El Limón

The closest authentic tacos we can get close to us. We usually order out but dine in was not bad either.Cute lil' restaurant, but service can be a little slow. They're nice people though.Give them a try if you're craving Mexican tacos.

Have ordered 4 times out of those 4 orders 3 were completely screwed up and when contacted to notify them I received an apology they didn't give me the food I ordered and paid for or a refund very bizarre customer service. Everyone in my family is banned from ordering from here.

Honestly, I'm tempted to give El Limon 5*. You get 2 free margaritas with your meal! Have you ever heard of such a thing?! I have not. And the food was pretty doggone good. And the people working there were friendly. And the place was clean. And the service was fast. And my tacos were on point. And the girlfriend really raved about her dish. And the price wasn't bad at all.You know what? I changed my mind. El Limon gets 5*. Is it a restaurant worthy of a Michelin star? Nooooo.... it is actually much better than that. Food that hits you right where you want to be hit for a price you don't mind paying. Keep up the good work!

Jonathan, the cashier who took my order says, "the menu prices are incorrect and all food prices now cost more." When asked why it's not reflexes in the paper menu that clearly shows it costs less than ten cents and ten minutes to create, he could not give me an answer. Unsure why. Well, I will not be back due to this inconsistency.

The food was absolutely delish and so affordable, will definitely be dining here again

We had a great experience here tonight. We've been meaning to come for a while and it didn't disappoint. They offered complimentary margaritas though it's also BYOB. We got the loaded nachos to start, which came with guacamole. Very good, especially if you like more onion heavy salsa. Then an assortment of tacos - the el pastor and chorizo were the best, with the chicken tinga a close second. We also got the chicken Quesadilla which was tasty. We finished with the churros. Will try for takeout next time and report back.

absolutely love this place. amazing food !! my favorites are the tortilla soup, loaded nachos, and the shrimp tacos !! the people who work they're are so friendly too! place is pretty humble, but doesn't rlly matter bc of how good the food is !!

We learned about this place through NextDoor Wallingford, and we're glad we did. It's a friendly, unpretentious neighborhood restaurant that, nonetheless, serves delicious Mexican food. My husband had Steak Enchiladas which were very tasty and well presented. I had Tacos Dorado which were crispy and delightful. We topped it all off with churros with ice cream, which was beautiful and delicious. There's very good parking and, although it's near Media/Wawa train tracks, the trains are fun to watch. The price of the meal was very, very reasonable. We will return.

I personally enjoyed my dine-in experience. The margaritas were on the house for my husband and I at our afternoon lunch date, and the staff was pleasant and attentive. We came on a relatively warm day and it was brightly lit and comfortable temperature wise. The quesadillas were simple in execution but tasty. Loved how the mozzarella cheese melted and I had 3 little heaps of tomatoes, sour cream, and lettuce. Hubby had the fish tacos with refried beans and rice. The latter he really liked, the fish tacos not as much. The real treat was the churros and ice cream though, which were amazingly decadent. We have family that live nearby so we'll be back.

Service was poor, at best. Fouled up our orders, didn't bring appetizer and never refilled any of our drinks. I won't be going back anytime soon.
