I swear I've written this review before. Well, I'll try again. Stopped in with the kids for some tacos a few weeks ago. There's an ordering station right as you walk in the door. We ordered and then waited outside until it was ready. My favorite was probably the carne asada tacos. All tacos were good, and served in the authentic onions and cilantro style. I didn't really like my huarache, but the meat on top was great. Everything was fresh and the service was good. Came with to-go containers of red and green salsa which both tasted good.Sad that lengua was crossed off the menu - I think that may have to do with increased cost for tongue. Also, they call themselves Taqueria La Becerrita - So maybe Yelp should reflect this. Worth a stop, and we will return.

I don't know why I haven't written this place up already, but I have a friend who I always get tacos with and this was her go-to place she introduced me to. It is attached to a little market also, so double bonus if you need to pick up any Mexican food items! The things I love here, especially during covid, is they take orders in advance for pick up, and they give you so much food and it won't hurt your wallet! Their horchata is super refreshing, their tacos you can tell are made with love, and their chicken quesadilla plate that comes with rice and beans is so filling! They really pack it with chicken which is rare to see! My husband loved their fish plate too and we have had their enchiladas that are also a winner. So definitely a place we will keep going back to, and one of the better Mexican food options in the area for sure! Super nice owners and workers here, so if you are hungry this place is for you! It is a tiny little place so if you do want to eat in, just know there are only a few small tables so I think better set up for take out. They have their own entrance from the parking lot too or it connects through the little market!

The best Mexican market in town where you can find mostly anything from Meat, vegetables, Mexican Pork skin, Mexican candy, And is connected to a Mexican Taqueria where you can order food to go while you are shopping! 100% Yes they speak English too but please try your Spanish if you can.

We stopped at this little hole-in-the-wall to pick up some quick tacos. It's attached to a meat market/grocery store which we briefly looked at while waiting for our food. Tacos were only $2 each. I got the chorizo and al pastor and I highly recommend the chorizo - very tasty! The green sauce added a nice flavor and the red sauce had a good kick to it. The person in the window who took our order was very friendly and welcoming. This place also seems to be big on serving breakfast plates, so I'll give that a try next time.

Went here for lunch. This place is attached to a little grocery store with lots of mexican groceries and fresh meat, but it's not a fancy affair by any means. Service was polite and the restaurant/grocery was quiet. The price was right. I ordered some of their tacos (chicken, al pastor, and chorizo), each for two bucks, and a Jarritos, tamarind-flavor. Each was excellent, fresh, and memorable. After the first bite, I knew I'd have to chores: 1) brush up on my spanish (one friend mentioned that sometimes, the staff has no one fluent in english, so that's a small barrier)2) plan my next visit. This is the first legit mexican taco I had since I left Chi-town, so I was ready to be very critical, but it was a good experience.Improvements include: - accepting credit cards- sprucing up the facilities- horchata? (didn't see the percolator for it, but woulda ordered it)These only matter if you're eating in. For take out, we're talking a semi-solid 4. Need to try some of their other options to confirm.

I go here often, even though I almost always order the enchilada plate because their mole is so delicious! The refried beans that come with the plate are silky and full of flavor. Everything else on the menu looks delicious as well, and while I tell myself to get something different, the enchiladas get me every time. The place is small and very inexpensive. It is a bit of a hole-in-the wall from the outside but the price and the flavors more than make up for this. The grocery in front will often serve hot food on certain occasions and the tortillas that they make there are wonderful. I buy my queso fresco cheese there as well.
