beat it! Don't pass this one by.

Had a delayed flight and found this place close to the airport. Stopped in and hung out to smoke a cigar and was impressed! Great selection of handrolled cigars I can't find in Chicago.Will be back again if i have another flight delay!

Relaxing atmosphere and enjoyable company. Great products. Good variety of cigars. Even have Astro memorabilia.
