My sister wanted sushi because she was down and this place had good reviews and less than 10 minutes from our place. I cannot believe we have never been here but we sure will be back. I would call this a hidden gem in Cypress. The young wait staff is super friendly and gives you the time to make a decision along with suggestions. My sister noticed it is dimly lit, but that also seems like a trend at most sushi restaurants. All of our choices were fresh and full of flavor. I will never go to the grocery store again for sushi.

This was a fabulous meal overall . The shaggy sushi was phenomenal and full of flavor. The spicy mayo combined with the crab and fish was very impactful. The only negative is that the individual sushi rolls were too big . This resulted in a less flavorful experience per bite because I had to eat half of the sushi at a time. The fried rice was lacking in flavor in general . The best sushi of all was Philly cut roll, the red one to be specific. The flavor was sharp and intense, a hint of spice as well. The chicken Katsu was good too but a bit on the tough side

Our go-to place when we get hit with a sushi craving. Everything is fresh, the customer service is top-notch, and the pricing during Happy Hour is a steal. One of the things that puts it over all the other sushi places in town for me is the nori is just perfect. Not paper thin but not like chewing electrical tape either. Just perfect. My wife and I smash about 6 rolls every time we go in. Highest of recommends!

Really good sushi- we got the caterpillar and Rocky Mountain roll and both were delicious! We also got the chicken teriyaki bento box, salmon roll and shrimp tempura. Overall, it was all really good. The price was okay- not the cheapest but fair priced- we did not come during happy hour. I did knock it down to 4 stars due to the service. The service was slow and they kept missing or messing up rolls. I've never had a restaurant forget two rolls- something seemed off with their service, especially because they weren't so busy.

I come here quite a bit since it's local. Great food and service on a normal day. Last time I went at night (before Panda left) it was super packed and wait time was almost an hour for food or seating given the small location. I wouldn't say it's the best I've had but the food is definitely great. I love their Thai me up spicy rolls since I'm a big spice eater and it's perfect with the high level of spice in it. It's by no means a Neo handroll or Omakase experience but the food here is great and I'm glad to have a local go to sushi bar in the area. Keep it up!
