Gorlami Pizza

When I saw the Whipped Ricotta on the menu, I knew it was right up my alley. I got the Olive Oil Whipped Ricotta with Roasted Red Pepper Jam & Calabrian Chili Oil. It was very spicy, so I'd go for something less spicy next time. The biggest downside for me was how slow it was. My husband and I had finished our meal from 3 other places before our food here was ready.I ordered things from too many other places to try their pizza, but I'd definitely want to try that next time.

I recently took a trip to Denver for a bachelorette party and prior to arriving, I scoured Yelp for great restaurants to bookmark and potentially visit. At that time, I discovered Avanti and the night I got in, two friends and I headed there for dinner. After browsing around to see what was available, we landed on Gorlami Pizza. They had a giant brick oven behind the counter and are known for making crispy Naples-style pizza - yes please! We ordered the margherita pizza and for those that don't know this classic pie, it comes with red sauce, fresh basil and mozzarella, and olive oil. They took my number and gave me a text when it was ready, which was less than 15 minutes. It looked amazing and was super delicious. All their pizzas are the same size and it was just enough to fill our bellies and not feel overstuffed. I would definitely get pizza from here again and can totally recommend it.

I got the meatball gluten free without ricotta. I forgot I prefer a supreme style taste, and I didn't love the banana pepper taste. I'd be interested in coming back and trying a supreme type of pizza.

This is a pizza place in the Avanti food hall. Pizza was ok and freshly made. I went with the Pineapple Express which was sausage pineapple and spinach. Cheese seemed a bit greasy but was flavorful. Next time I'll prob go with an arepa next door. Those looked great, but if in the mood for pizza, it's solid.

The pizza here, within Avanti, is light and perfect to split with one other. They cook it fresh for you the second you order and you order on your own - no contact with anyone else! It takes about 10 minutes for the pizza to come out and they have specials all the time.

Really tasty food and great ordering system. I came to Avanti Food Court with a group of 3 people on a Saturday for Lunch. There was no wait for seating out in the patio though it was very busy. Avanti does a great job with their seating options both on the first floor, second floor with a patio, and outdoor seating on the ground floor. There were many options at Avanti, but I chose to try Gorlami Pizza. I ordered the Olive Oil Whipped Ricotta and the Charlie boy Pizza. I HIGHLY recommend the ricotta dish. This had such an amazing taste with pesto, pine nuts, cheese, and oil. I dipped the crackers that came with it in there as well as my pizza crust. I also ordered the Charlie Boy Pizza which was tasty with sausage, pepperoni, and onion! I would definitely come back here when I am back in Avanti

Gorlami was a surprising gem in Avanti! I've had just okay stuff from other vendors in Avanti so I wasn't expecting much, but everything we ordered from Gorlami was great. We got the special heirloom tomato caprese toasts had whipped ricotta with basil pesto. Both were very tasty. My favorite was the tomato toasts. It had perfectly ripe tomatoes and a tasty basil pesto on each slice. The whipped ricotta comes with your choice of topping (we picked pesto) and crackers for dipping. My table quickly finished the bowl. We also had a pepperoni pizza (not pictured) that was yummy. The food is a little expensive but it's in Avanti so you get the nice outdoor seating space and fun vibes. Avanti is a great place to go with friends and Gorlami is a solid option in the Avanti food court.

Good stuff here. Sauce leans toward salty but all that means to me is that the crust will also be eaten to balance it out. It is inside Avanti if you didn't know. On the first level in between the bistro and Asian spot. It's a great option for apps or main course. Brick oven, that's nice. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they charge for extra sauce. Maybe build that into the price if each pie?Sauce is for the people...

Great Brick Oven Pizza's at Avanti. Fast and delicious. Had the Gluten-free pep with extra marinara sauce. Will be returning soon!Great work Charlie

The pizza was very good but the crust was not my favorite. I was hot on the patio. Food made it worthwhile.
