Nana Sushi Thai

Nana Sushi Thai in Evergreen is a true hidden gem, offering some of the most delicious Japanese and Thai food around. I recently moved back to Colorado and couldn't wait to try this place after seeing all the rave reviews online. I wasn't disappointed! The Jalapeño Hamachi and Dragon Roll were incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. The ambience is quiet and cozy, making it the perfect spot for a date night. It's not ideal for kids or large parties, as it leans more toward an intimate dining experience. I have loved sushi for 35 years. During this time I've met some of the greatest chefs and tasted the some of the finest sushi in the world. Today my wife and I stopped by for lunch and were absolutely blown away by everything we ordered. The Atmosphere is ok, But the sushi chef, fish and crew are top tier on the country!I rank Nana Sushi in my top 5 with such names as Katsuya in Manhattan Beach, Yamato Sushi in Tucson and Jing in Aspen. Love this spot!

Thankfully I recently discovered this place! We've never had a good sushi place in Evergreen, and this is beyond good! Great owners, service is prompt and always friendly. I'm becoming a regular.

Was such a great find. Just a few miles from downtown Evergreen so you won't have to struggle finding parking. The menu has everything you need after a long day of exploring. The food is very flavorful and made to order so takes a little while but it's definitely expected. Medium level of spice was perfect for me but you can even go one level up if you like your food really hot. Very small and simple inside but it's perfect for lunch. 10/10 if you are craving some Thai food!

We're going to need a bigger boat. Heh, but seriously this place is kinda small and kinda packed and for very good reasons. The sashimi was top shelf and that's no joke. The ramen was the best I've had since Tokyo. Wow. Great service too despite only one waitress. Super impressed.

Hands down the best Thai cuisine in the foothills. Nothing else compares. Quality ingredients, spot-on recipes, thoughtfully executed, makes for a very rich and rewarding sensory experience. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised.

This place is very small and doesn't look like much, but delicious sushi! They were so kind and attentive at making me a vegan vegetable roll and the most delicious spring roll with peanut sauce. Highly recommend!!!

So happy we stumbled upon this new sushi joint in evergreen. It was absolutely delicious and some of the better sushi I have had in awhile. The owners are extremely welcoming and kind, they were especially patient with us and our toddler who was asking a million questions. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We ordered several rolls and we loved all of them. We especially liked the volcano roll. Everything was beautifully presented and so tasty. I will definitely be coming back!

This is by far the best restaurant in the Evergreen Conifer area. The food is consistently delicious. And the staff is also extremely friendly. Our favorite is the pad Thai. If you have not been, you need to go try it.

Such a great spot for a lot of go-to Asian food hankerings! I've enjoyed the spicy miso ramen a few times, and their other items have always been tasty too. They are always friendly and I hope they stay in our neighborhood for a long time!
