PokeCity - Cornerstar

The worker was nice but the quality of poke was really bad. The rice was also so hard and everything just tasted old.

This place used to be my favorite poke for the last couple years. It's terrible now, highly recommend staying away. The last 3 times it tasted terrible and just threw everything away after a couple bites. The first time I thought it was a fluke so I tried it a couple more times and it's consistently inedible, go to one of the other locations like the Glendale one, it was actually good. So bummed about this spot.

Good for when you're looking for poke on the fly or something healthier. While I'm usually a fan of ordering online, I tend to come here and order in person. The guys working here are great, efficient and helpful. For me personally, I like bigger chunks of fish in my poke and their house sauce or standard sauce has some mustard in it which is off putting for me. You can customize how you like and make it as healthy or unhealthy as you want it. Closed on Sundays.

I went with my boyfriend and we saw it was a build your own bowl, naturally I got nervous I cannot be put under pressure like that haha. We asked for the most popular or signature bowls and he gave us a little paper. We chose our favorite and went to sit down. (Very clean and whoever was on aux or radio had immaculate taste lol) Music : reggae mixWe chose the very top bowl on the paper, the ingredients tastes so fresh, the rice was cooked just right and the large bowl is truly truly LARGE. maybe enough to for 2 people or 1 very hungry person. They surprised us with a miso soup they serve on the side and it was amazinggg. They assembe it right in front of you and it was QUICK. Definitely a 10/10 will be back again!

I used to love this place but they gave me really bad fish yesterday, that was sour and old. I had a few bites and stopped eating after realizing that the fish wasn't good. I've been on the toilet all day today. Don't eat here!!!

The food is fresh, abundant variety of protein(mostly raw fish.) and delicious! wonderful flavors! It's a joy to eat and at this PokeCity. It has a very pleasant ambiance. The three times I've visited this PokeCity, I've been waited on by Ash. He is very engaging, helpful in creating your delicious order and he really goes the extra mile in making sure we have a good time. He is generous with his serving size. Today's order of Medium Bowls gave us enough for lunch and dinner! I highly recommend anyone looking for a delicious meal in a pleasant atmophere to come and experience PokeCity Cornerstar!I can't wait for my next trip to PokeCity!

1. Overcooked rice and inedible 2. Fish was oversalted and gross 3. Customer service was horrendous and also the cashier was very rude when I asked a simple question about the menu 4. Hair was found in my miso soup 5. Paid for a lemonade and was told it he would bring it out and then proceeded to help other guests and forgot to make it Don't go here and almost positive this place violates several health codes

Friendly employees and they didn't skimp on ingredients but the food was just...bad!! Couldn't really eat it. I love Poke but this was so salty!! And even though I ate it right away it was soggy, maybe too much sauce??!! I'm not sure what went wrong but I won't be back to find out. Sad bc it's right by my work and poke is usually my go to for a healthy lunch, but I wouldn't waste another $20 here.

Was gonna try this place but as i was ordering the person taking my order coughed right on my food, 15 bucks down the drain

i come here regularly and i'm never disappointed but today 6/5 the two male employees that served me showed poor customer service by barely acknowledging me as i was ordering and was chatting among themselves while trying to listen to what i wanted. they handled my bowel with such little care and slapped every thing on harshly, on top of that the rice was so undercooked and mushy that my entire bowl was soggy and mushy and un-eatable. I usually love this place but this particular day was just disappointing
