Dutch Bros Coffee

I love Dutch Bros. I hate when I'm paying for something and I'm told it'll taste better if I make it different.... This location has started to bug me. What I thought was a one-off experience, has turned into a common theme. If I'm paying - just make it how I ask please. It's quite alright to ask if I've ever tried something, but don't tell me I "need" to do it differently or it won't taste right... that's subjective if you ask me. Add to that - the drinks are never made right the first time, rarely hot - at best room temperature- and the staff seem oblivious & complacent. Not indicative of the Dutch Bros. I was excited to see pop up in Texas...

This is service! They come right up to your car when there's a line...and there is a line. This is my first time having a Dutch Bros. coffee. They offer energy drinks, coffee all things beverages.

We came on Halloween and it was so nice to see them dressed up! My favorite was Spider-Man! We ordered a hot cocoa and a chai. They were both super good! Perfect for a chilly day! Service was fast and we came at the perfect time when there was no line!

This drink is really good, I highly recommend! The workers are always happy and talkative!

So happy they opened a DutchBros near my place. Service was friendly and nice workers. Drinks are delicious!!

I don't usually ever have an issue with any Dutch Bros location I visit but my experience today was probably my worst one so far. I repeated my order twice and the barista taking my order outside also repeated back, and they still had to remake one of my drinks, the other one needed to be remade but I didn't want to create waste so I took it the way it was. It was supposed to be sugar free but it wasn't. I was also charged for 4 drinks instead of the 3 that I ordered and the girl at the window instead of offering to fix my charge instead just gave me options to either keep the extra drink or get a different drink made. I was flustered (I get anxious really easily) and didn't want to hold up the line so I didn't insist so maybe that's my fault. The only reason I got in my car to go Dutch this morning was because I got an alert for the sticker hunt. Instead, I was double charged for a drink, had to get my drinks remade/or take them without being correct and the cherry on top of all that was I didn't receive a single sticker for the 40$ I spent. She didn't even mention the stickers or it wasn't like they were sold out. She just sent me on my merry way. This just reinforces that I need to stick to my regular store instead.

what's the point of a double line if you never service it ! this location definitely needs more workers because this one sucks

This location should be called Ghetto Bros location and workers. The drinks are never consistent in comparison with the other locations. I don't understand it isn't there instructions on how to make the drinks?I guess I will have to drive to the Spring Cypress location to get a drink made properly.

Love Dutch bros with a passion but this location is frustrating, 10 cars in drive through with nobody walking up to cars to speed the process up. This seems like the standard service at other Dutch bros but not here. Prepare to wait for ever for your coffee due to them waiting for every car to come to window and order, then they'll start your order. ‍
