Dutch Bros Coffee

6.24.23This location in Cypress was super busy when I came. I decided to walk to the window. The nice young lady took my order and I waited a little bit for my 2 drinks (frozen raspberry lemonade & 911 froze) Both were really good. The raspberry lemonade was a little to sweet, even for me. I would get it again but less on the raspberry. Hubby liked his 911. The outside was clean. (Not to much to say about the ambiance - it's a "walk up" only not a "go inside" and order.

Yall know I'm a stickler for good customer service and Dutch Bros is on another level! I love how they hold a conversation with me when I get to the window. And I don't mean a "how you doing" conversation but a "what are you doing when you leave here" type of conversation! LOL! It's neat and I've noticed this is an on-going thing at many of their locations!!I have been looking for another good coffee spot and I am so glad Dutch Bros is in town!! (YAY!)I've already downloaded the app, added money to my Dutch Pass and have gotten several stickers! 10/10!! You gotta try it!!

Everytime I come to this location I have a good experience !The Broistas are kind and upbeat!The ice is properly blended in my drink so it's not chunky and hard to drink!Thank you !

I got an Electric Berry lemonade with black tea and it's so good!! I frequent this place so much that I pass Starbucks with my middle finger up now (haha jk) but this is my go-to spot for coffees and teas, even out of fusion! I'm absolutely obsessed with the customer service, the quality, the attentiveness, and the good vibes everyone there gives off. God bless the workers, they are always so kind. My favorites are the golden eagle latte, white zombie dirty chai, iced midnight black tea, & now this! Thank you guys for always being the sweetest. Luhh youuu bye!

I had a previous negative experience with another location and the customer service team reached out to me to make things right. So I decided to give them another try at a different location. First off all, service was EXCELLENT. Loved the enthusiasm of the baristas. Each employee said hello and made sure that we were taken care of. There is a drive thru as well as a walk up window to order from. Also ample free parking. The strawberry green tea lemonade was just ok. Definitely taste the green tea kick but not enough strawberry flavor. The coffee isn't strong (even with a double shot). You taste more of the sugary ingredients than anything else- in my case it was the caramel and mocha syrup. That being said the flavor overall was good just not COFFEE good...More like a slightly caffeinated hot chocolate.

Finally got to try this place after seeing this coffee shop all over San Antonio!The nice young guy that helped me out said they are opening several around Houston. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating to my low sugar latte request. This place definitely has a great quality team!I requested a low sugar coconut cream latte. Had a very light taste in coffee and heavy on the cream. Light color as well. Typically like a stronger brew so I can taste the coffee but for a low sugar latte not bad at all! I'll definitely be back and glad to have this place down the street!

Let's get into it!I love Dutch Bros! When I was living in WA, Dutch and Gravity were my favorite coffee spots. Im happy to see them popping up in Texas.They have great drinks and merch.As far as the drinks they have plenty of caffeine and non caffeine options.They also now have an app where you can collect dutch points towards a free drink. So be sure to download the app before you visit. This location just opened and I'm super excited to have it in the area. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. They're more than willing to help with making a drink selection if you get overwhelmed with the menu. You can also customize your own drink, too. I'm gonna a be a regular here for sure!

I went to the drive through and the line wasn't too long and they had a person standing outside to take orders as well. The coffee came out fast and tasted really good, not like the other coffee places where they're mass produced and taste burnt! I had ordered the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha because it sounded interesting. I was afraid it would taste like too much chocolate because of the mocha but surprisingly it did not and I can taste the hazelnut and it was nice and creamy. I ordered the medium and looked like a large! So more bang for my buck, score! But let me tell you, it's the staff that works there that makes me wanna come back and support. They're so chill and friendly to talk to while you wait for your coffee. Their attitude and demeanor really sets the tone and goes with their motto "bro-ista". Literally left there thinking this coffee place is such a vibe!

Let me start off by saying I love Dutch bros. I will not go to any other coffee place. I usually get great service here. The gentleman taking orders outside was super friendly. The girl at the window was super friendly to the car ahead of us. Great long chat. When it was finally our turn we were basically handed our drinks and told to have a good day They got the first order correct. A single shot iced cocomo I ordered a picture perfect freeze with add shots and double blended, I got iced coffee with no ice, and half of my drink is foam.
