El Chaparro Mexican Bar & Grill - Spring

Nice spot!Service was great, food was yummmmm, and drinks were great as well!! The menu is fairly big, they have a little bit of everything. From tacos and burritos, to fajita plates and seafood dishes. Drink menu was fun! Had a ton of drinks to choose from (mainly margs or tequila based), but can mix and match anything really. Lot of flavors to choose from for the margs. My fav was guava and the hibiscus.Would definitely come back!!

Ate here a couple days ago and was thinking about how AWESOME the food was I had to leave a review.I had the chicken fajita nachos and I loved that they have half portions, I only ate half of the half portion and took the rest home! It was sooo delicious and they didn't skimp on the Guac and sour cream at all. Prices were all super reasonable too!The salsa and chips were very flavorful, the red sauce was nice and warm and the green sauce was really delicious. Even the chips seemed really crisp and fresh.The waiter was also super, super nice and incredibly fast. We didn't ask for refills or more chips, they just magically appeared. Food came out incredibly quick too, and was presented really nicely and as aforementioned, was so delicious.Overall, I'd give this place a 10/10 if I could!! My only tidbit would be a little less sugar in the tea but otherwise, it was the perfect date place! Will definitely come here more often!

Well feel bad. Started a review last time was here and apparently never finished. Anyway I was rating them 5 stars. Interesting I was ready to go with another 5 stars. The red salsa was awesome flavor and nice and hot. The fajitas Gratinadas was prepared to perfection for both the chicken and beef. The server was very pleasant and did not allow is to wait for anything. Way to go! Thanks!

If I could give no stars I would. Worst food in the world. Bottled salsa and chips. Look elsewhere.

3:00 PM. Monday, day after Christmas and the place was slammed. Very busy and obvious staff shortage. Nevertheless, after a short delay our party was seated, drinks ordered, and chips and salsa served. Staff was obviously very busy but they still handled everything perfectly and with a smile. Food and drinks were absolutely on point and very enjoyable. El Chaparro is not so far from where I live and this was probably my fourth or fifth visit and each one was very pleasant from both a food and service standpoint. All considered El Chaparro is becoming our go to choice for TexMex.

Great food, great customer service, good prices and clean location. Music is loud and annoying and care of respect to the customers songs with not proper lyrics for a family restaurant

Love the margaritas here! The flight is my absolute favorite and you get to pick the flavors!!The food is all good! Their fajita meat is NOT gluten free, but they will grill me chicken for most chicken dishes without the marinade. Other things are gluten free like tostadas, flautas, queso flameado etc.The servers are very friendly and really helpful with food changes.

One of my favorite Mexican Restaurants! The service is always good, the food is always delicious. The place is always clean and when the weather is nice I love the outdoor dining.

Went for lunch, disappointed & do not recommend. Service was good. Food was not. No agua frescas, no seasoning on the food. Won't be back.
