EGM eat greek miami

BEST greek food I've ever had. Not just in Miami, but EVER. EGM is a combo restaurant with Buena Vista Deli. (So it's two restaurants in one)We came here for lunch and was blown away! We got the three cold dip app (babaganoush was out of this world!) and my bf got the lamb gyro. PROTIP: get the salad with protein for lunch! It's $11, and I got half chicken and half lamb gyro since I couldn't decide. SO GLAD I DID! The CHICKEN IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!! it's so juicy, crisp, flavorful! The salad came with a huge portion of protein, tzaziki sauce, and Greek salad side. I had enough leftovers to make a second meal. This place has been open for about 6 months now and I hope it lasts! It seems like this part of town, nothing, even businesses who seem to be doing really well with great reviews, can stay in business! Maybe it's the rent cost but best of luck to EGM!

What u mean u don't eat no meat, okay I make you lamb! So sooo good! Craving Greek and there isn't many options on the Beach and while in midtown stopped and ordered from this pop up! The place is located within Victory restaurant close to Tap 42. There's a small sign outside says Eat Greek but can be missed. Order directly from the site if you order takeout rather than some delivery service so they get the full price for their service and food. I got the gyro platter and it was so big and absolutely delicious. My friends were delicious of my take out choice and I don't share food especially when it's this delicious. Came with pita bread a side Greek salad with generous portion of feta cheese and so much lamb! I will definitely be back and sure some of my friends will to. The staff were super friendly and nice which is great to see happy faces during these time.

My husband and I had dinner tonight on a double date with my cousin and her husband. The place was nicely decorated inside. The hummus was great as well as our food. The service was good and music as well with latin and reggaeton playing a good level, enough to enjoy and be able to talk. My husband had a grilled shrimp platter and I a falafel and hummus pita.

Food is good - nothing to write home about. However, they don't have a drink menu. You ask for the drink menu and they say the bartender can make anything. Now I know why they don't have a drink menu. Because their drinks are sooooo overpriced. A glass of prosecco is almost as much as a platter of food $14! I don't even want to know how much a cocktail is, where the bartender would have to do a tad more than pour it from the bottle into a glass. Ridiculous and does not live up to the standards of the surrounding restaurants to justify the prices. Will not return.

OMG! Authentic Greek food half a mile from me I wish I had found you sooner! I was so excited receiving my order finally a real Greek salad without any lettuce had cucumbers peppers and tomatoes and the feta cheese was creamy and moist like I like it -not overpowering with salt like some other places. It crumbled nicely and they didn't just throw a brick of cheese down. I also ordered the wonderful yogurt dip Tzatziki also homemade and delicious with freshly made soft pita bread pieces. All the boxes sealed for my protection as you can see in the pictures which was such an added plus during these times. I will be ordering more often I can't wait to try their other dishes that must be just a spectacular.

Interesting concept, common in Europe through - you come in to one place, but can order from 2 different menus (cuisines). EGM is Greek and Buena Vista Deli is French. At first we're sitting outside and then someone decided to smoke, so we wanted to change place and sit inside. Our waiter was very rude - he was telling that the guy just going to smoke one cigarette outside and then come back inside, so we should not worry. Hello!!! We (family of 4 with 2 pre-teens) should sit and breathe the smoke?!? And then someone else will decide to smoke outside (at the tables)... Restaurant looks empty, only couple of tables were occupied, I guess I know why... Food was okay, presentation is nice.

Just picked lunch up from here for the first time and wanted to give the restaurant a shot despite the mediocre reviews. I ordered a chicken salad and EGM Lunch bowl and waited in the restaurant as the food was being prepared... the man making my food was wearing a thin mask under his nose and above his chin. I asked the hostess to please ask him to put on his mask fully and he got very visibly frustrated.He put the mask on for a couple of minutes and it was soon back under his nose.I asked the waitress to please cancel my order because I did not feel comfortable with these sanitary measures and she said the food was already ready and gave it to me.I HIGHLY recommend that this restaurant takes the necessary precautions to make customers feel safe ordering food. I felt dismissed and like a bother asking for simple food safety precautions at this time.Finally - my rice bowl was meant to come with sauce and did not include it. It would have been a little detail I wouldnt have cared much about it the rest of my experience wasn't this frustrating.I will not be returning.

So I came in for take out... something simple just wanted a Greek salad. First, I literally stood inside for a couple of minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Finally a guy.. without a mask... comes over and asked me if I need help. I probably him a look cus he quickly apologized and said "oh let me grab my mask!". That should have been my first clue to leave.I asked about Greek salad and he said it's delicious and has lots of feta, olives, peppers ... sounded delicious. I ordered a salad with dressing on the side to go. The salad is ridiculously expensive but he made it sound crazy good. I get home too huge disappointment... one lousy olive, just basically tomatoes and cucumbers. Feta? What feta? And portion was embarrassingly small. And dressing was all over, not on the side like I requested. Save your money. There are plenty of better choices in midtown

Avoid this place cook guys scream and using f@&$)$ words in front of costumers our waiter John never show on my table he always was sitting on the bar beside they have the tips included 18% and this guy lie us that wasn't included ( next step I'm going to complain the city about that ) food not good, owner guy with a hat don't use gloves to cook music no for lunch conclusion no professional people no good food.There is a French restaurant in the same place but we don't have idea until last minute because was a table next to us, food looks better but this guy don't told us about that option.People avoid this place or try the second option that they have in the same place
