The food was delicious. I ordered the dumplings and dim sum, both of which were of the same good quality as usual. The entry dish was also delicious. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable, and all the servers were very nice. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

great local addition to the Dim Sum Factory family. Enjoyed the dumplings as well as some American Chinese favorites. The Singapore Rice Noodles were some of the best I have had!

Place was clean service was fast and polite food was amazing fresh and hot only issue was for the price and serving size that part didn't add up regular store be at 13 dollars for tso here they are strong 25 dollars and they serving size is compare to a scoop honestly but I would give it a second chance

Food and service are great. LOOOOOVE the dumplings. But even the ol' standards, like General Tso's, are waaaay better than you'd get at your usual takeout place. Everything is always so fresh and savory.

For dim sum as a specialty- both Shanghai and Crystal shrimp were gloppy and over done. They let a mashed dumpling come out of the kitchen - never have that in all the hundreds of dumplings I have eaten.. Sticky rice was acceptable and filled generously. Soup, hot and sour soup was pretty tasteless, not much ingredients. Eggplant dish -too sweet and gloppy sauceOverwhelmed the veggies. Too bad the food was so disappointing- pretty place and service fine. As a chain, they better up their game if they want to survive and attract return customers who eat Chinese food elsewhere.
