El Limon

My son and I stopped here for a quick mid-week lunch. We just had tacos and they were delicious! We'll definitely be going back again soon. Service was quick. This is a little restaurant in a small strip mall. Seating is nothing fancy but that's not what you're expecting here. We'll be back!

The food was pretty good! We got carryout and ended up ordering tacos, a burrito, fajitas, and some chips and guacamole for our group. My tacos were only decent until I added some of the delicious green salsa on top :) Then they were much better. The red salsa was also good! The chips were a little thick for my liking but the guacamole was definitely tasty. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well. Importantly, the prices were very reasonable, which is always appreciated. I would definitely come back here!

El Limon is in a little strip mall off of the Main Street. Parking was easy. Decor was very basic - like a pizza shop's. The menu was and the food was okay. The main reason for only 3 stars - the tamales were extremely dry. Extremely. The place was empty. They appear to do mostly take out at this point.

The food was delicious! We ordered tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. Everything was tasty and cooked well.

Not much in way of ambiance, but the food is served wicked fast and is really delicious. The prices are fair and portions are a good size. It's one of my favorite spots to grab lunch.

Went in last week and got a burrito to go. It was the worst burrito I ever had (and I've had many from living in SF, okay I'm spoiled). It was basically a tortilla stuffed with rice and a little chicken. No beans, no salsa fresca, no cheese, no guacamole and no sour cream. I'm not certain the person who took my order knew what I wanted as it was not what I received. Needless to say I will not return to El Limon. I tend to not like chain restaurants in general and my experience at El Limon reinforced why that is so. Apparently, they need a manager to ensure consistent quality. And, I was charged too much for what I received. Caveat emptor!

After a long time.......I finally found the BEST Mexican Restaurant around!!!!***El Limon*** When i order a burrito.......there is MEAT!! Not Just Rice. You wont leave hungry!!! The food is the Best of the Best

Excellent chicken burrito and shrimp tacos. Fast ordering and good service. Love this place.

I was singularly not impressed by El Limon. It seemed like it was trying to be too many things and mostly failing at each one. Much better than Taco Bell, but it came across as a Mexican Diner with pretensions. The food was competent and large portions, but not worth the price. The ambience was upscale diner (not what I was looking for at their pricing). Okay if they are the only thing open when you're hungry and you HAVE TO HAVE Mexican. We've never gone back.
