Such a vibe. The staff is awesome, music on point, food was delicious and even good vegan options. Very worth the trip.

Stumbled upon this place while celebrating a friend's birthday, and we all had such a great time. Definitely love the grass wall and neon sign upon entry, and the fact that every room is a different club with a different vibe.

The ventilation could be better for starters. The drinks served upstairs were better than downstairs.

I love the lounge and the drinks are great. However, parking is always a challenge. We decided last Sunday to simply valet. I was shocked when we were charged $20 upon leaving. I regret not asking the price before we parked. But valet is typically $10 at high-end establishments. I am not sure if that is normal pricing for a Sunday, but I got the sense that we were told a higher price than normal. If that is the norm for a Sunday, or anyday, we will definitely take our chances and park further away or go elsewhere, depending on the weather. I know next time to ask the price and vet the accuracy inside. Even if the valet is a separate vendor and can charge whatever they choose, I would think they would at least charge similar to what other establishments would charge.

We had a great time here!! Service was excellent and drinks were perfect and a great selection of cigars!! My favorite was the music they played good music, classic 90s!! I highly recommend this place for a chill night out!!

What an exceptional experience! Cigar lounge upstairs. Friendly customers, great staff, service is impeccable. Agree with others that the music vibe is perfect. Upbeat and chill. Every song makes you smile. Cigar prices were reasonable and you can bring your own. We went at 6pm on a Sunday night so parking was easy and we had the place mostly to ourselves. You could definitely dress to impress but I didn't feel out of place in jeans.

$20 pushy valet a little sketch no sign telling you the price. Downing Street is one of several "bar" in the same building, whole place smells of weed. Let's just say this is not the Downing Street of old when it was at Kirby and Westheimer. If you are looking for a chill cigar and whiskey lounge to relax after a nice dinner, this may not be the place. If looking for a high energy DJ vibe Hookah/club/house party then this is the place. Couldn't tell you how the service or drinks were didn't stay long enough. First impressions are very important.

Went there on my anniversary after a nice dinner with my wife. We smoked cigars in a private corner with the game on and some drinks. Hostess was attentive and the atmosphere was very comfy. Music was also in point to match the scene. Smooth R&B music. We will be back
