This place is so cute and so delicious! Especially the cheesecakes. I've had an Oreo cheesecake and a salted caramel brownie and it was SOOOO good! I tried the ice cream and it was mid but I'm not a huge ice cream person so maybe that was it. The workers in there were so nice and helpful! I made a mistake on my order (not them) and they helped me fix it right away. I can't wait to take my family back here

The place is pretty cute and there are options for cake orders, ice cream, and other desserts too. Service was pretty good, the poor cashier looked like she was exhausted (sorry on behalf of the overly excited boys).Lots of great ice cream options, I got the exhausted parent. Would love to get a chance to try some other seasonal flavors!

Literally my favorite place for cake!!!!! I reviewed the dessert stand for my wife's and I wedding and every time we have a birthday we get the same cake!!!!! The almond Italian wedding cake flavor is my go to flavor! The cake is always very soft and fresh and moist!! My absolute favorite cake I have ever eaten!

I did a last minute ( literally 4 hours before hand) order for a chocolate birthday cake, not only did they make it so cute but it was delicious too!! And when I picked up my order everyone there was so kind and welcoming. My husband loved his cake! We will definitely be returning for anniversary's and other birthdays!

Online I ordered a couple of different treats to try, and I'm so happy I did! Everything was tasty but my absolute favorites were the s'mores bars and cupcakes. They have seasonal items too, make sure to check in during the holidays for new items. Aside from the holidays, they have quite a large selection of desserts. I am sure you'll find something you enjoy here. I appreciate the creativity of this bakery!

this is my all time favorite place to get an amazing cake !! my husband and i got our wedding cake from here and after that we get every birthday cake from here !! prices are amazing and the people in the shop are super sweet letting us know the prices and best flavors! they even had a dining area where you can eat ice cream cupcakes and mini pies such an chill and relaxing atmosphere ! so many great flavors to choose from!! but my family always gets the Italian wedding cake !!

I sent my son last year 2023 for Easter the bunny cinnamon buns and provided the photo and review! he has since moved to CA and I asked Britney if she could ship same to CA. Fast forward thru several helpful emails where she provided cookies as a replacement. Sadly they don't ship the bunny cinnamon buns but her responses and customer service was spectacular! if you ever want great customer service definitely go with The Dessert Stand. I want them to be National, or at least know someone in Denver I can send desserts to!

I got a half dozen cupcakes delivered for my birthday. Despite all being from the same place, there was a varying range in taste and quality. First off, I wouldn't recommend cupcake delivery from here. Instead of being packed together, they came in 6 individual plastic containers, half of which were tipped over and messed up upon arrival. I care more about what it tastes like than looking pretty, but still. It's supposed to be better in the contact-free era, but you wind up with cupcakes rolling around like a ball on the way over. Overall, the cake is in a flower shape cup and rather dry/dense, which is good for being a platform for frosting, but I feel cupcake cake should be moist and fluffy, which these are not. The ratio here is also off. I prefer 1/2 cake to 1/2 frosting, or 2/3 cake 1/3 frosting -- these are basically 1/3 cake and 2/3 mound of frosting. Interestingly enough the frosting was inconsistent. Some was creamier and some was denser. In general, I wish these had half as much frosting as they come with. More isn't always better. I was excited about the German chocolate one, but was let down. Even though the amount of cake to frosting is way off, they stuff the cake with a creamy coconut filling, and despite tasting good, it basically became a handful of frosting mush with crumbs. There was also a chocolate on chocolate in the mix, which I am normally not a fan of, but it was surprisingly not too intense, and the frosting complimented the cake nicely. I will note this was a day 2 or 3 cupcake and somehow tasted better than day 1, I guess because the frosting moistened up the cake a little. There were 4 other flavors but I have nothing positive to report back. (red velvet, vanilla on vanilla, salted caramel, strawberry cream) Cupcakes are my favorite dessert, these just don't do it for me.

I don't object to a $5 scoop of good ice cream, but they serve up insultingly small shrinkflation-size scoops that make you think, "really?" Even the gourmet small batch ice cream stand at the RiNo district food court gives you more for less. When you go to an ice cream place with tubs, 1 scoop should at least threaten to spill over your cone. Step it up!

We ordered this cake for our mother's 80birthday. The flavor is Italian Wedding Cake. Absolutely decadent! I have also ordered cupcakes for events on several occasions. The Dessert Stand never disappointed!!
