I visited Dim Sum Heaven over three years ago and I remember having an excellent experience and today it did not disappoint. We do not have any Dim Sum restaurants where I live, so during our visit to Atlanta this was a must-do. Our server was attentive and friendly. We ordered waaaay too much but everything looked so delicious it was hard to restrain myself. Steamed shrimp dumplings (har gow) are one of my favorite foods and theirs did not disappoint. You cannot go wrong with har gow if you're new to dim sum. The dry shrimp noodles were delicious, a little gummy, but definitely still an excellent dish. The seafood shumai was a little dry, so I don't fully recommend it, but definitely not bad. Fish balls are a very nostalgic food for me so I have a high bar, but these were great. For newcomers I can see this being too fishy or gummy, but if you're a fan of fish balls it was delicious. The shrimp with bell peppers was phenomenal. Flavorful, fresh, and the perfect balance of textures. The radish cakes were the perfect consistency, but wish there was more flavor. I prefer a very green onion taste if possible. We were also served tea which is always my favorite drink to accompany dim sum. Overall you MUST try Dim Sum Heaven.

First, no one had menu of dim sum. So here it is. We came specifically for this.We ordered a bunch of stuff, taro bun, baked BBQ pork buns, shrimp, pork shu mai, shrimp pork and preserved egg congee, won ton soup, fried shrimp balls, chicken feet and shark fin dumplings.Everything was really good. They have lazy susan on the table and complimentary hot tea was provided. The chicken feet were small bits but it was seasoned well, I didn't care for taro buns it was just all soft textures but it was nice purple. The shark fin was like pork, I couldn't tell the difference between both to be honest.-1 star only because I asked if they had hot mustard. (Might be called something else) I was provided mustard in a small pack and after tasting it, it's regular ass yellow mustard. Like French mustard, omg. I was thankful I did not dip my dim sum in this before eating.Service was prompt tho, small restaurant, plentiful parking.

This place was amazing! You step in and it's a cozy quaint restaurant that clearly from the looks of it is about to serve you incredible food. We got dim sum, and each of our plates were incredibly flavorful and cooked perfectly! Each dish came out as it was ready so everything was fresh and hot. We got the radish cakes, shrimp dumplings, shrimp noodles, and fish balls. Also the complementary tea is delicious and comes out piping hot. Will definitely come back when in town!

Decided to try a new dim sum spot today and it was surprisingly good! We went right when it opened so there was no wait time. Service was fantastic, food came out relatively quickly, and the price was not bad either! Food was good but not amazing. Its not a huge location compared to some of the more popular dim sum spots but the homey feel it gives off is great. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Wanted to eat Dim Sum on our long weekend in town and this restaurant caught our eye. Our mid-afternoon visit came during a slow time but it was perfect for us as we had the undivided attention of the servers and cooks. Dim sum when it the restaurant is slow means all orders are basically heated and cooked to order. The hot items were extremely hot and tasted fresh, although I don't think they actually made them when we ordered. The wall on one side is covered with photos of menu items along with the name of each dish written underneath so one could look and point to what looks good and they will make it for you. The service was professional and they were attentive but not overly attentive. A very good experience! The only item that could be improved were the custard dessert dim sum, they were obviously not made in the restaurant, did not taste the freshest, and were on the small side.

My go to spot for dim sum. There's plenty of choices for dim sum or an entree of your choosing. The sesame buns are so good! If you have a large group this is a great spot to order a table full and try all of the dim sum your heart desires. They will bring you tea to sip on while you indulge in small bites. Be sure to try as much as you can if you go with a group.

We stopped by here around 9pm, so it was late for dim sum but we were really craving it. Everyone's dishes around us looked delicious so I don't think you could go wrong. The tea was very good, we mix green tea with chrysanthemum. They quickly greeted us and gave us menus. We loved how it showed pictures of the dim sum items since we couldn't remember the names of some. Our food came out fast and was delicious. We loved the shu mai and tofu roll up(can't remember the exact name haha). I don't recommend the white long shrimp noodles dim sum dish. They put 3 tiny shrimp in them instead of medium/large shrimp and the soy sauce wasn't sweet at all. It was very different from other dim sum places we have gone to in the past. Overall, it was authentic and delicious and we are glad we made the stop while driving through Atlanta.

Visited this place expected to be elevated to heaven as an avid dim sum fan, but I am sad to say that it was slightly disappointing. The dim sum items were very small compared to other dim sum restaurants in Atlanta, which made the price not the most ideal. The taste was not particularly special either. Service was okay, nothing upsetting in particular. There were other guests when we dined in, and the atmosphere was fine. Would recommend other places for dim sum, but feel free to pay a visit if you are looking for other types of Chinese dishes.

It was amazing! Our family loved it, I'm not surprised that they have 5 stars. The service was amazing and they were so kind! The food was sensational and the decoration was so pretty. We left with full stomachs of delicious food, overall an incredible restaurant.
