Pinocchios

We had dinner here Friday and had to come back for breakfast. It was amazing! The benedict was cooked perfectly and the hash browns were excellent. We shared both plates and it was one of the best breakfasts we've ever experienced. Kelsey provided great service with a smile and the food was simply delicious!!

Great food, excellent martinis in a family owned restaurant. Highly recommended!They were slammed due to being short staffed so it was a slow start, then the owner showed up and thing snapped into shape.

Big fans here! First off, as long time Gunbarrel residents, we absolutely love everything about Niwot! The small, local vibe of the tiny Niwot downtown just gives you that warm feeling inside, like you are walking around in an idyllic novel. We had been to the Pinocchio location in Longmont some years back and had a great experience there. We love the pepperoni rolls, as they are the ONLY place I know of to serve them in the area. Pepperoni rolls hold a special place in my heart, as the dish originated in my hometown, Fairmont, WV. We enjoyed a lovely evening here. Cali's level of service was A+ and her sister, the owner (Kelsey) was also awesome. Obviously these gals have a ton of experience in the restaurant industry and have managed to get this place going amidst a pandemic. We ordered the pepperoni rolls (of course). They were epic and we shared an entree for dinner (the baked ravioli with spicy sausage). Breadsticks weren't our fav but everything else was awesome. Full bar. Perfect atmosphere indoor or outdoor. We just learned they serve brunch as well. I wouldn't be surprised if I find myself frequenting this place on the weekly. This place has all the ingredients, (good food, good people, good vibes) for long term success.

Love the brunch, the salads and the meatballs, also a great selection of wine, and the desserts are over the top .The patio is the best around. Lots of activity in Niwot first Fridays. If you love music Niwot is a town of of people who appreciate live music and outgoing people.A lovely community. All new restaurants should NOT be reviewed for the first month. Giving a restaurant time to work out the kinks is a good idea.Pinocchio's offers gluten free pasta. I find it a very cozy place. Three choices for seating, main room, special event room also good for quieter dining, and a large umbrella patio Great for weekend brunch and autumn dining. Mid range prices large entrees

We just had a great lunch at this new little place we found in Niwot. The carbonara was amazing as was the incredible apple crisp with cinnamon ice cream we had for dessert. Kelsey and her staff took excellent care of us and provided us with first-class service ... We will definitely be back!

Really? An Italian sandwich on a weekend afternoon with cubes of turkey (or is this ham) on it. Cubes on a sandwich? Leftover from the omelette bar? The service was great but the food is laughable. Sysco ends with a vowel but that doesn't make it Italian.

If you are looking for a quite, relaxing and a wonderful Italian meal, this is the place. The food is excellent, service superb and the owner Kelsy is always engaged with her guests, his is my go to place. It's generally visited by Boulder and Longmont locals. Summer time is awesome (outdoors). Their outside patio is quaint. This restaurant is nestled in an old part of Niwot. Their Sunday brunch is 5 stars! Prices are reasonable. I love their "lite bites". Not too much and not too little....just the right portion for a satisfying meal. This is a place that I always take my out of town guest...never disappointed.Every entry is wonderful. you won't be disappointed

We came for dinner a few weeks ago with a large group, and did they ever accommodate us. We had fantastic fresh pastas, pizzas, appetizers and delicious deserts to finish it off and cappuccinos! Then we heard about their brunch on Saturday & Sundays. It was a treat!!! Wow! What an amazing Brunch. The pumpkin spice bread was so fresh - out of this world! I highly recommend this restaurant. Great food, friendly service and the atmosphere is so cute. Please check it out, it will not disappoint!

Went to this place today. Super slow service and below average food. Lunch took two hours. We ordered breadsticks and it took 1 hour to get them. They clearly weren't home made breadsticks, so I am not sure what took so long. My food was not cooked so I sent it back. They did not remake it, but sent the same plate back but now burnt and under cooked. Waitress asked how it was and I told her it was not good. She answered "hmm" and walked away. Total indifference. No offer to remake it or take it off the bill. For a new restaurant, they don't seem interested in making a good impression. Maybe they don't think they have to because their aren't many restaurants in Niwot? It was weird.

This is my all time favorite place. It is my go to place for all out of town guests. Everyone loves the location, atmosphere, the staff, the owner (Kelsey) and the food. Food is excellent! The Apple crisp with the cinnamon ice cream is wonderful. You can go wrong with this Pinocchio's location. I highly recommend the weekend breakfast. Amazing!
