Cute Mexican theme with lots of outdoor seating...so important right now Service is excellent from hostess to waiterfood was very good, cheese enchiladas...no meat in the sauce...important if you are a non meat eater...fajita's were excellent!Oh my, so happy that we ordered margaritas!Excellent!Prices are reasonable...clean and inviting We will definitely return

It's very hard trying to find a good restaurant in the Humble/Huffman area, there are not many restaurants that I care for the food. My best friend and I decided to give El Jimador a try and was not disappointed. Now I visit regularly with my bestie and/or husband. My go to dish is the Camarones A La Plancha. I have tried the Spinach Enchiladas, Beef Enchiladas & the Filete And Veggies all delicious. Today I decide to try the Mojarra Frita and it was good also, maybe a lil more seasoning could be used but nothing to complain about. The margaritas are so good!! The lime, raspberry & strawberry are all great choices. The staff is friendly and stay on top of things so that's a plus as well. Major points for having a patio area!

I went to El Jimador because a friend had mentioned it was good. However, I wasn't impressed. I ordered the enchilada trio so I could try multiple things. All three of the enchiladas lacked flavor. I wouldn't order any of them again. The salsa that was brought to the table was also very tomato heavy without much other flavor or heat. We also ordered queso which was just okay. It came with a side of jalapeños, carrots, and onions that weren't even mild in flavor. I wouldn't go back.

Good Mexican restaurant with usual offerings. Food was better than average and we were happy with the service so will definitely keep in mind when we Mexican food!

Salsa was served warm which was nasty and service sucked the people behind us got served first and I got a fajita burrito and there was no fajitas in it just ground beef n cheese won't be coming back

Always a good choice for Mexican food. I love their fajitas especially the beef. Most places the beef can be chewy but these were soft and delicious.

Close to home and no frills service and food. Great place for Mother's Day or casual dining. Prices and portions are consistent.

The bill that was brought to the table did not match what my credit card was charged. Asked for manager and they said it was the machine that's split the check in 2. $170 does not split to $99.84 each. They wouldn't budge. Wont be going back

Big roomy family style place. Extensive menu and free ice cream. It didn't set my heart aflame, but it was good and generous servings. The margaritas are good. Service is always prompt and good, and exciting seems to be cleaned very well.

Great food at great prices. Extensive menu. Excellent service. We had tortilla soup, enchiladas verda, taco salad and polo de creams. Also ordered guacamole salad it was huge. The 4 of us couldn't finish it off.
