East Buffet

Service is amazing. Nothing else is. Snow crab legs tasteless and old stuck to its shell and they didn't use ANY salt or seasoning. Meat on a stick was almost inedible as it was clung to the stick like it was cooked 4 days ago and just sat under the heat lamp. Staff was attentive and restaurant was clean. It's decent as they do have some fresher options... the pizza looked sad and dry so I wouldn't recommend it. I will only eat the Mongolian grill if I were to return. That and desserts. They have enough selection

It was just ok.... Nothing fancy... ample of place to sit.... Waiters were friendly...nothing so great about the food.... Standard Chinese food...

It is always concerning trying places like this, but I have always been very pleased within the place. They keep it clean and neat, the atmosphere is great, and food is better. They have the BEST chicken nuggets and egg drop soup I have ever had in my life. I never get tired of this place!

I came here during lunch and I should have yelped this place first before even stepping in. They have a variety of selections to choose from but from what I've tried on the Chinese buffet menu, it was disgusting. The meat from the pepper steak seemed to have been soaked in baking soda for days or something because it had a slimy texture and was quite chewy. The other menu options like the sweet and sour chicken were gross because I had to spit it back out since the batter was gooey and just bland. I had to just nibble and cautiously sample bits and pieces of everything else I had put on my plate. I would say this was the worst Chinese buffet I've ever eaten in all my life. I think Cup Noddle would have been better. Fire the chef! Eat at your own expense when you come here, but you have been warned.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! The experience we had was the worst . When you walk in the air conditioning is humid and warm, the lady host in the front is not welcoming. She had an attitude taking our drink order . The food was bland and some of it not cooked all the way . They also charge for 2 year olds. I will not be going back . We came here because our preferred buffet on veterans memorial and 1960 was further away. But we will make the further drive next time .

Me and my family have came here since it opened and was honestly good but now all the foods are dry and it tastes horrible last time I'm coming here please save your money

Please consider the time you come in, let it be busy time. So you can get fresh food. I believe the options they serve are more than any Chinese buffet I've been to in Houston. They are super yummy. I definitely * recommend and come often

Food was good, service was great, nice people, lots of food to pick and chose from, it's nice and quiet my only complaint is the pistachio ice cream is really spicy

I would give it a negative 100. Actually I wouldn't even give it a pot to piss in. Started off with the meat and noodle which was garbage: the meat was like soggy rubber. The bread options had a weird after taste and the sea food tasted like shit. The fruit was not ripe, very dry, and the other desserts had little to no taste. The only thing that was worth while was their self- serve ice cream, which is very unsanitary and you can taste the off brand low quality. Also if that wasn't enough to persuade you not to waste your time, it is about $20 per person so I don't advise talking a large group. I hardly ate enough to make full, yet the food went right through my making me want to vomit. When we talked to the staff about the poor quality and outrageous price they just shrugged their shoulders. My family and I currently feel sick and none of us even consumed a full plate. I am surprised that even after all their bad reviews they are still in business.
