El Cazador

I am absolutely obsessed with their Birria tacos. I probably go once a week. I ordered through the app or walk in an order and they always have it ready for me so I don't have to spend my whole lunch break waiting. They are also generous with their chips and salsa and drinks. It's nice and cozy inside too.

Service was excellent, food was decent albeit not quite as tasty as I had anticipated, lighting was a little low for my liking but overall ambiance was palatable.

Great food! The services is so good. I like the food very much. Cheese dip, also good! Salsa, yum yum.

Being from California i am a bit of a Mexican food snob. So this was a decent choice for wanting that home goodness but be forward reading my review I am picky about Mexican food. We had amazing service from the waiter with our large party of 14. Good margaritas, the guacamole wash fresh. The asada burrito with green sauce was very yummy. The down side would be my kids quesidillas had the fake American cheese in it so my kids wouldn't eat it. The red sauce on the enchiladas was not your traditional enchilada sauce, im not sure what it was... everyone seemed okay with thier fish tacos, nothing amazing. The rice had corn and peas in it which gave a wierd taste to the burritos. I would go back if a group was going already, the atmosphere was on point too, but not the best.

I am completely disgusted with how I was treated tonight at this location. The manager whose name might be "Adelina" answered the phone in a nasty tone and I place my order at 9:10 pm with proof from my phone. She did not ask me for my name, she then told me it would be ready in 15 minutes I said ok. I came inside the restaurant to pick my order up. The bad built manager then says loudly "WE ARE CLOSED". I then answered and said "I am here for a pick up?" Her attitude was disgusting, she then says we don't have your order and I know she definitely took my order because I remembered her voice from the phone. Her tone was so rude and I work in the medical field so I was not only tired but I wanted to go home. This was the last thing I wanted to deal with after seeing clients. There was NOTHING she was trying to accommodate and then kept repeating herself by saying "the kitchen is closed". Knowing she was wrong and then tried to accuse me of lying by saying I never placed the order until I brought my phone in and showed the proof. Once again she had nothing to say but to keep answering in a nasty tone. I asked her for the manager and she then said "she was the manager " which is gross knowing they hired someone like that to deal with customers. She not only looked miserable but her attitude really brought it all together. She was not giving me the email to contact anyone over her and then said "look online" being funny. I then contacted a friend who owns a couple restaurants in Fayetteville, N.C. and she told me that her being the manager and having this issue, she can't withhold that information. I then walked back in to ask again and she's talking on her cellphone to someone. While this is all going on another customer walks in and says he also placed an order, she answers and says " you waited too long?!?" What a joke. This whole event was honestly embarrassing on the restaurants part knowing that I was not the only one. When she finally hangs up I let her know that she can't withhold that and she then says "I just spoke to the general manager, he said come tomorrow!" Excuse me? I then caught her in another lie and said "well how does he know who I am if you didn't get any of my information ?" Uh oh... she then lost her mind and started being super ill mannered. I walked out, she locked the door behind me. So I called the police and informed her I would be doing that before she locked the door because of the way she was acting. The police then helped me and notified me that they would escort me in the morning if I needed it but could not help since she locked the door and it's technically after hours. They even were shocked the general manager didn't call me immediately knowing the manager was escalating the situation in a violent way. Wow right? What a disappointment from this business. I will not only be stopping here but I will keep on going up the chain, because she needs to be TERMINATED. That is the Manager of this "establishment" everyone. I use to come here all the time for the quesabirria tacos. There was a simple question asked about whether the portions got smaller. Asked to speak to the manager and the rude one came . whose name starts with "A". and over with an attitude. Then she goes to the waitresses and starts being disrespectful as if I want address her non-sense! save your money don't even come here. there are many other restaurants to visit who are respectful. ATP it would be 0 stars

I recently had a bad experience with el cazador with gettin 4 ACP's , but they made up for it tonight . It was like it usually was , that's what keeps me going back . Wasn't stingy. With the rice cheese and other ingredients . But tonight they definitely were not stingy. Thank u el cazador for making up one bad experience out of all the times I've ate here. Will continue to dine here

Got delivery. Food was just average, nothing special. After placing the order I was advised via text that delivery would be in 1 hour and 40 minutes. That's a little too long for me.

Disgusting place. Carne asada burrito had specks of burnt mystery meat and mostly rice for filling. Couldn't eat this crappie junk. Very disappointing. Not what they advertise themselves to be. Over priced and not authentic Mexican food. Got it boxed to go and threw it out to the dogs. Beware, don't go there. They need to go back to culinary school and learn how to cook authentic Mexican cuisine.
