Dipped

Was at the mall eating chickfila in one of the booths and i looked over and noticed DIPPED was right in front of me and then I realized that this place was actually on one of my lists to try out. Rolled up to the counter and checked out their menu and noticed their "dipped flavors". I was torn between "peppermint" and "milk chocolate". So I asked if I could try them. The guy told me that it would be one sample per person. Good thing my boyfriend was there so he could try the other choice. We had the option to try just the dip or with vanilla ice cream- we went w dip and vanilla ice cream. The guy gave us our samples in these tiny cute little ice cream cones and I couldn't help but gush over how cute it was. I ended up going w the "peppermint" dip. For my toppings, I went with the andes mints and graham crackers. I really enjoyed the ice cream. I would definitely come back :)

Everything was perfect, clean and fresh. I got the regular cone with a Milk Chocolate Dip, topped with Toasted Coconut and Silvered Almonds. My husband also got the cone but dipped in Strawberry and was also DELICIOUS! I like the concept since there isnt really many cone dip bars..sweet and refreshing tasty treat

This is a go to on the weekend with the kids and the only reason why I will brave the galleria during any remotely busy time. Milk chocolate with pretzels and coconut is the perfect topping and this is the only place I can get it. For those that don't know about this concept, it's a soft serve ice cream that is dipped in a topping and then rolled in whatever topping you like. Simple in theory but man is it good. The ice cream is good, but the toppings are what sets this apart. You can tell that the dips are of the highest quality and the toppings are the same. The staff is friendly and helpful. Can't wait until they open up another one closer to my house!

Literally GODLY. I got a soft serve with fruity pebbles and sprinkles and it has changed my life.

We came to the Galleria specifically for this place, to get soft serve ice cream. Nobody at the counter, no explanation--nothing. Why would your hours say open and multiple reviews say nobody is here at random times during the day when everything else in the mall is open??? Extremely disappointed. It's not even called Dipped at this point, it's a coffee shop essentially that just so happens to be serving soft serve (as if).

If I could I'd give a big zero I would. Other than the outstanding waitress the food was sub-par. He had a party of 7 nothing major, waited 20 minutes to get things ordered, another 20 minutes to receive it. Once delivered the food was cold, manager wouldn't leave the kitchen to speak with us about fixing things.They are understaffed which is nothing new post covid however, dont take a full house if you can't serve them.Honestly dont think this place will last! I'd look to other options before coming here.

Got helped my our new best friend Jonathan who did an amazing job helping me get my first ever Dipped Cup and Cone. This place is incredible. Great customer service and man the taste is amazing! Definitely try it when you come through the Galleria. It's nearby the food court. Thanks Jonathan for making it a memorable experience. Hope they open up more stores in Houston!

I love the cones but often no one is there even at lunch . I stopped by today at noon and the sign said be back in 15 min. So sad love the chocolate rolled in peanuts
