Ants and rat holes in my bag of chips and the owner refused to refund me do not eat here.
This is the bottom of my calzone, second time in a row their food was horrible and they say bring back and they will replace!
Amazing! I love their food! They never fail me! I wish they delivered to my house! Their chicken wing dinner is well worth the drive!

Do not eat from this place dead ants were found in my bag of chips and the manager refused to refund me my money. This place is disgusting.
My dinner fork is the diameter of the pizza...smh. Never again!

It's been a few years since I've had this place. Growing up in Dorchester, I used to go to both Charlie's and Dimitrios. They both have their own flaws but the reviews for Dimitrios can be so harsh lol Rating only on what I ordered tonight through Uber Eats. I got their Buffalo wings and the Dimitrios steak and cheese. I'm not going to give it 5 stars because the wings were not bad but it wasn't perfect. Their Buffalo sauce can be adjusted. The size of the wing is perfect. Not those wing ding sizes. I wouldnt mind ordering their wings again. The steak and cheese was actually pretty good. Bread to meat ratio was good. It was a pretty decent size sub. My tip is to always toast the bread and make it extra cheese, you won't go wrong with that. My picture quality for the sub is a little off because I got too excited and cut half of the half lol Everything was well packaged. My requests were all correct. No complaints on my end. Nasty Owner. I been here for 30 years. Ordered fish sub for my Mom. I order a fish sub with mayonnaise,toasted bread, lettuce, and tomatoes on one side of the sub I've been ordering this for months now and I went in and the owner attacked me telling me that he will not fix it that way and I've been customer for 30 years, well they will never get my money again and far as I'm concerned they deserve 0 stars.

What happened to you guys? We used to get great pizzas from you. Plus you offered us soup while we were waiting. I recently ordered a large mushroom and sausage.When I walked in, I was told that it just came out of the oven ... it was luke warm.Now I know why you asked me on the phone if this was a new order... Someone else had already ordered it, and I got theirs!I can mix up some flour and water and yeast and save the $22 !!!

Ordered from off line for the 2nd night, just to give them a chance, especially during these days and times but I'm sorry gave them a second shot..All I have to say, is order at your own peril..These people can never be as good as Boston old school sub shops like Joseph's, Joe Famous Migis etc...

Use to order pizza here all the time until one day when I ordered and arrived early to pick up my pizza the lady behind the counter mumbled "yeah get out my face" to her co-workers as I was walking out.. very rude and uncalled for.. the pizza is mediocre just came there for the convenience since it's the closest spot to my place.

I would eat here a long time ago then stopped because I felt the food wasn't the same. I ordered from them tonight and was greatly surprised at how good the food was! I ordered a large pizza and Buffalo wings and will definitely be back!

I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks, I've had decent luck with them in the past. I will never order from them again. I apologize if you think I'm being overdramatic - but I think I'm going to throw up. I went to take a bite of my left over pizza(from the night before), and felt something tickling me. Freaked out, and saw there was a HAIR BAKED INTO THE CRUST. Who runs this place? I'm freaking out now, because I don't know what else I just ingested. How do you not notice you're leaving black hair in crust. Are you practicing proper kitchen protocols? I've been gagging, and I have the worst taste in my mouth now. I don't mean to get Karen'y, but I'm contacting the board of heath asap. I'm all about supporting small business, but I'm not about to throw my health to the sideline for a hair and God knows what else could be in there. I'm going to throw up.
