We were cautiously optimistic when we had Dickey's open near us, caution since it is a chain but optimistic because it is a local Texas chain. Our youngest is a barbecue fiend, so the convenience factor was a big draw. We got a large order of brisket and sausage. The sausage was okay, but the brisket tasted like it had turned and had a rotten smell/taste. I was hungry but I still couldn't eat it. If I had to guess, I'd say that the management team is more worried with profit than quality. We will NOT be returning, as there are too many good barbecue options in the Katy area.

This is sad, i ordered it delivery 3 meat and this is what it looks like, ribs, chikèn and brisket. The brisket looks like the sole of my combat boots, the ribs seems like it was from yesterday meal and the chicken was so freakin dry, the rolls were good. I would not recommed it

i don't think I've ever done a review but this place so bad I had to write one. the food was awful taste and meat was tough. I don't think I've ever had worst food in my life. I love Dickey's BBQ and I always go at least once a week this was the first time I went to this location and never again. I suggest changed every employee and management and start over or close it down. worst food ive had in my life. I took two bites and threw it away. terrible and also service is god awful

Tonight was my first and LAST TIME patronizing this place. I really wish I could click zero stars. I just wasted $88!! Let's start with the good. The waffle fries. That is it. That is all. The burnt ends were just fat and char. The brisket aka smoked jerky was tough and stringy. The "smoked" wings tasted like the Tyson wings you put in the microwave and had zero hint of smoky flavor. The pork ribs were the only thing that was edible and wasn't anything to get excited about. Will never try this again. They should close this place down.
