I've visit their RiNo location before and loved the food but their LoHi location has even more options and way more space! They have an outdoor patio that was full when we dined on a Friday for happy hour but the indoor seating was a great option. Their happy hour included drinks, oysters, and the Daisy pizza and more. The happy hour cocktail was super tasty and rotates, which I love. The cheese pizza was just as good as I remember! Our server was great and quick. We have a miscommunication about the happy hour negroni but she was able to fix it without issue. I will certainly be back and can't wait to try their pastas at this location.

Appetizers, Pizza, and drinks are excellent! Great drink menu with a good selection of cocktails and wine. They have a cocktail for a cause and for any month, mine was rose infused gin based cocktail. Beautifully balanced! I also tried the chicken liver mousse with housemade bread and pickles. Delicious starter and oysters were fresh too! Can't go wrong with any of their pizzas. Service was attentive and quick. I find thế better parking with this particular location and the restaurant is roomier.

This place is located in the center of LoHi. We found street parking. Had a reservation and we're seated on time. There is also an outdoor patio which is nice when the weather is appropriate outside. We came here a little bit earlier to get the happy hour cocktail deal. The happy hour menu, features several appetizers and cocktails. It was refreshing. After we got seated for dinner, the server was very friendly and gave us great recommendation. To start, we ordered a charcuterie board and added prosciutto on the side for an extra six dollars. My favorite thing on the board was the chicken liver moves and sausages. Another appetizer that we ordered was the beat and ricotta cheese salad. I highly recommend it because it's got a nice flavor, great for SummerFor pizzas, we ordered a lamb and chimichurri as well as the signature cart-Driver pizza with sausage and mozzarella. I like both of them and I like that they are not as heavy as some other sick and heavily sauce. Pizzas you might find elsewhere. Their pizzas achieved a nice balanceMy favorite part of the dish was actually the Bolognese pasta! It comes in a very small portion, but very well cooked with a beautiful presentation . This is something that I will definitely order againOne thing that I really didn't like was that one hour and 45 minutes since we sat down at the table , the server already started rushing us out, saying that the next reservation for this table is coming up soon. Then the server kind of hovered around the table and looked at his watch as a passive aggressive sign. I understand that this is not the servers fault, but a decision made by the restaurant. However, it is very unpleasant to have someone constantly rush you while you are enjoying food and drinks with friends because they set their reservations close to each other and are so eager to flip the table!

I've been here a handful of times and I've had good and sub-par experiences. That being said, this past trip was amazing. Unknowingly popped in during happy hour so we had to oblige in some cocktails. The messed-up-Negroni is fire. The addition of Prosecco in their take on a Negroni makes the cocktail extremely crushable with the same bitter taste of the original. Big fan. We threw back a couple oysters and they thoroughly impressed me. Fresh and no salty fish taste at all, great presentation as well. We started with some bread and butter. Slightly charred focaccia with a rotating compound butter. The butter at the time was a salsa verde flavor which tasted a lot better than you would think. Great way to get warmed up for more carbs. The entrees we ordered were the Zaerano Farfalle and Prosciutto and the Daisy pizza. The farfalle was the star of the show. Full of flavor from the sauce. Almost like a buttery broth. For pasta this is as light as it gets, but the flavor is all there! The daisy was great too, nothing much to report. Above average Neapolitan style pizza. Great size for 17$. If you're hungry you could probably crush it yourself. The restaurant itself is well kept and charming. Upscale feel and decor - type of place to impress your parents with a casual meal. Might sound weird but they have misters for their outside seating and they perfectly offset the 90° weather. Our service was great! Accurate and timely. Friendly and upbeat. Very fun and delicious meal.

A short walk from our hotel in LoHi area. We walked in and was able to get seated but a high top table for 2 by the bar area. We were explained the menu and they had a happy hour menu. Got a few drinks but they were honestly very weak like water for both of our drinks. First off, it's pretty expensive. Like coming from Boston, the prices were on par. Also something I noticed were they are super light on the meat options. Some here and there but the menu is pretty vegetarian friendly so we actually preferred they had more. Ordered pork bolognese and peppers pizza. The pasta was good in its own way I would say. The flavors were good but nothing close to Italian. Comparing it to an Italian dish, no good but not comparing it, it was good in its on way. The pizza was just ok. Just a pepperoni pizza honestly that costed $20 for a small 10 inch. Service though was super quick. Anytime our plates were cleaned, instantly the waitress was ready to pick it up.

Great spot in a cute neighborhood. Can choose from indoor and outdoor. We ordered the Daisy to share. You can also do toppings on half the pie! The pizza took awhile but because it's made fresh! It's pretty large. We were both stuffed eating half of the pie. Service was great!

Cart-Driver is just fantastic. The service is always great. I've been in twice and have usually stuck with the seasonal special. You can't go wrong with a goat cheese, peach and prosciutto pizza. The drinks are fantastic as well. Noise is a little high, but I can get past that or sit on the patio which is on a relatively quiet street.

Finally made it to Cart Driver and it was every bit deserving of the hype! The pizza was amazing, including the crust, toppings and sauce. Unfortunately the peach pizza was just a special, so it's not always on the menu but I wish it was! The salad was the perfect side, with a zesty balance. We sat on the patio and it was very dog friendly with the waitress's bringing our dog water and being so sweet. Everything on the menu sounded delicious so we will definitely be back to try more!

I've been eying Cart Driver ever since I heard about their Prosecco on tap and Clam Pizza - so after pampering ourselves with facials, my sister and I ventured over for a glass of wine and a bite before heading home.We arrived around 5:15PM on a Monday, which allowed us to snag a spot to park on the street and walk less than a block to the entrance. The restaurant was relatively busy for a weekday happy hour yet there was plenty of seating in the cozy interior, so the host graciously lead us to a high-top table near the bar, which was perfect for the two of us.Let's just say the large windows, exposed brick, open kitchen, rich oak bar and jazzy tunes played overhead really create one hell of a vibe, that's totally welcoming. We quickly found ourselves right at home and proceeded to check out the extensive menu. The bartender (who also happened to be our server) approached us within minutes to take our drink order, and although we weren't feeling Prosecco, we simply asked him for his recommendation on wine that would accompany the Clam Pizza. Ultimately, he chose a deliciously crisp white, that was dry and delicious! He was very friendly, informative and made small talk with us, which was nice. He was attentive yet allowed us to enjoy all aspects of the meal without a rush. Now - the FOOD! HOLY MOLY.Everything is made in house - dough, sauces, pasta - you name it, it's made within the walls of the establishment and totally impressive. We opted to start our meal with a round of fresh Oysters - Massachusetts Oysters to be exact - which were lump, plump and oh, so good! The 4 we ordered went fast, so at the request of my sister, we ordered the Sardines. Before we knew it. the canned Sardines arrived with a side of sauces and freshly baked Italian bread. Let's just say - this was one of my favorite parts of the meal! The soft salty fish paired SO WELL with the sauces against the dense bread - creating the perfect bite! YUM!THEN, out came the Clam Pizza! Each pie features a delicious cream sauce topped with littleneck clam, pancetta, panna, roasted garlic cloves (which were so so so good) and herbs. Within the first bite, my sister and I looked at each other and said YUM in unison, because YUM. The pizza was perfectly wood fired, generously topped with goodies and had both salty and sweet elements (I swear I could taste cinnamon!) that balanced out nicely! We were too stuffed for dessert, but possibly next time!Overall, I'd easily return to this little gem in the heart of LoHi - and you should too!***Pro Tip: Happy hour is offered, despite the misprint on the menu. We were a little stumped when the host brought us a happy hour menu, only to see that happy hour was offered Tuesday - Friday, but I assure you, it's offered each day - both during the week and weekend!
