First time visiting this location. Upon being seated our waiter asked what we would like to drink. When we asked what they offered he pointed to drink menu on the table and advised for us to look at the menu and walked away. Not the best start to a new location. We decided to order 2 dishes and share. We ordered the Philly Cheesesteak with a side of fries and a 10' pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. We were going to order a 20' pizza however, the waiter advised it was quite large and since we were sharing a 10' would be best. We did appreciate his advice since the pizza was ok. The cheesesteak was good and definitely shareable. Overall it was good however, not sure we will be visiting again soon.

What a cool place! First visit here, have wanted to come for a while. The food was unique and delicious and the ambiance was nice. The staff was extremely attentive and everything was served in a timely fashion, drinks, apps, salad, pizza and Stromboli. Garlic knots and fried rav were delicious. The Baltic was funky, loaded and crazy good. Manhattan Stromboli also awesome, should have got a bigger one or another all together. Can't wait to come back and check out the weekend speakeasy downstairs!

I have a gem of a spot for you to check out in Fort Lupton. It's about 40 minutes drive from Denver. Go when you wanna relax. So many things to highlight, so I've broken them into a story or stories. @wholly_stromboli will surprise you! They serve delicious Italian food! They also have this gorgeous Speakeasy in the basement! It's a must do! Make it a date night! Everything about Wholly Stromboli is unique. Husband & Wife Melissa and Eric Rickman owns it. I've met and spoken to Melissa and enjoyed chatting with her. Gorgeous lady and a very gracious hostess. She suggested some dishes. Everything that she mentioned were in my list of must try! So the dishes below are all her fave and we love them! You just have to get this.Tips and whispers:They're absolutely busy. No reservation. First come first served ONLY.They will only sit a completed party. They're 10 years old in a historic building that was originally built in 1889, burnt down and rebuilt. There's whispers that a couple of spirits do linger around the building. They have probably the most aesthetically pleasing a beaSpeakeasy in the basement! A must-do!

We originally went with friends at their recommendation, and ended up sitting in the speakeasy downstairs and had a magnificent time. The restaurant is currently undergoing some remodeling, but that did not stop anybody from dining in the main upstairs, and the bar has always been packed when we have gone on repeat visits. We generally will eat downstairs where it is a little more quieter and only adults are allowed downstairs and NOT noisy, as some other reviews have mentioned. They have a great bar selection and the food is fresh, homemade and remarkable. This is a quiet gem for Fort Lupton. I highly recommend getting the Boli bites for an appetizer or even a meal with a side salad. The Original Stromboli is stuffed with goodness and if you're hungry get the 30". Prices are very reasonable for the food that you do get and it is homemade so I don't have a problem paying a little bit extra for truly homemade hot meals, as well as supporting our local small businesses. For me, I would much rather spend my time at this restaurant, then at a large chain restaurant.

Wholly Stromboli is a cute little restaurant in a small town. It serves homemade Italian food from pasta to pizza. My daughter got the pasta and really enjoyed it. We also ordered 2 personal pizzas where the crust was paper thin and the toppings were sparse. The prices are a little steep for what you get. With that being said we always like supporting a local business..However when we got our bill and saw a $5.00 charge for 2 small sides of ranch, I about fell over! How ridiculous!! I can't support a local business when they are price gouging customers. When you spend $21 on a personal pizza and still leave hungry..you could at-least include one side of ranch for free. Sadly we won't be back or be recommending.

Such an awesome find! Randomly stumbled across this place while driving around Ft Lupton and glad we did. The food is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Wholly Stromboli è molto delizioso! Great service, fantastic food and excellent adult bevvie choices. We were seated right away and our waitress took our order in record time. On top of that the food, which was also quick, arrived at our table fresh and hot. We split a house salad (which the greens were perfectly crisp) and a build your own Stromboli. The garlic knots were so perfect (complimentary for first time diners) that this hungry bunny was beyond satisfied. Will like to try back for the pizza skillets! Oh and be sure to ask for the Chianti (definitely a must have with Italian) as it wasn't on the menu.
