Lamb frites without the frites because they forgot and a side order of roasted vegetables. On a baking tray?

Usually when you go to a hotel restaurant, you have low expectations. This place was amazing. From David that greeted us at the start with the biggest smile that I think I've ever seen to the wonderful food that we had. It was such a great experience. The garlic knots were outstanding, and the steak frites that I had was delicious as well.

Nice relaxing bar with great service, beverages and golf on the tvs. Pool tables if you're so inclined as well. Rich dark wood, granite bar tops are a nice compliment to the beautiful Flat Irons across the valley. We tried the pretzel with our cocktails & it was perfect after traveling.

Very cool bar at the Omni with good ambiance and pretty good food.I have stayed here a few times, the Tap Room is a good choice for a drink, for a nice dinner at a reasonable price, and for a good drink. Especially if there is a football game on.

A great hangout for drinks: excellent beer selection, even better margaritas. The food menu has gone through a recent change and not for the better. After considering this my main hangout until four years ago for a move out of state, I came back about 3 weeks ago to find it was still the trusted go to place for an excellent bison reuben sandwich. Fast forward 2 weeks and they have ditched the old menu though they did allow me to order the reuben (should have known better, there was barely any meat on my takeout order let alone kraut). Went back the next day for dinner: out of the four pricey steak dishes three are not grass-fed, one is bison. Of course they are out of bison. The lamb frites I order as a substitute arrives without frites. The waiter goes out of his way to explain that the frites he delivers after I have practically finished my meal are the parmesan herb fries, not the standard fries that are supposed to accompany the lamb frites - but no worry he says, we are not going to charge you extra. Is that the new way of apologizing for a mistake? The lamb is delicious but just like the sandwiches served on a baking tray. At this price point? Not very attractive looking. The next day I have to be in the area again and of course I can't resist. I settle for a delicious Imperial Stout and the chopped 18 hour beef sandwich. Rest assured, their beef can't hold a candle to the bison they used to serve.I wish I could have given the Tap Room five stars because the service is good and let's not forget drinks, yet the kitchen is back to square one.

I think 4 stars is pretty accurate for this place: service and ambiance are great, and the food is good. The Omni is overall a fantastic hotel to visit, and having a more affordable (still hotel prices, though) place to eat is a huge plus. Add to that the nice indoor/ outdoor dining options and it's even better.

On this stay, they let us sneak in for a quick beverage to take to our room, right at close. If they were annoyed by our pop in, they didn't show it. As it was just a grab & go, not much more to say!

The tap room is located on a golf course inside of the Omni hotel. I wasn't expecting too much on our way there, I was just hungry and it was close! When we walked in the place was a lot nicer than I was ready for. My partner and I were dressed pretty casual which was fine but most people had nicer clothes on. I would say this could be more of a date/business dinner spot. When our waiter arrived to the table he seemed a little frantic. I think he was the only one working the floor. He brought us waters and gave us time to look over the menus. He gave us a BUNCH of time to look over the menus... but evenly we got our order placed. We started with cocktails which only one of us received on time. Mine later arrived in as long as it took the food to come out. Not much to say there. As for the food it was fine. Honestly a little bit expensive for what it is, but I suppose being on a golf course maybe it's normal to be expensive? All in all I don't think I'll be going back but I'm glad we gave it a try!

Too expensive to be this mediocre. It's in the hotel, which was already a bad experience in a different way. Service was atrocious, not anyone specifically and I'm sure they're all friendly. But we were basically ignored for a looong time and then food comes out all at once (app with entree, etc) and it's just okay food, but an expensive bill. Burger was very dry, and supposedly there is sauce on it.
