Ever since our last trip to Thailand, me and the fam have been looking for a good Khao Soi similar to what we had in Chang Mai. My youngest has been dialing his recipe and it is very good. The tofu Khao Soi I had at this food truck was awesome . Just perfect in every way and reminiscent of our trip. My sis grabbed the pad see ew, her first time trying this but I sampled and thought it was spot on. Would highly recommend.

We were at the ZincHouse Winery and Brewery and there were about 4 different food trucks. Drunken Noodles had the longest line but the menu looked good so jumped in line. Service was friendly and after you ordered you received a beeper and they said it would be about 10 minutes. Ordered the druncken noodles medium spice level and chicken. It is a rather large order but the noodles, veggies and chicken were way over cooked and mushy. The favors were OK. Would like to give it a try when not so many in line.

We've been following this food truck for several years on social media and know that they've won some statewide awards. After seeing they were going to be at a certain brewery on Christmas Eve, we drove out there specifically to eat their food. I enjoyed the khao soi noodles with chicken and even took the remaining sauce home to eat over rice. My wife liked the drunken noodles with tofu but said even the "medium" spicy could have been a little hotter (like she gets from a nearby Lao restaurant). I also had a thai ice tea and enjoyed that. Good food truck that we would not hesitate to order from again.

Stalked this truck on the StreetFoodFinder app and found them at Bombshell Brewery in Holly Springs! Ever since my trip to Seattle, I have been on the hunt for the best khao soi in the area and I found it y'all!!!!The food came out within 10 minutes of ordering and the staff was very friendly. My hubby and I both got the chicken khao soi and were amazed by the flavor and spicy level! It was super delicious and came with a lime to add that extra zing. You can also get it with tofu! I highly recommend this dish and I can definitely see why it won an award in 2022! I plan to continue to stalk this truck in the future, wherever it may go!

This humble little food truck serves up some of the best Thai food in the Triangle! I often find myself looking up their location schedule to see where they are, and if they're near me. I've gotten their food a couple times now and each time has been a hit. Their dishes are full of flavor and fresh ingredients with customizable spice options. I've gotten to try a handful of entrees from their menu, including their Drunken Noodles, Khao Soi Curry Noodles, Pad Thai, Panang Curry, and their Thai Tea. They keep their protein options simple - chicken or tofu - and they're both the same price. At $13 for an entree, it's priced lower than most Thai restaurants in the area but tastes sooooo much better in my opinion.Honestly I can't pick a favorite entree because they're all so delicious. Love the wide, chewy rice noodles used in the Drunken Noodles and the all the curry sauces are packed with different flavors. They offer three spice levels: mild, medium spicy, and Thai spicy. Their mild still has a slight kick and it's great for anyone who can't handle that much spice. I usually opt for the medium spicy with the goal of one day working my way up to Thai spicy lol. Every time I've gone, there's a huge line waiting to order. But despite this, they work pretty quickly, especially considering that there's only two people working. You get a pager that'll buzz when you food is ready, so you can explore the area that they're parked by (usually by a brewery). Definitely try out this food truck if you get the opportunity to! They seem to be at locations all around the area, so they'll probably pop up near you soon :D

Excellent food and service today at Drunken Noodles Food Truck. I ordered the PadThai noodles with chicken. It was cooked perfectly, just the right spices. It was worth a visit. No pictures because I woofed it down. If you have a chance, give them a try.

Their food truck was in Clayton at Draft and Vine! It wasn't the first time I saw the truck but I finally got around to trying the food out! I was expecting they'd have drunken noodle in the menu but they didn't! But it looks like that dish was 1st place in 2021 for the NC food truck state champ! Hopefully next time they will have it on the menu! I had the Khao Soi curry noodles and my husband got the jungle curry noodles! Both were 2nd place award winning signature dishes in the 2022 NC food truck state champs! Need I say more?! Delicious! And perfect for a fall evening! I had left over soup and I took that home and add some more noodles! Yum!

Great service. The flavor was amazing. I had the khao soi noodles. I just wish the veggies were chopped smaller. Some people might appreciate the presentation which was 10/10 especially for a food truck, but I think street food should be easy to eat. Still amazing. My favorite were the dumplings.

This really satisfied my khao soi fix ever since Yin Dee removed theirs from their menu! It's such a delicious Thai dish comprised of curry and egg noodles. Since the curry is normally sweeter, I appreciated there was the opportunity to adjust the spice level. I got my khao soi ($13) with chicken and it was so delicious! It egg noodles were cooked well and the crunchy bits on top added nice texture. Squeezing the lime really combined those sweet, spicy, and tangy flavors well. I also got their Thai tea ($4) which was brewed to perfection! My other friend got the ribs which she also said she'd recommend. I caught the truck at Honeysuckle Tea House but you can find out where they're located on Street Food Finder. The lady who was helping us was incredibly the nice and the food did not take too long to prepare! They gave us pagers so we could still walk around and explore. A nice personal touch is that they were selling their own homemade Thai garlic chili oil. Overall great experience and I would recommend!

I have eaten Thai food all over the U.S. and this was among the best. To gauge the quality of a new place, I always order the Pad Thai (chicken) and it was excellent. Also ordered Drunken Noodles and Fire Noodles. Both were just as good. I like Hot but not Thai Hot. They only offer Medium and Thai Hot here but Medium was fine. Ingredients were all fresh and tasty. Will be following them from now on.
