Dutch Bros Coffee

Coffee tasty but the drive thru is very slow. Staff was nice. Interesting choices on the menu. Will try another location.

It's like Starbucks meets Chick-fil-A here. I've only tried Dutch Bros one other time prior to this visit. One of my coworkers decided to buy me coffee from here. I got an Americano and it was strong like jet fuel. At that time, DB wasn't so close to my area. When I found they branched out near me, I just had to check them out. When I arrived, there were 2 drive thru lanes. I didn't see an intercom to order. So, I just drove right up to the drive thru window. The barista confirmed that I could order at the window, and she was super nice. The vibe at the drive thru window was chill and the music playing was great. Also, like Chick-fil-A, there was a barista taking orders with an iPad behind my car, since I was already ordering at the drive thru window. This spot knows about efficiency. I did order a hot americano again today at their small size with oat milk and sugar. I asked the barista for a recommendation for a coffee drink for my lil bro who likes chocolate, and she made an iced drink with aromatic coffee, caramel, and chocolate. My americano was good and strong. It was pretty comparable to Starbucks. My lil bro really enjoyed his iced coffee drink. He said the coffee was fragrant and the chocolate and caramel flavor were great. His complaints were that there was too much ice in his drink and that his drink was pretty sweet. Next time, we'll see if we can ask for less ice and tone down the sweetness of the drinks. Of note, it seems that the cup sizes are larger at DB than at Starbucks. I was able to pay for the drinks using the DB app after loading enough funds into it. The barista just had to scan the app's QR code. My hope would be that they might be able to have an order ahead option on their app for ease of picking up drinks in no time. Maybe have an order ahead lane as well. There us more sugar than coffee. I know their specialty is coffee, but... maybe serve some warm pastries for patrons to buy, not the cold and frozen ones.

Expect at least a 30 min wait in the drive thru. Y'all. Know what you want when you roll up. Don't spend 5 min discussing this with the person taking your order ! The campfire cold brew is good and service still very nice

This place is pretty awesome! I went there on opening day at 6 am and the vibe by everyone was great. People smiling, playing corn hole, having a good time. There were only a few cars but service was fast but the staff still took the 30 seconds to be personable. I ordered an iced latte with coconut, caramel, and an extra shot. Good stuff! I look forward to trying other drinks, they say Golden Eagle is good.

Extremely unprofessional staff. I went to the walk up window to order two small drinks and waited for an eternity. As I'd been waiting for almost 15 minutes, another customer walks up to the window, places an order, and his order is ready (almost immediately) before mine. The worker looks at me and says sorry we are taking so long as the drive thru customers take priority. I ask how the other walk up customer received his order before me, she says because he's a regular. What?? I was livid. To top things off, the Aqua Berry tea that I finally received was the worst tea I'd ever had! It literally tasted like water flavored with syrup, and I asked for black tea as the base. You could literally see through that tea. Thus, terrible, discriminatory service and a bad product equals me not returning! Get it together!

Only tried the energy drinks which were really good. Great size for the price. The service was excellent being my first time there.

Use to be consistent and had great service. Now the staff is full of kids who get your order wrong and give you attitude about it. You'll get better service at the 711 next door.Girl who worked the window at about 6:00 am on 5-13 to be specific.

They actually blend a drink correctly compared to the Sugar Land location. Their espresso is well made- not burnt or under extracted. My calorie conscious order is a sugar free hazelnut mocha no soft top yes to drizzle with nonfat milk. Google has plenty of ways to make the drinks custom and fit to your dietary needs. If it's your first time- heads up regular drinks are super sweet (we're talking 50-60g sugar and 800+ calories. This shop has something for everyone. Their eagle eye is crazy good- an equivalent to caramel macchiato. You can order this as a sugar free eagle eye with nonfat milk to save in calories.
