Dubs Brunch Bar

The food was delicious! My friend loved the shrimp and grits! The chicken (extra crisy) was great! While it took us a while to find this spot, the food was worth it!

First time at this location, seen it on social media and really wanted to try it.The menu was a bit limited since they didn't have much from the brunch menu. I ended up getting shrimp and eggs with the blue lemonade. The food was a bit cold, waited I'll say about 30 mins for it but it was decent. The lemonade was really good and spot on! The waiter kevin/kyle had no emotion. Was kinda stand offish. Victoria was really helpful and kinda took over for him which was better for us. She communicated her way thru us being there.

Me and my family were in Florida visiting and we decided to check out Dubs Brunch Bar. I gave this place an extra star because the owner was really nice. I ordered the chicken and waffles. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp and grits and my son ordered French toast, a side of eggs and bacon. Everything on the menu is $20. We also ordered a slushy drink which was $20.(very overpriced for a slushy if you ask me but it is free refills on the slushy) I did not get a refill it wasn't a good slushy. We waited over an hour for our food and it wasn't HOT! The chicken and waffles that I ordered did not come with a mixture of chicken wings. They gave me all legs. (When I asked about the chicken, the waitress responded that I didn't request to have all flats) my thought was; ma'am I did request all legs either! I wanted a mixture! ( plus I didn't know I had to request a mix of chicken) I just ended up saying OK because I knew if I sent it back, we would have to wait a very long time to get it anyway. The chicken is air fried so pieces of my chicken were mushy.The shrimp and grits were OK a lot better than my meal. Nothing really too special about the French toast. The eggs on the side were NOT good, overpriced and not eaten.Didn't complain we just know that we won't be visiting again.

Loved the fact that this spot was located in a trendy farmer's market. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The ingredients were fresh. The sitting area was an open sitting concept which was sunny and breezy. The owner gave us insight into his concept for the restaurant. It's black owned and the flavors proved it. The food was delicious, had bold flavors and I left stuffed! I'll definitely be back here to get some more great food and support such a cool establishment!

Drove from Homstead (40 miles away) looking for something new and tasty, went on Yelp and randomly pulled up Brunch Locations, picked this spot based on the pictures posted.....LISTEN, I MEAN LISTEN nestled in the Farmers Market on Sherridan St is a hidden gem! The staff were polite and patient, and the service was efficient, but most of alllllllll, THE FOOD WAS BANGING!!! I had the crab cakes and cornbread, plus the shrimp & Grits... everything was great! My wife destroyed the wings and french toast. Our servers name were Nini & Bree....all we have is praise for their professionalism in what is a very laid back atmosphere. Get over here!

Dubs is amazing from the unique location, to the amazing customer service down to the delicious and unequivocally flavorful food. My family and I were throughly pleased from start to finish. I had the lobster roll which is one of the best I've had in FL so please be sure to keep that on the menu as I'll definitely be a returning customer. We also indulged in the shrimp and grits which was perfect for a lack of better words. My Husband loved the steak and the cornbread which is rare for him as he's a picky eater. I love that it's inside the Blue Green Market as I've been wanting to checkout this place anyway so after brunch I was able to kill 2 birds in one stone . Run don't walk for a reservation as they're currently reservation only!

This place isn't bad, I think you should make this place 1st come 1st serve but the food is good

My friend and I were greeted very nicely by the team at Dubs and our service was great! The food however fell short. The lobster Mac and cheese was served cold, it was salty, and was really Mac and Cheese with a small bit of lobster on top. The chicken wings and waffles fell short as well, the wing sauce could use some work, it was a Thai chili sauce that tasted very generic. The atmosphere was very nice, the place was clean and the food came out in a very timely fashion.

We got a table quickly, sat and waited 20 minutes for a waiter. People kept coming in and getting served after our arrival and we were ignored. We sat an additional 10 minutes after and no one ever came to the table.

The service was amazing. It was just a tad bit hard to locate the place but the vendors there were happy to help. The food is on point and made fresh. I had the French toast bacon with a side of egg. My girl had the wings and a side of egg everything came out good. Make sure you wear shorts cause it was hot. Never less the ambiance was amazing dope pics on the wall
