"Good food, fair pricing, and attentive service. Overall I enjoyed their combination pho. The broth was flavorful, lots of meat, and noodles cooked well. The medium was plenty for me. My partner ordered the beef stew with noodles, which was really good too. Only negative was the springs rolls. They were old and likely sitting in the kitchen all day."
"I've got someone I want to hook you up with. Ok, is she hot? Well, she's ok. WTF do you mean ok? If it were you, would you date her? Well, she's more than ok. Bruh, can we get past the use of ok, and I'll pass.It turns out, Pho Ok being located across the street and being the immediate option, it's more than ok of a spot to hit up, and I would even say Pho Okaaaay now.Being called Pho Ok, set my expectations low (like my last ex), but also like my last ex, taking a risk pay offs sometimes - btw, I'm the dude that doesn't like the risk of even one bad meal although on the flipside for dating, it's nothing antibiotics can't take care of.So how is it better? Be specific I say, so when I asked for dac biet (the special) with the rare meat on the side and they brought out ONLY rare meat, they were like, ok, we fix it, no problem. The meats and other ingredients and portions are better and much larger than the spot I have been in a current relationship with (Pho 63), and now I feel cheated. Du m*h, not ok.Oh, and I won't get into how I was dude back in the day in East side San Jose eating pho for like $6-8, but now it's $13S, $14M, $15L cuz I'm ok with the price in 2024. Just not ok with the crazy inflation because I recently paid $50 for UberEats and a 6 piece with two large sides at Church's.Listen up now peoples of cowarado, from here on out, I decree "Pho Betta Than Ok.""
"I have become a little bit of a neighborhood regular at Revival. I love this spot. Their happy hour being on Saturdays also is one of the big reasons why. Inside it's a nice vibe, lots of wood, kind of that new/old/retro combination. Everything is finished nicely/classy. There's ample seating and check out the different specials they have on different days of the week. They also have a couple pool tables next door that people don't always realize. The bathrooms could be better, but, ah no real biggie.I've tried different foods, as well. All have been delicious. I think I got one sandy baked oyster once, which always sucks to chew sand in your teeth, but I guess it's going to happen here and there with oysters. The food is good. They also have quite the selection of whiskys & bourbons. My friend was shocked to see Pappy Van Winkle there. I was lucky enough to share his! Lol"
"THIS RESTAURANT IS SO CUTE, AND QUAINT, BUT FULL OF FLAVOR. I stumbled across this gem while in the neighborhood for a quick errand, and my goodness was I surprised. There was just one person there, he was sweet, and there had to be a cook back there. Our food came out extremely fast. The spice level here is not to be messed with. I got to level 3 spice, and I was more than satisfied with the level of spice. There is a warning sign regarding them not being liable and you not being able to get a refund if it is too hot for you. I can respect that. This Thai restaurant is not one to just have your traditional American Pad Thai. This is an authentic, full-flavor, true Thai food restaurant. Anyone who says otherwise just doesn't know good food."
"This tiny shopping mall eatery is really only set up for take out only. They have a tiny - probably 8 entree cafeteria set up for quick service. You can order some of the dishes off the menu displayed above the prepared hot food display and in the specials menu. There is one table and a ittle booth seat but not enough space for more than two people to eat in. The service was great. I mean this seems like a family owned and operated establishment. The person who took our order was fantastic and patient as we had never been there before. We ordered the fried sesame tofu which used soft tofu and was unappetizingly wet and squishy. It would be better with firm tofu. It came with dried out plain fried rice. We also got a combo platter with tow entrées, rice and noodles. It's honestly a good value for the money with as much food as you get. They really piled it on. The sesame chicken was the only entree I enjoyed and the noodles were good too. We also got another chicken dish with vegetables but I didn't like the taste of that one. I also didn't like the tofu dish. We also ordered some soups and the sesame balls for dessert. The soups were ok. Everyone seemed to enjoy them enough. Apart from the sesame chicken the sesame dessert balls with red bean paste were my favorite. If I were to go back I would go back for only those. Great service but the food was ok. Honestly if the rice hadn't been dried out. It would have been better."
"What a tremendous discovery this place is. I was in town for a conference and was searching for restaurants with great ratings. Blown away with the service... And the sushi... Some of the best tasting sushi I've ever had... Not even joking."
"Need a convenient homemade Chinese meal? They have dishes like beef noodle soup, mapo tofu, lamb dishes and more. We got our usual go to dishes to judge. First up chicken fried rice. Chicken was crispy in a light flour batter. Like minute chicken. Lots of pieces in a plate full of seasoned rice, egg, and bean sprouts. Nothing else was in the fried rice. I'm used to some veggie or green onion. It looked bland, but was still tasty.Next up was the look funn beef noodle stir fry. Noodles were bouncy, absolutely delicious. Full of beef and onion. Best look funn noodles I've found in Denver. Both dishes were about $14-16 each. Decent for the food, cleanliness, and service. The chef, perhaps the owner also came to say hello energetically. Everyone was so friendly. Both dishes were great. I suggest if it's only two people to order one main dish and a couple side dishes. It's a lot of food!"
"I must admit, I was skeptical before I tried Ooka. Their menu is HUGE and includes Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and all sorts of asian fusion. It makes you wonder what their real specialty is, but turns out, they do everything surprisingly well! Here's a few things I've ordered, all of which I have liked: - Sesame chicken (with white rice and steamed broccoli) - Dynamite Roll- Las Vegas Roll - yellowtail sushi- salmon sushi- potstickers - gyoza- veggie tempura- Thai Iced Tea I really haven't been disappointed by anything. You really can't go wrong with the sesame chicken, it's a great balance of light and crispy batter, tangy sauce with a little kick, and tender chicken within (though the broccoli could be steamed better). The dynamite roll is also, well, dynamite. It's a special roll with deep fried spicy salmon/eel/cream cheese combo. Great combo of sweet and spicy with a nice texture. The Las Vegas roll is also top shelf, which is lobster tempura, eel, cucumber, avocado within, and spicy scallops & mango on top. Again a really strong compliment of flavors and textures. I wouldn't call it my favorite sushi place in town (it's currently #2 but potential to take #1), but it is certainly my top overall "Asian" option. With so many options and consistency in taste + quality, I applaud the effort here and say keep it up!"
"Oh the fragrance of Pho, simmering all day, filling the air of their large dining area.Thankfully, this restaurant was a close and easy walk from our meeting site. Four of my coworkers came with me for lunch and we were seated right away. Good thing we beat the regular lunch crowd because this place filled up quick! All of our orders were served up in a timely manner. My chicken pho was tasty, maybe a little bit in the salty side for my preference but others enjoyed the broth. Herbs and veggies were fresh. What the Pho, thank you for your quick service and tasty food. We appreciate the separate checks for our group too."
"Service here was quick and concise. The authentic waitress came to the table and took our order with a pen and a pad of paper! The food came out quickly and it was hot and freshly prepared, but my sweet and sour chicken was drowning in sauce almost to the point where it was overpowering the taste over everything else. Very reasonable prices and good service."

Tonight our server was Caroline and she was by far the sweetest cali girl who gave us the best service which is always the case every time I've come to Revival, we had the pleasure of hanging out with my good friend Taylor as he spun records all night and filled the vibes with great music as usual. The owners Emily and her husband Dan are the sweetest couple with great taste bringing their family traditions to all of us with the delicious gumbo from Louisiana and the crispy crab pretzel Italian style. Their two backgrounds make a beautiful collaboration between the ambience, the atmosphere the quality of the food and the drinks.I tried an orange wine for the first time and was mind blown by how smooth and sweet it was definitely a must stop shop anytime in town . This should definitely become a stable of Denver.

This little gem in Lakewood serves really good Thai food! We were in the mood for something hot and soupy and decided to try this new spot out. The menu offers a variety of items, including khaw soy - which is not something you find very often in Thai restaurants in Denver! We were very happy with our orders and left with very full stomachs. The soup bowl was packed with flavor, and the curry had just the perfect spice; the only big difference between this dish and the ones we've had before is the noodle type- we're used having it with egg noodle as opposed to rice noodle. Service was great- it can take a little bit to get your food, but you can tell that the staff works really hard between answering phones, fulfilling online orders, and serving tables. The restaurant was packed on a Sunday night!

The food is great. I usually get full at sushi places after 1 roll, but I can keep eating here after 3. The fish is fresh. The rolls are tasty. The reason for taking away 1 star is because the service is super slow. We waited a while for our first roll to come out. Plus, we had to ask for Wasabi and ginger instead of it already part of the table setup.

I wanted to have beef noodle soup for a late lunch and since I was already in Lone Tree, a quick search led me to NBX Asian Cuisine. Their beef noodle soup is delicious. The only departure from the actual authentic recipe is they use thin noodles which was a bit disappointing. However flavor, texture and temperature were all present.Service was quick as I was only one of three tables seated and the restaurant feels like it used to be an old sushi restaurant but I have no knowledge of the previous tenants. Overall this place is super solid and I want to try other dishes next time.
Visit Restaurant Page"Korean tacos. Korean tacos. Korean tacos. I figure if I say it enough a few things will happen. Either they will appear (unlikely) or you will order them when you go (good idea). Is this restaurant perfect? No. When it's not busy you order at a kiosk and they descriptions of food are limited. It will help if you already know Korean food. Are the tacos so good that this place deserves five stars? Hell yes. Look, a taco is a pretty standard food, right? Negative. I cannot accurately describe how good this taco was. It was so good that I wanted to throw my main meal in the trash and order more tacos. It is so good that I am currently trying to book additional work in this town so I can eat more tacos. Yeah. It is that good. My main dish was a bowl with pork. It was great but the taco was life-changing. The taco won me over. Get you some ASAP."
"This is my go-to to go place near work. Highly recommend the combination noodle bowl, enough food for either two persons or two meals for one person. Call ahead for takeout, and don't forget to tip the people behind the counter."
"The thought of some delicious sides that would nicely accompany the steamed rice I had at home sounded good to me so I wasted no time to stop here yesterday afternoon and got me my favorite, South Style Garden Delight. I also wanted to try something new so I got Five Spice Beef Shank to go along with it. This place is always clean. Like he last time, it was spotless. Service was good as well. The lady who took my order and some other lady who handed me my to-go order were pleasant to me. They both had nice smile on their faces. At home, I started to savor my food in the early evening. Garden Delight was, as usual, so delicious; this never disappoints me. And the new discovery, Beef Shank is now my favorite. It's got some kick in it but the spiciness is easily handled. The cilantro sprinkled over the beef simply did the magic to enhance it. This is a well-seasoned dish to say the most least.I have to try their noodles next time. I feel like I keep saying that (lol) but will do it next time for sure!"
"It's a nice little family restaurant opened in the corner of the plaza. The owners speak Korean. It's known for the galbi jjim and the variety of soups present. First off, the galbi jjim is delicious. It was tender and an eruption of flavors. The cheese is a nice add on and it is melted by using a torch. It is a pricey but it's made to be shared by four people. Personally, it wasn't spicy for me but we did ask to make it milder. The seolleongtang was really delicious as well. It's a clean broth and you can add salt and pepper and scallions to taste. It's a nice broth to share between two if you're also ordering the galbi jjim. Otherwise, it's a wonderful solo meal. I like to add rice with it.The kimchi pancake is different from other ones I've had. It was probably made with more of the kimchi juice. I didn't really notice any kimchi pieces."
"It's nice to have a go-to restaurant in your direct vicinity and I must say that this Chinese restaurant is one of them (although I don't utilize it enough.) A few days ago, a little past 9pm (on Christmas Eve to be exact), on my way to go to a friend's house, I stopped here to get me a few items. There was one group of people (the last diner of the night) that was finishing off their late night meal. Other than that, I appeared to be the last customer for the night. The lady that greeted me asked me if it was for a dine in or to-go (wonder if she would have accepted me had I said dine in? Not sure.) I immediately responded, "To-go, please."Like I stated earlier I only wanted a few items (a few sides.) I got me the pork dumplings and the veggies egg rolls. The lady said it'd be 5 min. While waiting, I looked around the dining room and took a few photos. Nicely dimmed lights, each dining table was neatly arranged/set. Very clean and inviting. I like the bright red napkins. This restaurant appears to have received several accolades in the past (there are frames magazine articles on one of the walls.) As promised, it was about 5 minutes before my food was ready. A different lady gave me a bag that contained my food with a nice smile. Service is good here.I didn't eat the food until next day. Sometimes there is a huge difference between eating it fresh or a day old so I'll be fair with this review based on the fact that I ate it when the food was half day old. Overall, both of them were good. To be frank, when it comes to dumplings or potstickers, I prefer them to be pan-fried to be deep fried. I wonder if they ever make them pan-fried or even steamed. This will be a little request I'll be sure to make upon my next visit for sure. The veggie egg rolls were a bit small for the price. Tasted good however. I really need to try their main dishes in the future. Then I'll be able to elaborate more on their food in a real sense. Until then my hon/frank rating shall be 3-stat."
"I have fond memories of Sushi Bay 17. My partner and I came here on a whim one weekday evening, and it was completely empty. We were immediately seated, and I ordered some delicious hot sake. We also placed an order for 3-4 sushi rolls, which were reasonably priced... as advertised on their website.Partially I think it's because the rolls have less ingredients and are thinner than other sushi places, but honestly I prefer being able to fit the sushi in my mouth. Some spots get so carried away with the size of their sushi rolls! Can't remember the names of what we got, but they were all filling.I'd definitely come here again, especially for their lunch specials. Or just easily order take-out through their website. Plus, I didn't realize there's a karaoke room in the back!? There's more to Sushi Bay 17 than meets the eye. Lots of mixed reviews on Yelp but worth trying in my opinion."
"Wanted bahn mi, but then saw all the great pho reviews - so decided to try both- which I Highly recommendThe pho was great- broth is flavorful and portion sizes are large. Tried then pork bahn mi - the pork is insanely good and bread was fresh. Overall really great experience. The owner seems so nice- he came and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food"
"We stopped by here for a take out. Took about 15 minutes to order and walk out with the food. They give really big portions, lots of rice with huge pieces of cucumbers and tomatoes. Fish oil sauce is good too. I liked the grilled chicken they made, but couldn't enjoy the chicken satay. It was too dry and hard to chew. The grilled shrimp was good, not burnt. Overall it was a decent Vietnamese meal but no where close to the best ones we have previously dined in."
"Came here earlier today before we fly out tomorrow night back to Los Angeles, but I've already fallen in love with and will dearly miss this place because of the very cute Croc theme and humor But yes, staff was extremely sweet and friendly, the food was really good and not too pricey, and the inside is clean and comfortable. We fly out tomorrow and I already miss this place!"
"Hot sake was JUST what I needed after my partner and I went on a freezing date to the Blossoms of Light festival. The snow was beautiful but cold this particular evening. That made street parking pretty easy (one block down) when it would have been quite crowded on Colfax. We were seated immediately for dinner since there weren't many other people around.I was craving chirashi, when normally I'd have gotten a few sushi rolls. The hot sake and miso were a good way to warm my body before the entrée. The chirashi came "deconstructed" vs. the typical bowl format, which I thought was clever. Sashimi was fresh and filling, which is lowkey my concern because of price. Overall would come back here again!"
"Fast and prompt service, with pretty darn delicious dishes. I was very surprised at the nice selection of dishes, including the banh xeo. We went simple with hot bowls of pho and spring rolls. No need to douse the food here in sriracha! The food was filling but light. There was a good mix of pork and shrimp in the rolls, paired with a great peanut sauce. With the pho there was plenty of meat - a bonus, they will provide thicker noodles which my brother would love. I was also pleasantly surprised by the full bar and will definitely try a drink next time."
"Decided to pop in here for the French onion soup dumplings and the shrimp bao buns. Shrimp bao buns were ok - I'd skip them next time. The French onion soup dumplings - definitely the star of the show and a must order!! So delicious. Eat them quick though (once you give them the 3 or so mins to cool off) because they cool quick once they are cooled. Sat at the bar as we were a walk-in and the place was packed. Friendly bartender. A bit more upscale ambiance."
