Avoid this location; do not come here; I do not plan on ever going back.I came here alone on 12/02/2022 and ordered an acai bowl and 2 juices. I am leaving a 1-star review due to a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I was waiting for my order but was waiting outside because I was on the phone. The employee brought my order outside to me (how nice!), so I left. When I got home, I noticed 1 of the juices was not given to me. I called and the employee at the store apologized for this honest mistake, and I elect to get a refund on the 1 drink since I do not live near the store and am not local to Houston. Fast forward 16 days, another phone call to the store, and an email explaining the situation -- I have yet to hear ANYTHING from the management about my refund. This is absolutely abhorrent customer service on an honest mistake by an employee that should be EASILY correctable with a simple partial refund. Instead, here I am leaving a 1-star review on a place that I would have reasonably rated 4 or 5 stars given my experience otherwise.In sum, I did not receive my full order and have been waiting 16 days, called once, and emailed once to get a partial refund without success.

I've been feeling a little under the weather... The best way to recharge is to nourish your body with the good stuff, so Earthcraft is the perfect place to fuel up. I have yet to have anything I didn't like... Everything is always fresh...

Absolutely love earth craft! My boyfriend and I come here pretty frequently and everything we get is always amazing. We've done the juice cleanse a few times, I love that they allow you to customize the juices as well since I have diet restrictions (make sure to call a day or two in advance for that). Today we got the tropical berry smoothie which was delicious and the rainbow toast, a favorite of mine especially if you're looking for a quick bite. My boyfriend got the power bowl, we love all their bowls. They're always so filling and well put together! Highly recommend!!

I don't know what it is about this location... but it doesn't seem to be on the same management standards compared to the other locations. The last couple times I visited my bowls have been super runny/not blended enough. This last Sunday I stopped by for a pitaya bowl to-go and bit down on what I thought was a particularly thick piece of dried coconut flake. I removed it from my mouth and was shocked to find a piece of a steel blade from what I'd assume to be part of their blender. Thank God I didn't swallow it + start feeding to my infant. I called their phone # 2x just to let them know as I was worried the pieces would continue to make its way into other smoothies but no one answered the phone. 2 stars because at least the staff is always friendly when I walk in. Next time I'll drive the extra 8 minutes to the location in The Heights, that spot has always delivered superb quality with every order.

Great customer service really nice place I will be back to try out more menu options I'm really interested to try everything . I think some light background music in the store would be great. It was a bit quiet but great for relaxing from the city hustle and bustle. First time here I tried the COVFEFE It has a taste of dark chocolate with oats and a little bit of cinnamon it's really great if you like coffee nice morning starter. COVEFEFE: Cold brew coffee, sprouted almonds, raw cacao, red reishi, cinnamon, oats, flaxseeds, banana, medjool dates, black lava salt.

The service here was good - though slow, I think they're training a new person. I got a smoothie and the PB toast. Felt like it was a little pricey for the small portions but it hit the spot after a workout. There is a lot of different stuff on the menu so plenty to pick from. Would try it again but wouldn't rush there.

The juice shots are so tasty. The place gives a 'save the planet' or 'eat more greens' vibes. They have great açaí bowl portions!

We found this place. Best juice and smoothie spot. All organic. Very friendly people. Nice clean place. Clean bathroom. Downtown. We will be coming back. Got a turmeric shot a summer smoothie, and heartbeat juice.Very good!!
