The sweet potato cornbread was soo good!! Service was wonderful. The lady at the window was very friendly with good energy. I came to Dibbs cause I heard such great things about this BBQ spot. I ordered the beef ribs platter with onion petals, green beans and of course that dangerously delicious cornbread. The beef ribs had a nice smoky flavor, it just was a little tough for me and I prefer the meat to be falling off the bone instead I was kinda tussling with it lol. The green beans was flavorful and well seasoned and the onion petals was mid at best.Overall the star of the show was the sweet potato cornbread. I would go back just for the cornbread. It really tasted like the holidays. It was buttery with crispy edges. I could taste the mollases. Yum!! I paid about 30.00 for the order. Was it worth it, somewhat!

No disappointment here! Smokey goodness! I ordered the brisket platter with greens and Mac n cheese. The brisket had a beautiful smoke ring, tender and Smokey and well seasoned. The Mac n cheese was perfect and either a great cheese pull. Perfectly seasoned as well. The greens I believe had smoke turkey and they were divine. Nothing was salty, all perfectly seasoned and I was in BBQ heaven. I also ordered the brisket chile and cornbread and the chili was packedWith brisket, lots of beans, and superbly seasoned as well. The cornbread was moist and yummy.and really went well with the chili. I opted for the mixed bbq sauce and it was a perfect balance of I sweet Smokey heat and spice. I'll be back!

Bottom line: If this isn't the best barbecue in Philadelphia, then I want to find the place that's better. These ribs are dancing with flavor. From the smoke to the rub and the sauce (which you won't need but have it anyway), everything is a new flavor experience. And the sweet potato cornbread... I guarantee you've never had anything like it. Just get it. I have a new favorite barbecue spot in Philly. No question about it.

Ordered the brisket slider and the pulled pork slider and they give a lot of meat on the sliders. Brisket was cooked very very well. Pulled pork was excellent too. Baked macaroni and cheese was on point, cheesy! Had the corn bread and I was surprised to see a real piece of corn in there but it was very very tasty. Prices are affordable for the amount of food given. Would recommend if you want some BBQ/ soul food. There wasnt many selections for beverages when I went.

Visited Dibbs BBQ for the 1st time in years. It was worth the wait. The service was prompt, professional and courteous. The Ribs, potato salad & greens were good. The yams were ok, not made like anyone I know. The cornbread was different too but a pleasant taste. Overall, great experience for those who are looking for good BarBQ!

Holy crap this place is good! Damn! I got the brisket and beef ribs and it was amazing. The brisket had a great thick bark and the inside was juicy and tender. The fat was rendered perfectly so it just melted in your mouth. The ribs have a dry rub on them and it is delicious fall off the bone worth it! I did order a side of the coleslaw and unfortunately it wasn't for me, found it too watery and very sweet. The BBQ sauces are on point! Also super friendly staff, and it's more of a take out place as they have a window outside for pick up, recommend ordering in advance if you're getting a big order. Environment is a little messy (the places around them but that's not within their control), I wish this place was closer to my house. I'd be there everyday! Highly recommend it!

I hear they sell out and there is a reason why! There is outdoor seating for these hefty portions. The greens were solid. Vinegary but not overly and easily my favorite side of the day. The yams were cool, nothing spectacular. Sweet and cooked. They were quick with my order which is appreciated. I went early in the day and suggest the same. They had everything in and available. Now the ribs-- yup yup you want to try them. Not too fatty, not dripping with sauce and not chewy. They were all the things you DO want in a rib. I am definitely returning, this is my go-to now in West west and for sure bringing more folks and trying more items. Heavy plate, happy customer.

I recently tried the Hot BBQ sauce and pork ribs platter at Dibbs BBQ, and it was amazing. The Hot BBQ sauce added a fiery kick to the succulent pork ribs, creating a delicious flavor explosion. The ribs were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone, and the smoky undertones paired perfectly with the bold and tangy sauce. Every bite was a symphony of flavors that left me speechless. Dibbs BBQ truly knows how to take barbecue to the next level. If you're a BBQ enthusiast looking for a memorable dining experience, do yourself a favor and order the Hot BBQ sauce and pork ribs platter at Dibbs BBQ. You won't regret it.

If you value your time and money, by all means, skip this establishment. This place is a perfect example of when poor customer service meets mediocre, over priced food. Be prepare for a wait. A LONG wait. And it's not because they are painstakingly preparing your food, no. The wait is because of the incompetent worker they have taking orders at the window. She is unable to organize herself where she can take phone order and walk up orders in a timely manner. I waited for a little over three minutes before she even opened the window or acknowledged I was standing there. Once she did open the window, she held her finger up as to say "wait" then walked away. Didn't offer a menu, greeting or an offer for help. After she comes back, I ask for a menu. Something I could've been using while I was waiting. But of course, customer service at this place is an afterthought. My order is taken, I'm sitting outside with the other impatiently waiting customers. Three others were served before I received my food, even though I ordered before them. I go to the window to inquire and was told, "I called your name, it's not my fault you didn't hear me". Myself and another gentlemen were sitting in the waiting area and both of us looked at each other dumbfounded by her reply. There is no way her frail voice could carry over the noise where people can hear their order being called. The cashier was flat out rude. She hands me my food and as I'm frustratingly taking it from her hands, she grabs it and tells me not to snatch. I didn't know buying. BBQ would end up with a kindergarten class on manners. But, I paid for my food. It is not "Ms Incompetent" job to keep me from my items. I had to forcibly take my food and exit that establishment asap. Customer service is a joke. The food was even worse. Collard greens were not cut. Just ginormous leaves of unseasoned greens. Baked beans tastes like they came straight from a can. Brown sugar? Onions? Peppers? No. Just some watery bland beans they warmed up. Not good at all. Bbq chicken. I asked for sauce on the chicken. Get home and there is no sauce. Just a slab of overly salted, dry chicken. The collars greens could've used some of the salt from that dry, Sahara chicken. The corn bread was a dry, dense hunk of bread that desperately needed butter. Over all, do not go here. The customer service is horrible. The food is bland and pedestrian and the prices are ridiculous. Over priced, bland, tasteless food that takes forever to get because the cashier is a joke and the people that work there are slow. The best part about Dibbs BBQ is the fact I never have to eat there again. Save yourself the trouble. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
