Dotties Gelato and Italian Ice

Love this amazing hole in the wall Gelato and Ice place! The flavor of the gelato is delicious and the texture is so smooth. I got vanilla and was a big fan. The owner is so friendly and inviting, and even has a place to keep your punchcards in store so you don't have to worry about losing them yourself. The interior of the shop is bright, beautiful, and clean, and definitely elevated the experience. Would highly recommend checking out this cute little place if you're wondering around old town Tomball!

Incredible service. And even more incredible fresh gelato. Very reasonable prices and excellent cappuccino. Cute quaint little cottage style with a clean crisp farmhouse interior design. My daughter and I absolutely loved everything about this place can't wait to come back!

Ducked in after lunch at Fire Ant around the corner. They have maybe a dozen gelatos, some Italian ice, coffee, and some craft sodas. Wanted to love the peaches-n-cream gelato but it was a little icey. Pistachio and vanilla were great though. I ended up getting a vanilla and sarsaparilla float.The place is family owned and operated and they're super friendly. They're reasonably priced and definitely worth visiting.

Truly is a hidden gem. Stumbled across it while I was waking down Main St with the boys. It was a very nice place with good selection of Italian ice and gelato. Loved the strawberry ice! They also serve coffee so I will try that next time

my second time to visit and the treat was so good. I got pistachio ice cream and it was the best I've ever tasted. It was close to closing so we had the owner to ourselves and we had great conversations about how long she has lived in Tomball and how wonderful her dad and kids are. And the fact that she named her shop after her dad's mom. The treat and the company were equally great. On the way out I mistakenly called her Dottie. I don't believe that is her name but she went with it. I'm sure being called your favorite grandmother's name isn't all that bad. I'll make a point to go back soon and get her name and while I'm there I'll try another flavor.

Service and menu of gelato, Italian ice, ice cream, and the floats and sodas available absolutely blew me away. I had heard of Dotties, but never knew where exactly it was... needed an impromptu location for little league team to grab some ice cream during this hot summer and man did they nail it. It's also a beautiful storefront and decked patio area along for both indoor and outdoor seating. One if not the only ice cream joint in depot area now... if there are others, I'm sure you're great too, but this was too notch! We had a blast, and enjoyed our delicious treats!
