Once again, I found myself drawn to Eggstaurant on Washington Avenue. Their menu never disappoints, particularly the combination of fluffy waffles, perfectly cooked egg whites, and savory turkey bacon. The portions are ideal, leaving you satisfied without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you prefer a cozy indoor atmosphere or a chance to soak up the Miami Beach vibes on the outdoor patio, Eggstaurant caters to your preference. The friendly staff adds to the overall pleasant experience.However, a surprise on the bill left a bit of a sour note. Unlike my previous visit, a forced gratuity was added to the final cost. While I understand tipping is customary, the mandatory nature of it felt unwelcome. Personally, I prefer the flexibility to show my appreciation for good service through a gratuity of my choosing. Especially considering the price point - my plate with apple juice already came to $20. Adding a forced gratuity on top makes it feel like hidden fees are stacking up.In my opinion, restaurants like Eggstaurant could find a better solution. Perhaps incorporating a slightly higher menu price to account for waitstaff wages would be more transparent. The current practice of tacking on a forced gratuity feels like nickel-and-diming the customer, potentially driving them away in the long run. Eggstaurant has so much going for it - delicious food, friendly service, and a nice atmosphere. I would love to see them adopt a more customer-friendly approach when it comes to tipping, making them a true standout in the South Beach community.

So I was on the beach to take my dog to the vet and and I was on the lookout for some breakfast. This restaurant I thought it was perfect. I had the bacon, egg and cheese on a brioche so fresh so delicious I would definitely go back. The location is small but it's clean and welcoming. Service is fast and very friendly. I would love to go back and try more of their sandwiches because they all sound amazing.

Don't walk RUN to this place! I'm really happy to have walked down the block just to look around and see the changes Miami has made since my last visit and stumble upon eggstaurant, it was after hours so I wasn't able to try it then but I made plans for that morning to make it my business to try this place. The store has hints of pink starting from the outside, and egg decorations throughout, including the lighting decor and you also receive an egg with your order number. First impression of the service the cashier was giving a homeless woman a cup of water so he was already good in my book. My first day here I ordered the turkey sausage egg and cheese which comes with sriracha mayo sauce and the second day I ordered the turkey bacon egg and cheese which comes with a special ketchup sauce and also an order of hash browns. Out of both sandwiches the sausage was my favorite. The brioche bun is fresh and delicious and the eggs are scrambled and made to perfection. My next visit this will be my Miami go to breakfast spot.

I am very conflicted about this review because we were excited to try it but the young man working the front counter needs to NOT be in front of customers! His attitude is pure shit. He has flippant responses to simple questions and makes it clear with his facial expressions that he doesn't want to be bothered. A serious plea to the management of this establishment, make an immediate change to the front of your house. You are losing business. You have certainly lost mine, which is a shame because your food is good and the potential for greatness is there but he's ruining it for you. See who was working the front counter mid-day on 06/28/2024 and address it for the sake of your business. I'm sure this isn't the first time you've gotten this feedback because his shittiness was consistent with every customer. I am wishing you the best but we won't be back.

I discovered this place when they first opened and used a Groupon, and I've been hooked ever since. My absolute favorite sandwich is the yellow avocado. It features softly scrambled egg, guacamole, caramelized leek, arugula, and feta cheese sandwiched between the softest brioche bun. The ample seating both indoors and outdoors adds to the appeal. Every time we visit, we encounter different people at the register, and they're all quite friendly.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. There's something to be said about simple, fresh delicious ingredients. I had the turkey egg sandwich and added the avocado. No pictures because I couldn't put it down once I took my first bite. They also offer tater tots on the side, and they were delicious too. Way better than store-bought crap. Final point, anytime you're in the mood for a delicious egg sandwich in the South Beach area head over here. Service was delivered with a smile and very friendly.

The service was amazing and the food and coffee hit the spot. It tastes better than it looks for sure! I was surprised by the quality of the coffee considering this place is known for their egg sandwiches mainly. My only complaint is this weird smell inside that I just couldn't get past.

This is one of the best egg sandwiches I've ever eaten. 10 times better than the over-rated and overpriced Eggslut in Las Vegas.I had to try this place based on the yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. We came early after our run so there was no problem with waiting or lines. I would definitely come here again on our next trip to Miami
