"This little taco truck is right in front of a dingy and dirty bar for dirt cheap drinks and smart for this business because once they're drunk they can purchase tacos from them. This place doesn't have a price on their truck and when asked it almost felt like the lady was annoyed. I then spoke Spanish to her, just to show her I'm no gringa. I asked to try out their carne asada and its the best thing ever!!!Made with homemade tortilla, carne, cilantro and onions with limes... I had an party in my mouth. Idk what is up with Denver CO but this place seems to not like black people. Idk same attitude was given just at the other location. Bad customer service but the food was great. Would I come back, Hell yeah! Next time if the attitude is given and I'm going to give it back."
"WOW. I'm from LA and this taco truck is LEGIT. I sampled 3 kinds of tacos and they were soooo good. Sweet people. I can't wait to come back here. Also there's a ratchet ass bar next door you can go get it on the dance floor while you wait."
"An Italian friend from back East has been raving about Vinny and Marie's for months. He said nothing in Denver reminds him of home and family recipes more and that Jimmy is one of the coolest folks he's run into in CO. This truck posts up regularly, but nowhere near my side of town. It's been like the Holy Grail for me since last Fall.Last Sunday, my quest came to a delicious end at Novel Strand Brewing, not too far. Indiana Jones had to work a lot harder for the Grail, but couldn't have been more stoked than I was. People rave about the Mosco. I've joined them. Homemade Italian sausage melts in your mouth. Pueblo Chiles and provolone create a heavenly mouthfeel. Have you ever made involuntary moans of pleasure while eating? I have now. Audio from my meal could find use in the adult film industry. This sandwich has the power to change lives. It opened my mind and palate to both Italian sausage (been on the fence overall) and Pueblo Chiles (former New Mexican here). Thanks, Jimmy. We got a chicken parm sandwich, too. Fresh and delicious, the sauce, cutlet, and bread were on point. This is authentic food, not just authentic Italian food. There was nothing bland and corporate about it. Fries come with sandwiches. They do the trick and held up well overnight in the fridge.Carrot cake came last. It's not usually my jam, but since he was already out of Sunday pasta, Jimmy threw this in. While the Mosco stole the show, this cake also made me a believer. Delectable texture meets delicious icing. Win. Just like the song says, "Everything's right." My friend was, too. Vinny and Marie's offers superlative Italian grub, both traditional and innovative. The owner's quality shines through in the cooking and his friendly, warm, enthusiastic personality. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. I'll be doing it again very soon. Thanks, Jimmy.Five stars."
"I can already tell chuey fu's is going to be a favorite spot among the neighborhood folks. We stopped in today to check it out and met Joe the owner, a real nice guy :) They transformed an old liquor store into their restaurant and it has a great vibe. We were just looking for a quick snack and a beer and got exactly what we wanted. The menu is a Latin-Asian fusion type of deal. I decided on the char shu pork as a rice bowl, but you could also get it as a burrito or 2 tacos, and it's stopped with a delicious BBQ sauce as well as a cabbage slaw and pickled onions. Damn. It was good! We will be returning for sure to try other menu items. Prices were at the most $10 an entree so super reasonable. Come in and check em out! They will still have their food truck around town."
"Love this place! My partner and I come by at least every other week for their Tacos and Party Fries. The cost is very reasonable and the meats are well seasoned!"
"First of all, I had to add this place on Yelp because it needs all the recognition. The food is on point, our favorite item to get are the breakfast burritos- they are big and hearty, and a added bonus they are only $4! I get the bacon/sausage mix for mine. Breakfast tacos are great too and the sauces they come with. Actually now that I think about it, we've only got breakfast there. I see people eating quesadillas, tacos, burritos, and carne asada fries all the time. In fact the food truck is always busy as there's a bunch of construction workers nearby, and apartments where residents like myself are eagerly ready to have some phenomenal food here in Denver. They are closed weekends and only open until I believe 3 or 4pm during the week. I long for the day they open on the weekends, but I feel they are making so much money during the week and working so hard that they need that time to recover! Staff is super friendly too. They even have a phone number on the side of the truck you can call ahead so you don't have to wait around too long with others in line. I will definitely try everything on the menu as it's easily one of the best spots anywhere near downtown..food truck or not. Give this place a try you will not be disappointed!"
"This is a new taco spot in downtown Denver and first impressions, it's very clean with a lot of seating options and there's a lot of room so you don't feel cramped. There are so many taco options and if you come early, they have a breakfast menu.I ordered the Al Pastor and Cubano tacos and both were so good. Both tacos have a lot of flavor and you get a good amount of protein in each. There is a sauce station near the napkins so don't forget to add some salsa and onions to your taco order."

Not pictured were the Quesabirrias which are fantastic! I basically drank the Consome and added the green sauce all over my tacos. Takes about 10 minutes after ordering at the food truck and always comes packaged up with the sauces.

Food was great and service was even better! The portions are generous and they were not stingy with the sauces which a lot of places are. We ordered the Al Pastor, Lengua and Asada, all were delicious and the meat was very moist. If you're craving tacos then give them a try!

I had a long day and was looking for some food and found them on Yelp. I saw everything on their menu looked appetizing from a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich (yum my favorite food!) to the Mosco such a deliciously interesting concept; I just had to go. When I first walked up Jimmy instantly greeted me and was super kind. He gave me time to look over the menu, even though I already had my mind set on what I wanted. I could see two people behind him cooking the food fresh, and fresh food is ALWAYS appreciated! They are usually at local breweries or bars and have their weekly schedule on their website. It was chilly that night, the bar they were at that had seating outside but they also allowed me to sit inside while I waited for my food. The food was well worth the wait. Tasting those sandwiches for the first time brought me so much joy. The bite the bread had was exceptional. The mosco was super spicy which I loved, the cheese was melty, and the sausage was very flavorful. The chicken parmigiana was just perfect and spot on from the sauce to the cheese and chicken. Look at their weekly schedule, find out where they'll be next, and try these sandwiches!!!! Next time I definitely want to try Panzerotti, and they also just got a Cheese Steak that is at the top of my list.

The hubs and I decided to play hookie from work to experience D.T.C Eats - the food truck fest that occurs every other Monday in the Tech Center. Despite the array of food trucks to try, I'd heard the buzz on Chuey Fu's for a while now, and decided it was worth a shot. Everything, I repeat, everything looks delicious on their menu. I opted to try the Ahi Tuna Bowl (as they advised the bowl was much better than a rito or wrap) while the hubs was interested in trying the Korean Beef Bowl. Service was friendly, fast and food was ready in a short 7 minutes! My tuna - was pretty good. Slices of fresh Ahi over a bed of rice, stuffed with lettuce, pickled goodness and drizzled in the BEST sweet chili sauce ever!! mmmm! The Korean bowl wasn't that great - as the meat tasted a bit overcooked, and lacked the flavor my Ahi bowl had. Although the portions were large, the hubs didn't finish his food due to the lack of taste. I have to knock off a star for the pricing - as everything is really pretty expensive. My Ahi bowl was $12, while the Korean Bowl was about $12 - which seemed pricey for not being as loaded up as the other poke trucks nearby. *Pro Tip: Try their strawberry basil lemonade! SO refreshing and seriously to die for!If ever given the opportunity to try their food again, I'd gladly try something different on the menu - and try their flagship restaurant! :)
Visit Restaurant Page"This immediately became my favorite Asian restaurant in Denver (yes there are many Asian cuisines, this tops all of them). The one downside is the takeout ordering process. The menu changes and you can't find the current menu online. So I had to call to order and the person on the phone patiently repeated it many times for me while I figured out what I wanted. As a visual person, this was a very challenging way to order. They said it should be on Instagram, but it wasn't today. Ordering challenges aside, the food is outstanding. I'm not 100% sure what all I ordered because I couldn't keep up with trying to write it all down as they read the menu to me. The only thing I know is that it was all phenomal. My only regret is not ordering the entire menu. I will absolutely be back because this is the level of good food that is not easy to come by."
"Ambiance: it's located on the right side of food court once walking through the entrance Service: very fast however careless, made the order wrong at the first place though fix it later Food: limited choices on the menu Traditional Lamb And Beef - **** signature gyro sandwich, juicy ground meat, recommend Grilled Chicken - *** very dry made from frozen chicken French Fries - ** soggy texture Price: medium portions and affordable prices, expect about $20 per order"
"Now I'm no expert on Mexican food by any means. However I would like to think that I know what good flavors are.Had to stay in Denver for a month and both of us were craving Mexican food. Found this place: Salsas La Huacha. Was thrilled to see it. I mean a shack in Golden, CO. Wow. First thing's first. Do they have veggie tacos for my wife. Yes they do. Simple menu. No avocado and chips and stuff. Took a chance and grabbed a couple veggie and chorizo tacos and went home. Mama Miya. Absolutely LOVED the chorizo tacos. Wife loved her veggie ones too.Have been there several times already and tried some of the other tacos too but the chorizo stands out for me.We go there once a week and I'm not kidding; I'm like that kid who knows tonight is ice cream night. Except, it's taco night. Gonna miss their food once we head back to Chi Town."
"That algorithm got me nice and good throwing nothing but birria tacos in my face and I just HAD to get in on it! Not the easiest task finding some in town, so we drove all the way to Lakewood to find Pancho's Birrias y Mas.No line when we went for a late lunch on a weekday and the food came out quickly. Believe the hype because birria is where it's at! Amazing, juicy beef and that consomme! I really don't know how I'm gonna eat tacos any other way from now on - I mean to dip or not to dip...in that flavorful, delicious consomme... how do you just NOT..??I had to knock a star off of this review because that taco dip price just seemed kinda steep to me - one taco with one big cup of consomme came to $4.75. I've admittedly gone to a couple other birria spots since visiting Pancho's and the price was a little better at both. With that said though, these tacos are just on a whole 'nother level and I would definitely come back if the birria craving ever hit while I'm in the area."
"This menu has so many interesting things on it. I could have eaten my whole meal here, but I wanted to try multiple places. I ended up getting the Pho Banh Mi. The sandwich was delicious. My only criticism is that I wish it had a crispy baguette like I'd expect for a Banh Mi. It was still delicious on the soft bread though. I'll happily come back to try the rest of the menu."
"Uptown & Humboldt is a special place. I've seen every iteration of them over the years. From food trucking and meal prepping to hotel brunching and food stalling, these cats have been ALL OVER the Greater Denver metro area sharing their culinary creativity with the masses. You'll be hard-pressed to find anyone kinder and more passionate about the community more than Gio and his business partner, Hayden. The ethos of Uptown & Humboldt stems from their travels around the world and their culinary adventures. The end result is nothing short of damn delicious food. The current menu revolves around their gyros and burgers. You can't go wrong with anything you try. The FMB and Berlin burgers are absolutely delicious. On my most recent visit I went with my favorite order: the Lamb Gyro and Yuca Fries. This combination is magnificent. The lamb tender and the gyro filling. The yuca fries somehow steal the show every time, with the garlic cilantro aioli in th running for most addictive side sauce in Denver.PRO TIP: wash it down with a Pineapple Basil Agua Fresca. It puts all other agua frescas to shame. Splurge on the drink, IT'S BEYOND WORTH IT.If you're at their food stall at Zeppelin Station, you'll be kicking yourself if you don't try anything from their newer tapas menu. The two standouts are the Truffle Manchego Croquettes and the Pistachio Whipped Feta. Just take my money and call it a day.If you find their food truck and they happen to be serving breakfast burritos, order one. Actually order seven. In the breakfast burrito-obsessed world of Colorado, theirs are TOP TIER. These are craveworthy. Like going out in a blizzard craveworthy!I'm one of Gio and Hayden's biggest fans. They've accomplished so much in a short period of time, but I have a feeling they have big things on their horizon. Wonderful people, excellent food, and a burning desire to do good in this world. If that isn't the recipe for success and happiness, I don't know what is."
"Liang's is an awesome food truck! Nice customer service, and delicious food at very resonable price. Panang curry was one of the best I have ever had and they give you a generous portion. I will definitely come back to try another menu! FYI 2 orders only per customer.. it is that popular!!"
"Killer food truck. Owner is amazing. Have tried half the menu at this point. Will be trying the rest of the menu in good time! Glad he comes to the hospital I'm currently at!"
"We arrived in town late last night and hand a hankering for something that wasn't a greasy fast food burger. Gyros Town came to our rescue, and I am forever grateful. The gyro was delivered warm, fresh, and tasty. There was a generous amount of meat and other fillings. I'd get it again in a heartbeat, even if other places are still open. Thank you Gyros Town for saving the day!"
"This food truck was amazing. Quick service, incredible Gyros and so convenient in downtown near the bars! Definitely want to come back!"
"I came here based on reviews and I'm so glad I did. I had an Asada burrito and it reminded me of the food my mom used to make when I was a kid. I should have taken pics but I was in a rush and started eating in my car.The carne has great flavor and the tortillas are soft and home made. I'll be coming back next time I'm in Denver."
"The place to go for taco Tuesday!A local food truck turned brick and mortar is all the rage here in the highlands neighborhood of Denver. Located just off 38th this is a happening place for great tacos, burritos, nachos and ramen. If you like birria style this is your place. The consume' looked rich and flavorful. This attracts a pretty young crowd but definitely all ages were in the house when we went. Seating is pretty limited to be honest. I'm guessing the restaurant will host 50 people, the bar can seat a total of 10. In warmer weather the patio adds another 20% more capacity. When we arrived at 6:30 on Tuesday we snagged the only table which accommodated 2 people. The line was short. By 7pm the lines was well over 20 people deep with folks waiting around to snag open tables. Lots of to go orders as well. Chips and guacamole are pretty standard. Guacamole is good but nothing unique. Al pastor tacos were yummy. Love the red corn tacos. The queso taco Al pastor was REALLY GOOD. That's what I'm having next time!!The fries with queso were good but I'm going to try a burrito next time. Looking around at other tables, the burritos and quesadillas looked amazing!! Visit the salsa bar to get all the necessary additions like pineapple, cucumbers, radishes and lots of salsas. Definitely plan a return trip try more menu options. I definitely recommend earlier rather than later. By 7pm the place was chaos. I liked that when we got to the checkout they were clear about the wait time for food to avoid any disappointment."
"A friend and I had lunch at Zepplin Station the other day. My friend ordered the chicken and dumplings...it was amazing!! Rich and deel flavor with lots of veggies. I can't wait to go back and order it myself. I also want to try other dishes considering how yummy this one was, HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
"Little India def has one of my favorite food trucks in the Denver area! Why you ask? Let's break it down!Star #1 - Staff is super friendly and def know their way around that food truck. My order is always ready in under 7 minutes.Star #2 - The foooood! I am obsessed with their chicken tikka masala, jasmine rice, and naan. It's the best!Star #3 - Portions are perfect! Easily enough to fuel you for the rest of your day at the fest.Star #4 - Prices are on point!Star #5 - They are a regular staple at many of the festivals I have been to; including both Jackalope Arts and Crafts and The Big Wonderful!Given my love for Indian food, I will def be noshing Little India's curbside goodness every chance I get!"
"Oh dannng, this was sooo good! That's the best tikka masala I remember having. The naan was perfectly crispy and chewy tasty, and even the rice had the perfect amount of spices (usually in Denver you just get no flavor rice). My boyfriend loves their butter chicken (his fav butter chicken in town), but I'm already excited to get the tikka masala again."
"Yelpers of the World Unite! Why does the burrito/taco lady (as my fellow teammates call her) only have one review on Yelp. Are my Yelpers slacking? You might be...Teammates of mine told me about this lady and invited me to got this morning. Thank goodness, this is the BOOMDIGITY!Smallish menu. Offers a selection of breakfast burritos, and a great array of tacos with carnitas or chicken or more. Taco's have a great balance of spice (mild if you want) with fresh onions, cilantro, lime, and rice. I had the chicken and there are were huge pieces of chicken throughout - not cheap with the chicken. She also has a variety of drinks. She's on the corner of 17th and Blake which means that if your looking for an amazing lunch or breakfast you should walk the 1/2 block and get some taco lovin! Forgo the Chipolte's and Qdoba's of the world and take part in the Burrito Cart - support a local gem that deserves the recognition for being a great food cart in downtown Denver.Stop by giver her a try and write a review. Let's get busy!"
"Savage Beet was fantastic food truck experience! I can't say enough about how great a meal it was!"
