Lot One

Came her for happy hour with a friend. The place was pretty busy at 4:30p ish but we were seated quickly.What we swallowed:*MARGARITA: Yum! It was so good and hit the spot.*FARMER's CHEESE: Yummy cheese with honey and grilled bread. Soo good.*BLUES FIRECRACK SHRIMP: Shrimp with spicy sauce and crusty bread to dip. Yes please!*PARMESAN TRUFFLE TOTS: These were sooooooo good. I mean, crispy tots and a hit of truffle. Now I'm craving these!Our server was great. The atmosphere was chill and my company was ever better. Love it here!

What a great find! We were visiting the Denver area and our niece said Arvada was a cute nearby town with great restaurants. We chose Lot One because the prices and menu looked good. What a cute place! I mean, really cute! Great vibe. Excellent service and delicious food! We only had one free night on our trip and were so glad we chose this restaurant. Food was a little salty but that did not affect our overall experience.It really began to snow while we were there and one of the servers did a great job calming us down. She was right - the snow did not stick to the street and we had an uneventful drive back to our hotel. Highly recommend this restaurant!!!

Our go-to place for cocktails and dinner or even the occasional brunch! Whenever we have visitors from out-of-town, we bring them to Lot One because the food is always delicious, the menu has a great variety of options, and the cocktails are so tasty! You can order Lot Que BBQ in addition to their house menu, even more variety to match your appetite. Their desserts are divine too - best carrot cake around and if you see the strawberry cake on the menu, save some room, you'll love it! The staff here is wonderful, and the restaurant has a comfortable vibe that's perfect for celebrations, catching up over cocktails (did I mention the awesome rotating cocktail menu? ) or just relaxing after a long day/week. The outdoor patio is lovely too. Reservations are recommended, especially if you're planning to head there for dinner, it can get busy during peak times.

Huge portions. Split plates if you don't eat gigantic meals. (Hate to waste food)All our dishes were seasoned well! Plenty variety and unique drink concoctions.

A super fun place for brunch! They have a cool patio if you can get a spot and the bar area is hoppin'. The waitress was awesome and was on top of our bottomless mimosas! The green chili was really good, not too spicy. All the dishes were really good and they have a good assortment of sweet vs savory

Super cute atmosphere, service was phenomenal, food was good but not blow you out of the park. The Lot One Gin cocktail was delicious though.

Our first time trying Lot One and we will definitely be back!! Our service from Joseph was perfect! He anticipated our every need! The food was all perfect! I would highly recommend coming here for dinner!

It's fine for a week night. Nothing special or creative. Consistent on the basics. Good burger and sandwiches. Salads are lacking pizzazz. I am a salad girl. So I go for the salmon.

We came here when they first opened and was not impressed. Have not been back in years until my wife met a girlfriend there for lunch. I asked her to bring me a sandwich and side home for me for dinner. Food too expensive and not good. I don't mind paying for good food. Their food was overpriced and not good for what it was/is......IMO.

Waited 1 hour for a table- the table was empty the entire time we were sitting there waiting. We went to order they were out of several of the barbecue items. Makes you wonder if we would've gotten to sit 45 minutes or an hour earlier if they would've had them. They have changed the menu. It's not very good anymore. Their prices on their sandwiches have gone up substantially a $15 sandwiches is now $20. A beer on tap on tap runs you a minimum of nine dollars which seems high for tap beer.
