@desertsocialdenver is such a great spot to enjoy drinks and cool off in this Denver heatwave. I used my Denver @passportprogram for buy 1, get 1 Agua de Casas along with an Aloe Margarita and a Pocket Change.Agua De Casa (Refreshing like a spa water, Cooling like a cucumber. Think: spa water meets ranch water; bubbles.Mezcal Derrumbes San Luis Potosí, Chareau, lime, Topo Chico) Aloe Margarita (We combine house-made hibiscus tea with an aloe plant based spirit. Add tequila and you've got a perfectly fresh, sweet, and tart margarita; Chareau, Ocho tequila blanco, hibiscus, lime) Pocket Change (A layered, velvety pineapple daiquiri. You'll get it all: smooth, sweet, tart ;Hamilton White 'Stache rum, elderflower, pineapple, lemon)

My friend and I came by for Friday happy hour! I believe their happy hour runs 4-6p. I had the Agua de Casa from the HH menu for $7 and I found it to be delightful. As the bartender described it, it tastes like ranch water but with more flavors! It was like ranch water on steroids. I loved it. It had somewhat of a cucumber-esque margarita flavor to me. My friend did not enjoy those flavors, lol.The bar is cute and has a large selection of cocktails. The decor and ambiance were spot on. I felt like I was in a desert vibe even though it was snowing outside. I would recommend for a date night or drinks with friends. Service was friendly and helpful.

Super charming cocktail lounge off of S Broadway. We got there at 4:30pm and it quickly filled up. The outside is completely unassuming, but when you walk in, it feels like you're transported to a boho desert chic resort.I had the Aloe Margarita and then the Agua Fresca. Both were well balanced and incredibly tasty. I'm not a huge mezcal fan yet I seem to get something with mezcal every time I go out. Maybe I'm trying to be cooler than I am? While the Agua Fresca has mezcal, it's a smooth mezcal so it tastes more like toasted vanilla rather than campfire. If you're looking for something unique, definitely give this place a try!

Nothing to complain about at Desert Social! Went on a first date here and the aesthetic of the place is so cool. There's different types of seating and the lighting is low, which gives a great atmosphere. Service was kind and our drinks were yummy. A little pricey, but expected. If you're looking for a unique first date drinks spot, this is a good one! Only thing is that parking is pretty hard to come by and you'll probably have to park in one of the residential neighborhoods and walk a little.

I haven't been in since they first opened, but the ambiance felt a bit cold and empty. Almost like we were inside of a garage? I think they've improved since opening but I haven't been back since. The drinks were good though!

Desert Social will take you to the beautiful, warm, desert while staying on S Broadway. The drinks are delicious and unique. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Clear margarita? Clearly! I had the mezcal version and it was great--not too sweet and not too bitter. And even though it was mezcal based not too smoky. And oh yeah, the vibe of the patio makes you feel like you are in Mexico or New Mexico or Arizona. Service is spot on. And even though it was 90 degrees it was comfortable. Love the misters, mister.

While the decor here is very pretty, I doubt I will come back for drinks. We came here for drinks and the drinks were just about okay, they did not even look pretty. Service is just about alright. They have no food at all. Not appealing enough for me to come back.

10/10 service! The bartender was so sweet and great at making drinks. I tried the Aloe Marg (I think was the name) & it was honestly one of the best margaritas I've ever had! Not super sweet and not overly strong. It was perfect! I also loved the ambience of the lighting, the set up with the couches/decor. Super cute spot and I definitely will be back.

Really tasty and strong drinks! The ambiance was peaceful and aesthetic, and I'd definitely recommend this as a date night spot.
