"Great food with mediocre service but don't let that stop you from ordering a little bit of everything off the menu.My wife and I ordered 6 signature wings, half teriyaki soy, half hot & spicy, corn cheese, cheesy pork katsu, and kimchi fried rice. Kimchi fried rice came out first. It was phenomenal. It set my expectations high for the remaining items. And everything we ordered met or exceeded those already high expectations. I would gladly order the exact same items again. Gun to my head, if I had to pick only one favorite... I'd be shot in the head because I can't decide. It was all so good. The service wasn't the best I've experienced. Took longer than normal to get a seat. The pacing of the food was all over the place. But our server was kind and polite. The ambiance was casual. The inside was dimly lit. We opted to sit outside since it was bright and sunny the day we were there."
"Came here for dinner because we wanted some Korean BBQ and it was close to our hotel. We used to live in Manhattan, so we have a high standard for Korean food. I think if this place would be in NYC, would rate it lower. Service was friendly and attentive, they helped us cook and brought refills. It is very laid back place with some TVs on background playing Korean pop and some soccer. They also have outdoor seating. We had spicy chicken and spicy shrimp bbq, and food was pretty decent I would say but nothing amazing. Also was pricey especially considering that place is not upscale at all inside. Overall pretty ok experience."

Visit Restaurant Page"Moobongri is a chain from Korea and it's one of my favorites when it comes to getting some delicious soondae. I was really looking forward to their pork bone haejanguk but unfortunately they had run out that afternoon. So, I opted for their spicy soondae guk with a side of soondae. The soup was so rich and delicious and even their banchan of cabbage and radish kimchi were fantastic. It's always a great sign when you walk in a Korean restaurant and it is filled with Korean people speaking Korean. I absolutely loved promptness, efficiency and cleanliness of this restaurant. If I lived in Denver, this would definitely be on my monthly rotation. If you're looking to try some great Korean food that's a little more old school, please check this joint out and show the love!"
"What a gem in Denver!!Like every AYCE KBBQ, there is a wait. Let me tell you, it's worth the wait! The service is superb! We got the Combo B. With this option, there were plenty to choose from. The appetizers were amazing. My faves were chicken karaage and shrimp tempura. The Korean pancakes were decent. But don't fill your tummy with the appetizers! For proteins, my go-tos are the galbi, large intestines, pork jowls and boneless short ribs. Some other fillers they have are noodles - black bean, buldak and ramen. With so much options for anyone and everyone, this is the place to dine!"
"Korean tacos. Korean tacos. Korean tacos. I figure if I say it enough a few things will happen. Either they will appear (unlikely) or you will order them when you go (good idea). Is this restaurant perfect? No. When it's not busy you order at a kiosk and they descriptions of food are limited. It will help if you already know Korean food. Are the tacos so good that this place deserves five stars? Hell yes. Look, a taco is a pretty standard food, right? Negative. I cannot accurately describe how good this taco was. It was so good that I wanted to throw my main meal in the trash and order more tacos. It is so good that I am currently trying to book additional work in this town so I can eat more tacos. Yeah. It is that good. My main dish was a bowl with pork. It was great but the taco was life-changing. The taco won me over. Get you some ASAP."
"For another year in a row, Sera's Ramen Enclave continues to be my favorite ramen spot in Denver! I've loved every dish I've tried and finally had a chance to dine indoors, though the outdoor patio is adorable too. The Demon Slayer décor and manga wall remain classic, and service is super welcoming. Got that family-run feeling, though I'm not sure if it IS family-run. Make sure to get the Iku Yaki (squid) and side of spice. And get here early to find parking because this street gets crazy!"
"Delicious food, fantastic ambiance, and great service! We had the omelette, dumplings, and katsu. Can't wait to see this place full of guests, because they deserve it! Definitely coming back."
"I do like their Chicken wings but forgot how spicy they are. Luckily the radish helped with the fire in my mouth :) He likes chicken wings but prefers the other restaurant we go to. But he liked the chicken katsu and couldn't finish the large portion. Leftovers for lunch for me! I didn't realize they have onion rings and they were ok. More batter than onion which is fine with me. The potstickers were good. Again spicy! I'm a wimp. The servers were attentive and polite. The chair I sat on first was slightly sticky but the restaurant looked clean. Bright light from the windows. Parking in the shared lot."
"We stumbled on this new place at Lowry Town Center that replaced Qdoba. What a change! Ambience is fine dining, beautiful and quiet. The Korean menu is spectacular. Service was friendly and quick, and the dishes!Kimchi pancake, bulgogi, grilled chicken bowl, gimbap to go: Wonderful. Somehow the leftovers tasted even better the next day. We are so fortunate to have a new great dining option at Lowry."
"The Korean fried chicken wings here are solid. Ultra crunchy. I love their soy garlic and spicy soy garlic."
"This is my favorite K-BBQ restaurant in Colorado. The service is always on point. The food is delicious. I tend to choose the Bulgogi and the thin sliced pork. When I ask for extra fish cakes I always get a plentiful amount. I absolutely love this restaurant. It is conveniently located. the restaurant is warm and welcoming. It is always clean and the food comes quickly. My favorite part about this restaurant are the conversations I have had with friends and family over the years, 13 to be exact. The Kimchi is so delicious and I really like all of the other small plates. There really is nothing else about this restaurant I can say besides I have yet to try the Hot Pot side. One of these days until then I will continue to eat the BBQ."

I haven't had much in the way of Korean food, but this place rocks. Loved the wings- we got the mild teriyaki and the spicy secret, and hands down the spicy secret was stellar. I thought I would be too much of a wuss for it, but if I could go back I would order all of them that flavor. The kimchi fries were stellar as well- they had kimchi, jalapeño, queso fresco, bulgogi sauce and beef on them, and they were so flavorful. The portion was huge too- it would have been a good appetizer for 4-6 people, rather than to split between the two of us. I wish they offered a half portion. The only thing we weren't a fan of were their cocktails- the flavor was good but they tasted weak. We tried the Seoul Sunset and the Forbidden Fruit, and the Forbidden fruit was definitely better. Get a beer or wine instead. They do have happy hour on Friday and Saturday. Service was friendly and quick, if not super talkative. The ambiance was fun, upscale city with neon colors and brick. Highly highly recommend if you're looking for good food at a mid level price.

My wife and I visited this restaurant to celebrate my birthday while on our trip to Denver, CO. When she asked what I wanted for my birthday, I told her Korean food, so I found this spot and it did not disappoint. Initially, we thought it was far from our hotel, so we took an Uber there, but after the meal, we decided to walk back to get some exercise after enjoying all the delicious food. The restaurant offers a wide variety of side dishes, though I was a little disappointed that they didn't have cucumber kimchi, which is one of my favorites. When we looked over the menu, we were overwhelmed by the options it was a lot of food for just the two of us. We ended up going with the spicy pork and Kalbi ribs, which were both incredible but definitely more than we could handle. Neither of us finished our rice, which is rare for us, especially coming from Texas, where we usually clean our plates. The restaurant itself has a great atmosphere. It wasn't too busy when we went, but it still had a lively energy. The staff were super friendly and did a great job explaining the dishes to us.One of the things I loved was the setup of the tables. The grill did an amazing job of keeping the smoke contained, so they didn't need the usual overhead fans to clear it out. This was, by far, the closest thing to authentic Korean food I've had since my time in the military when I was stationed in South Korea.

The two ladies working were SO friendly! 10 stars for awesome service!Galbitang (short rib bone soup)Friend says she always gets this. Must be good. Dwaeji gook bap- Pork belly soup Very good broth, feels like they added milk or cream, but they swear no dairy product. So far, Hubby's lactose problem wasn't triggered (we just had lunch there) So it's awesome!!KimchiA tad on the sweeter side with msg for my taste, but still had like a whole plate by myself...Definitely worth a revisit.

I was invited to this establishment for a friends birthday recently. It's highly recommended that you make reservations and ensure you give them the right number in your party or it can cause confusion. That being said the staff accommodated us without batting an eye. They brought our food out in a timely manner and we all had a great time. Though the restaurant was modest it looked very clean.

I've been on the lookout for a place that serves good Kimbop. This place has a pretty extensive menu with kimball and more. I went for the original(basic) kimbop and the verdict is...Excellent flavor, very fresh. Nothing seems premade. I guess the only thing I may want different is more of the pickled veggies but I really don't know enough about kimbop so maybe I need to order it that way. I could definitely see myself bringing the family here as they have enough variety that even my picky family could find something. Think I'll have to try the Bibimbop next time.

I visited for the first time and got the vegan ramen and veggie gyoza. Both were fantastic! The alleyway entrance was very charming and it had a nice lowkey atmosphere too. Will definitely be coming back!

food was so salty and too spicy. service was very low quality. i dont recommand this place. k pocha, gang nam is way better than this place.
Visit Restaurant Page"It's a nice little family restaurant opened in the corner of the plaza. The owners speak Korean. It's known for the galbi jjim and the variety of soups present. First off, the galbi jjim is delicious. It was tender and an eruption of flavors. The cheese is a nice add on and it is melted by using a torch. It is a pricey but it's made to be shared by four people. Personally, it wasn't spicy for me but we did ask to make it milder. The seolleongtang was really delicious as well. It's a clean broth and you can add salt and pepper and scallions to taste. It's a nice broth to share between two if you're also ordering the galbi jjim. Otherwise, it's a wonderful solo meal. I like to add rice with it.The kimchi pancake is different from other ones I've had. It was probably made with more of the kimchi juice. I didn't really notice any kimchi pieces."
"Heard this place had some good dumplings so I had to try it. I got the kimchi fried dumplings and the meat baos. The fried kimchi dumpling was a hit! very crispy and tasty with the dipping sauce. I didn't care too much for the meat baos, it was a bit tasteless. Enjoyed the side of radish too. Resturant is small with limited tables. I did order to go."
"Even in the dead heat of July summer, Tofu House is SOOOO tasty! We've been here a few times and I need to remind myself to come more.Always so many great side dishes, and the entres are very shareable. YUM!"
"I fell in love at first bite. I ordered the jjahangmyeon, well to be fair...I was on a mission to have some and was recommended P & Y. The menu is short and sweet, while still having some variety. The food at least what I've tried was absolutely delicious. The service was incredibly friendly and very quick. The restaurant is cute and clean. I can't wait to come back."
"This location isn't as busy as other spots so parking is relatively easy. We arrived at like 7pm and got a spot right in front of the restaurant. The staff was really nice. They were trying to help us find the nuggets game but unfortunately they had limited channels so they didn't have the game. The chicken is always good and I haven't had a bad batch from bb.q chicken locations. We ordered the cheesling, honey garlic, and original with the house and hot sauce on the side. The chicken and fries were still crunchy after our drive home to eat. The rose tteokboki was okay because the rice cakes were not as soft and squishy."
"Angry Chicken's got a little kick. This is a nice little spot for those who love crispy, flavorful fried chicken with a Korean twist. The casual, laid-back vibe of the restaurant makes it a perfect destination for a quick meal then get up and go or relax while enjoying some seriously good food.I ordered their signature Angry Chicken wings with the spicy sauce, along with a side of fries. The wings were incredible--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with bold flavors. The spicy sauce had just the right amount of heat, balanced with a slightly sweet tang. The fries were golden and crispy. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable, especially given the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and quick. They offer a variety of sauces and flavors, so there's something for everyone, whether you like it mild or really spicy."
"This place sells yummy Korean side dishes and gimbap.... But never tried the food here until yesterday. Seems like everyone's food of choice is the stone bowl bibimbap for lunch so we did that and the beef bone soup. Both are super delicious and I love their purple rice mixed with regular rice.... (See those on Kdrama a lot). The soup comes unsalted and they give you salt to flavor it on your own which I love. They are known for side dishes so of course the kimchi was super yummy and fresh. I got some gimbap to go and side dishes but I'd highly recommend coming in to get a hot bowl of soup/rice. Support local small business. :)"
"We were shopping and still had to drive somewhere else so we decided on lunch first. We enjoyed our first Bonchon experience in Aurora so we came in here. The server was pretty and nice. She let us decide on our order. Unfortunately they were out of boneless chicken so we went with chicken tenders. There was wing in our order and I did like it. He doesn't like bone in or I would have ordered that. Half and half. Chose pickled radish as the side. It helped balance the spice level out. Parking is on the street or in the lots across the way."
"I haven't had funny plus in a while and the last time I had it was a long time ago. This is definitely much better when you eat it at the restaurant instead of ordering to go. It's one of the few places in the area that's opened late so you'll see lots of people come in through the night. The bbq is quite good. The pork belly was delicious. The cheese corn was also very good and a nice appetizer to start the meal. The fried chicken was interesting. It's a mix of legs, thighs, breasts, etc. I would've liked a wings only option cause the chicken pieces were quite large. Overall, it's a nice place to dine. Very chill ambiance. Nice music being played."
"Besides P&Y Cafe mentioned last time, Yong Gung on South Havana is another Korean Chinese restaurant that has been in business for a while and also a local favorite. Compared to P&Y Cafe's simplicity, the renovated Yong Gung is roomier and has a warmer and more modern feel. The menu is similar with Ja Jang Myeon (noodles in black bean sauce with pork) , Jjam Bong (spicy soup with seafood and pork)and sweet & sour pork as their most popular items, but the chef here added some twists to quite a few staples. Here are their sweet potato Ja Jang Myeon and sweet & sour pork."
"The chicken is still probably my favorite of the Korean fried chicken chains we have in Colorado. I really like the flavors of everything. My favorite is the cheeseling but it isn't everyone cup of tea. The honey garlic would be a safe alternative if you like a sweet chicken but want something without the cheese dust. The spicy original wings are also pretty good. It' has a nice kick of spice. The chicken just has a really nice crunch and it doesn't feel dry. The sides like fries and o ion rings are delicious. Can't go wrong with any of them. The tteokboki is really good. I've had it in the regular and rose. The kimchi fried rice is just okay and I personally would skip it. We came on a Friday afternoon and it was slow but business did pick up. There was one server in charge of all the tables so service can be kind of slow. One table did walk out after waiting for a couple of minutes so be ready for that. If you're in a rush, best to place a to-go order."
"Wanna say... with the new owner and new servers, my last few visits have been excellent and giving 5 stars.Greeted with smile once you enter and another big smile once you sit down.... and the staff comes to take your order promptly.. the last owner (over worked gentleman), did pretty decent job too.Overall, all looks about the same but little things you will see adds big overall. Love the new wait person. She is excellent and her attentiveness and manner surpasses any $$$ restaurants I have been to. Hope this last for a long time. Since rhe new owner took over, it's been our weekly go-to.Food: Our $40 galbi was delicious and love the lettice presentation. Highly recommend soontofu too."
"The other day my husband said: "Do you really want Dagiya again? You've had it twice this week!" And the answer was YES! Lucky for us, we live close by so it's become a family favorite. We've tried all of the varieties of fried chicken and love the white onion fried chicken the most. It is topped with thin onion slices and the best part is the white onion dipping sauce (I wish this sauce would come with all the orders). Another favorite is the Chicken Mayo Bowl - I could eat this dish for lunch every day! The chicken is so flavorful and drizzled in mayo on a bed of rice makes it even better! Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Ddukbokki in general. But I do think the Labokki that includes ramen noodles is good! The service has always been quick and friendly! If eating in the restaurant, water, paper trays and plastic silverware are available -- making it easy to grab what you need without having to ask the staff."
"What a game changer! After reading on Yelp about the new ownership, I knew we had to give Mr. Kim another chance and super glad we did! Super casual ambiance with plenty of tables. You have the option of choosing 3 different menu, as you move up a tier, the more items you can choose from. The meat tasted amazing and many of the marinates were full of flavor! The staff is very attentive and pleasant to interact with!"
"I've visited so often since the first time I came here, and for some reason I still haven't experienced karaoke! The K-Pop music videos on the screens around the restaurant never get old, though. It's best to come here with a larger group (at least 4-6 people) and share everything. Not the most friendly place for vegetarians or vegans, obviously. My favorite items to order (aside from bottles of soju) are Kimchi Pancakes, Spicy Rice Cake, and Army Stew. The Seafood Stew, which my pescatarian partner got, was fantastic too. Still haven't done KBBQ here either. Everything is fresh and delicious. Service is very professional. The tables are usually too small for how much we order, but it somehow works out."
"This restaurant was nearby and so we headed here for a quick, casual family lunch. Paik's is a Korean Chinese fusion restaurant chain by famous television host and chef, Jong Won Paik. Their simple, but tasty dishes marry the spices and flavors of Korea and China wonderfully. We ordered the jajangmyeon, meat jajangmyeon, jaengban jjajang, and tangsuyuk. Yesss, noodles on noodles on noodles. Each dish is meant to be shared, family style, especially the jaengban jajang which was a huge portion.I really liked the meat jajangmyeon, but the jaengban jjajang was definitely the stand out. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the toppings were delicious with the seafood being my favorite. It was a bit spicy for me, but we enjoyed it nonetheless. The tangsuyuk was pretty standard, but tasty as well with the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The sauce comes separate and can get a little messy, but overall good dish.Everything came out really quickly and the service was prompt and on point. We enjoyed our meal here and were pleasantly surprised. The dishes were priced pretty reasonably and they also have alcohol available.I would definitely come back here in the future."
"When you walk in, it looks like a very clean location. It's very bright and each table has its own "privacy" with walls and pillars splitting it up. There's an outdoor patio if you're interested in eating outside. There are plenty of seats. Each table comes with a bell to signal a staffs attention. The tables come with a drawer for the utensils. Unfortunately, our table had none so we had to wait a while for them. Service was kinda meh but it looks like there was one person for the entire dining room.It comes with a nice variety of banchan or sidedishes. I didn't know that so I ordered the kimchi soon tofu. But the kimchi was really good. There's a nice variation of spicy and non-spicy sides plus a green salad so you get your veggies in.The kimchi soon tofu was quite good. I like how soft the tofu was. It came with tiny pork belly pieces and a choice of white or purple rice. If you want something healthier, purple rice would be the way to go."
