Mostly great from Ed's!!! I absolutely adore their boom boom chicken pizza as it feels one of a kind and is some of my favorite pizza ever. Everyone's always been kind to me here and they truly hustle to get orders out quick. Ed's is usually packed to the brim and you can totally see why. The pizza is great, store atmosphere feels like a classic pizza spot, and options are truly innovative and remarkable to look through. I genuinely love the people that work here and they really do care about the presentation and consistency of their food. There's usually a decent wait but that's expected for the demand and quality of their food. Once you dig in, the pain of the wait goes away. Not to mention, it could not be better that they're open so late. Being in a college area, Ed's knows they need late night hours to capitalize and that has saved my night so many times. They're always a go to for late night food and I can't wait to return!!!! GO EDS! GO EDS! GO EDS!

I was craving some wings so bad but it was late and a local popular restaurant was already closed so I was going to just settle for some cookies until I drove past Ed's! I figured if "Buffalo Wings" was right the more in the name then they had to be fire! I pulled over and ordered my wings (medium, well done). Although the cook on the wings were perfect, I didn't need to order them well done because it's already a cooked with the perfect crunch! These wings were nostalgic and reminded me of "wings to go"! I'm so happy I found this spot! Excuse the one bite that I took... I couldn't help myself. Things wings were a chef kiss. I might have them again tonight. The medium wings were hot but not "burn your mouth".

Customer service always on point, I have never been disappointed lemon pepper wings fried hard a winner, salads always fresh, all pizza flavors are delicious and I have tried most of them milkshakes are good as well strawberry banana is my favorite definitely worth the stars.

Waited 40 minutes for order (pizza and wings) when they told us 20. Crust is way too soft Would have expected the pizza to be hotter considering that was what we were waiting on. Just a regular pizza with American cheese slices on it... was expecting more. Have had better Philly Cheesesteak pizzas (LaScala's just a few blocks away has a good one). Wish they had cooked the meat with the cheese like a true cheesesteak has.Wings are what you would expect. Disappointed in the pizza.

The place has really gone downhill. I've been going here for years. There has never been a problem until recently. Unfortunately, after about 15 years of loyalty, I will not be returning. 1- my friend's pizza had a long hair baked into the cheese. See attached photo. 2- I order vegan pizzas because I also happen to be lactose intolerant. They made a fumble and mixed in reg mozzarella cheese. How do I know? It's stretched like real cheese. Vegan cheese just doesn't do that. No big deal, right? I can just go back in and ask for my money back or a new one. What transpired next was really troublesome. Let me begin by saying if I eat cheese, my stomach with be a mess and I will have diarrhea all night. When we went into to explain what happened, we just expected an apology. The woman at the register puts gloves on and kept pulling at the cheese. Yes, it was stretchy. So yeah, it was actually cheese. She asked someone in Spanish if it was cheese and he confirmed that it was cheese. Yes, we also know Spanish. Then she showed us the bin of "vegan cheese" insisting it was okay and pushed the box back to us, insisting that it was okay. This wasn't and a refund was requested. YOU'RE MAKING PEOPLE SICK by forcing products on them that they can't eat! So long EWTG!

Found them on a late night starving forgetting to eat. Decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. I got a 10 piece wing with the Ed Sauce. The wings were very good. I was shocked because it was close to 1am when my wings were delivered. Ordered again, a week later and the wings were just as good. Ed has a new returning customer.

We had Med. Cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks and garlic knots delivered to the hospital lobby. Food was hot, pizza was tasty, driver followed instructions for hand-off. Ordered on the recommendation of our nursing assistant--glad we listened!

Ed's is a west Philly staple. It's a great spot to buy a slice or take home some pizza for the game. They have a solid speciality pizza selection, would recommend the buffalo chicken pizza and the boom boom pizza! I think this place also has a great selection of other bar foods like cheesesteaks, but if there's a thing they'd be considered good at it's their pizza. In terms of having halal options this place is good for that as well, but I'd call ahead and see what's still available as the options are constantly changing. While the ambiance in this store front isn't the most giving, the flavor makes up for it.
