Dutch Bros Coffee

They are such a gem in the neighborhood! The staff are absolutely delightful and helpful. They are more than willing to help with any special dietary restrictions. The staff recommended something off their menu and I loved it! I think it was a salted caramel hazelnut truffle....something along those lines. They were able to make it dairy free by using almond milk. The salted caramel foam does have a trace of dairy, but I'll have it without it next time to minimize any food sensitivity issues. They have a drive through and a pick up window. There is no seating area, so it is not a place for you to go and study or work. The drinks are a little more pricey but you get great service and a excellent drink. They often have unique options.

Quick and fast. Like a Dutch Version of Speedy Gonzalez. Yes sir, its the tasty of tastiest, Dutch Bros Coffee. I'm a fan of those windmills, and whenever I see them around, I'm always tempted to get in that line and spend some money on an affordable coffee, that I don't really need. No matter, Dutch Bros and I have always had a love at first sight, relationship. Since the windmills started invading the Space City, I became an addict. I've tried many flavors, but its that large Iced Cocomo that has my heart. Its the perfect balance of oat milk with a delicious chocolate flavor. Oh man, just burry me now with that drink in my hand. Even if I get the largest size, after a few sips, its seems to disappear instantly. Maybe its that they put too much ice in that cup to trick me, or maybe its that smooth coffee goodness that has me addicted and makes it disappear so fast, I'm not sure. Anyways, I had been to the first locations that popped up in the city, since I'm always on the hunt for a new cup of Joe. When this location opened close to me in the ever-growing Aliana area, I knew that I would become a regular. When they first opened, that customer service was spectacular! I kid you not, it was like going to a Chick-Fil-A Drive Thru. The kiddos were out there, tablets in hand, and taking orders right up to your car. All they were missing was the good old, "my pleasure." Since this is really just a drive-thru coffee spot. I appreciated the quick efficiency. Sometimes I would get my coffee brought to me before even reaching the window. Other times, that coffee would be there waiting for me at the window, begging to be mine. Ha! On some visits, they also give away free stickers, which is always a cute little treat. In more recent visits, the customer service has gone down a bit. I'm not sure if its a big turnover of teens working the drive-thru. They take longer than before to whip out my coffee. Its not a killer, however it definitely isn't what it was in the beginning. No worries, that Cocomo will always have me saying, "Hello again, Dutch Bros!"

Picked up coffee on my way out of town. This was my first time trying the coffee at a Dutch bros. I got the large kicker iced. It was pretty good overall. Good enough that I will definitely be a customer in the future.FYI the large size is pretty big!Took me quite a bit of time to finish it

My first time here, and I was made to order without even seeing the menu by a person on foot. after we figured out what I might like to drink (told them I liked Nitro cold brew and they said they had that), then I was guilt tripped into giving a tip; in a drive-through! By the time I went through and got my drink, the people and the drinks were a 3 out of 5 star, but I will be avoiding this place as I do not believe in being hit up for a tip before my experience is concluded, Much less a drive thru. Nitro cold brew was all ice too. Was half empty after two gulps. Tastes like watered down coffee. Back to Starbucks where their nitro cold brew is just brew.

Ehh I have mixed reactions from this Dutch Bros coffee location. Some days they make it really good, some days are just plain bad. Their pumpkin spice caramel cold brew is NOT nearly as good as Starbucks. Dutch bros have decent drinks and they offer many things to choose from on their menu. Staff are friendly and all young for the most part and their job is to start up small convo while waiting for your drinks to be made. Make sure to download the app to get your points!

Great alternative to Starbucks. Its great that there's competition in Aliana now. I always go for the Dutch Frost variety or Smoothies. My favorites for Dutch Frost include: White Zombie, Toasted Mellow or Cookie. For Smoothies, I love the Green Apple the most and sometimes go for Mango. The Chocolate chip muffin top are amazing. Customer service at the Aliana location is quick and great.

Better than Starbucks in my opinion. My dad is very picky with his coffee and even he thinks Dutch Bros is very good. Usually I stop by in the afternoon and there is usually no cars or one car in front of me. Staff here are friendly and tries to strike up a conversation with you. My go to drink is an ice golden eagle with soft top. Delicious! I believe it's drive thru only, no dine in. Can't wait for more locations to open and one closer to my home.TAKE MY MONEY.

Drive through is fast with 2 lanes. And if it starts backing up ... Out come the baristas with their tablet to take your order. The Caramelizer is Amazing! Great place.

This is going to be short and sweet...very sweet! I'm not big on coffee, period, but my girlfriend and her son are, so they took me on their jitter juice run one Saturday morning. It was interesting to see the young ladies standing out in the chilly air taking orders in the drive-thru lanes. They were nice and quite efficient, to say the least.They ordered their usual coffees, along with a muffin top pastry. No, really...they cut off the top of a muffin and package it as a snack...at the price point of a whole muffin! I got a highly suggested Peach Lemonade, which tasted pretty good, but was very,very, sweet! Sheesh! Also, I was told that each straw that is given to you with your drink represents something. My girlfriend got a pink straw, which means she's pretty. Cam got an orange straw, which means he's strange. I got a green straw...meaning I'm unsightly? WTTH (what to the hell)???

It pains me to write a negative review since I love Dutch Brothers, but I've had two negative experiences at this location.Last week, I used the secondary lane that was open for the drive-through. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting in line for over 35 minutes because the employee was only taking orders from the first lane. Both the car in front of me and I left without ordering; I was so frustrated that I just drove off without completing my order.Today, we visited Dutch Brothers again. The line was roughly 15-20 cars long and extended out of the parking lot. There was no one at the walk-up window, so I parked and went to the counter. When I placed my order, the lady who took my order immediately started making drinks. I could see that both stations were up and running. Soon after I ordered, another employee told the lady to break down that station, indicating they would only use one station for both the walk-up and drive-through orders.This decision resulted in a significant delay for my order, as I had to wait roughly 20 minutes while the one station serviced the drive-through line. The wait time was frustrating, especially since it seemed there was enough staff to manage both the counter and drive-through. This lack of coordination and service efficiency made for another disappointing visit. I hope Dutch Brothers addresses these issues to improve customer experience in the future.
