El Grand Taco

This spot is so good and have been coming here for years but unfortunately their prices have gone up drastically... I used to pay 1.50 for a taco and now they're charging 2.75 for ONE taco. This change in price was recent and their reason for it is increasing prices on "everything". I mean I understand increasing prices by a quarter or fifty cents but they went up a whole $1.25... I think that's just too much and I will not be coming back because I know plenty of other good taco trucks who charge $1.00-$1.50 per taco.

Can't believe I've never done a review for this truck. Shame on me!With all the taco stands in this area, you'd think this orange truck sitting behind a shopping strip wouldn't be making it. You are oh so wrong!These guys have been here for a VERY long time. What makes them 5 star IMO is that over the years outside of painting the truck orange nothing's changed. Their food & service hasn't changed. Prices are still the best around. Orders are always fresh & hot. I'm no pro & idk what goes into the making of a gordita shell but man they've got some of the best. They aren't tough or stale tasting as I've had at other trucks. The tortas a very good too. Never had an issue w/ portions or orders being wrong. Their salsa is yummy too! If you can get past what some would say is a shady/ghetto area, then you'll be able to make it to some really tasty bites that come with great prices & a smile. Yelp on my friends!

Tacos are always fresh & delish ... Ladies are very nice & provide excellent service! Food always consistent in taste.. Service always friendly & with a Smile!

The go to taco truck on a Friday. Order ahead on the phone to avoid a wait. Grande quesadilla with fajita is great. A little greasy but grilled fajita is delicious.

Literally the best tacos I had there Service is polite and kind but the tacos of fajita are amazing we come every week it's really calm and peaceful clean place to eat at trust me it's worth it you'll keep wanting to come back !!!

This place makes good fajita tacos but they are stingy on the toppings. You will get a leaf of cilantro and the thinnest dice of avocado. I don't know how these places stay in business. I remember cilantro and onion used to fall out of tacos when you picked them up but now prices get higher and the portions get smaller and smaller. I also did not like whatever cheese they use on their quesadillas. It was super thick and salty.

Love this taco stand, always has our to go order ready. everything is fresh always taste increíble. We love their salsa. Agua frescas are refreshing! The workers are really attentive too. Ignore the bad reviews, the regulars hold it down.

Prices have gone up astronomically since last year when we used to eat here, which would be alright if the quality and quantity was still the same but they've become incredibly stingy with the portions. our box of platillo mixto went from $15 to $18 and a quarter of the box was just onions instead of meat like it used to be and the food is no longer very fresh either.

Tacos are 2$ now that they accept credit cards, I was ok with it because these are the best in the area. Usually comes with cilantro, queso, onion, and avocado. Now they are no longer serving with avocado. Can't raise prices and then take stuff off the tacos...... I think the flour tortilla is homemade and it's the best tortilla I've ever had but I just don't think the price is worth it anymore if I'm not even getting avocado (which is what usually makes the tacos more pricey)
