United Chinese Restaurant N' Sushi

We ordered delivery from here and I feel a bit conflicted..We ordered the Pad Thai combo and the Sesame Double Lucky. When we tried the sesame double, it was very delicious! The flavors were great , chicken was cooked perfectly, and it was all around wonderful! The pad thai however was not our favorite. It was much sweeter and less spicy than I've had before. I only got one piece of shrimp and mostly beef in my combo but they were cooked well. I'm definitely willing to try this place again and order something new!

Food wasn't too bad. However, the item I ordered was listed on the menu at $14.95, and when I arrived to pick it up, was asked to fork over $17.91 -- a difference of $2.96! Now the minimum combined 2024 sales tax rate for Thornton, Colorado is 8.5%, so this doesn't add up. Either they changed their prices and didn't update the online menu, or they charged me for rice, which was not stated on the menu. I also realized that they short-changed me. Instead of $2.09 in change from the $20 I gave them, I got back $2.03. Not a big deal, but certainly not on the level. Additionally, there was no receipt attached to my order, so I could not see why I was charged that much -- another shady practice.Either way, I feel ripped off, and I'm not going back. Note to management: treat your customers fairly. We're not stupid.

Walk in this restaurant and get a sense of calm as the large KOI pond Welcomes You. Then, A ROBOT greets you, seats you, delivers your food, and helps bus your table. Our live human waitress was very attentive and gave great recommendations! We really enjoyed the Kung Pao Chicken and Szechuan Beef with fried rice. Go check out this ROBOT's efficient way to assist staff and, more importantly try out this delicious chinese restaurant!

This restaurant is reminiscent of a typical American Chinese restaurant with a fish pond in front. The robot server is a new touch. The robot seems to help the waiters out so they are not carrying heavy trays. They still serve the dishes to the customers. United Chinese has a variety of food, but we stick with the Chinese which is really good. The pork pan fried dumplings are fresh and juicy. I love getting green beans when Chinese restaurants have them. They are nice and blistered with chicken and a savory soy based sauce. The chow fun is fun like it is named. The noodles and chewy and long with full of meat. They have a variety of other dishes that are good as well.

One word......ROBOTS! What a fun element to a dinner experience. A very polite robot hostess will direct you and seat you at your table. After you place your food order with the staff a robot delivers your food to the table. Loved the added touch! Now onto the food. Incredible!!! We had the jalepeno beef and fried rice, spicy and delicious! Big servings as well. Come hungry and ready to take leftovers home. Ee also indulged in their volcano drink which is like a scorpion bowl for two, tropical with a kick!Highly recommend!

Food is amazing, lunch menu is great and cheap for the amount of food, service is excellent and the ambience is relaxing.

First time going the staff was nice liked the whole having a robot guide you to your seats me and my dad did the family combo mile was the chicken lo mein I think but I forgot what my dad ordered but overall great service only reason why it isn't a 5 is the portions I expected somewhat less but did not expect this much but it's really good

This hurts me to say but United Chinese has gone WAY downhill. Blame it on Covid or whatever, but they have not been good since then. And I have ordered from them over 20 times. Used to be a place I would recommend to friends and family, but now would be embarrassed of the food quality. Tonight was Teriyaki Chicken, Beef Lomein, veggie egg rolls. The chicken and beef tasted terrible, terrible texture and both had grey color? I'm sorry I am not familiar with "grey" meat!? Egg rolls must have been frozen, very greasy, mushy and gross. The thing is...two entrees, soup and some appetizers....$75 If you are going to portray the image of fine Chinese...I would expect so much more!!

Very expensive $28 for combination fried rice and six chicken wings. Needless to say this is my first and last time coming in.

My son his girlfriend my grandson and myself went for dinner Wensday night. It's a beautiful large restaurant.We had the A family style at $ 24.95 per person with many choices for three of us and my grandson had sushi for$ 15.95. You get a lot of food. It was very enjoyable and there was plenty of leftovers to take home. All in all it was a good time. The service was excellent. We will return again.
