Carbon Coffee

We've been to Carbon Coffee twice now in Aurora and wow, what a great coffee shop!! They have a great selection of coffee, tea, kombucha, matcha, chai and a wonderful assortment of pastries from a local pastry spot as well. (If I can remember the name of the place they mentioned, I'll update my review) They also have a menu of seasonal drinks, the maple pecan shaken expresso is literally one of the best cups of coffee I have had in such a long time and I got it both times we went there. The place is very clean and the staff are all so friendly and ready to help with any questions you may have. We met the owner, Benny and ended up talking to him for awhile about everything Aurora including all the coffee shops/restaurants to checkout nearby in the area and beyond. He told us they opened in September this year and so I really hope they take off and continue to do great things! He was such a nice person and I wish him nothing but success. Please go show your support to them over at Carbon Coffee, I know I'll definitely keep going back over there myself.. it's just sooo good!

Second time here after first experience through Yelp Elite week. I had to try their Ube latte and it was not disappointing. The first sip was very dreamy and warm, but I didn't taste Ube. It was delicious, but I wish there were more Ube flavor. As of now, I prefer their Matcha latte. Can't wait for them to have Strawberry Matcha and Ube Matcha.Love the location and the simple interior. It's very inviting and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed sitting there, while sipping my Matcha latte and creating some video content. It's definitely a place to get some work done, catch up with a friend or two, and get some good coffee.

**Disclaimer: I was invited to this location as part of a Yelp event**To have a local coffee place across from the major hospitals in the Denver metro area is very dangerous for those who work in the healthcare field and are caffeine dependent. Carbon Coffee fits the bill and their espresso based drinks are great. I picked one of their seasonal drinks - maple pecan shaken espresso drink and a baked danish, which was warmed up for me. The shaken espresso hit the spot and will definitely be an inspiration for me to try at home. From purely the espresso portion, I would say that their espresso did not jump out at me in a bad or stand out way. The staff was really nice and told me that they are in the process of expanding their drink menu to include more matcha based drinks. For those who need a place to get work done, there's plenty of tables and free parking in the back!

I came to check out this coffee shop while I was working up here in the north part of Denver. I was here for a Yelp event where my coffee drink and pastry were complementary. I was actually beyond ecstatic to learn the location because it is right in the middle of one of my weekly routes. It's located in the base of a hotel and just across the street from the Children's Hospital, it has a great parking lot with plenty of spaces and the coffee is the best in the area by far.The staff was super friendly when I arrived and made a recommendation for croissant. I will not soon forget. If you get a chance to stop in, please do not skip on the everything croissant. It seems simple enough with everything bagel seasoning on top of a big fluffy croissant, but it was sweet yet salty and met all of my cravings. I stopped in in the middle of my workday, mid morning. It wasn't super busy, but the Wi-Fi was strong, and I was able to update all of my notes and Salesforce that I needed to get through that day. I had a couple people met me there that I was planning an industry event for and they were blown away by their selections too. The shop is brand new, very clean and organized. It was a great place to get work done without any distracting clutter. I was one of two people to begin with working on laptop and may be up to four or five by the time I left. This is the great midday works stop we've all been looking for.My coffee in the photo not only was not only beautifully made, but it was also the perfect balance of sweet and strong. I'm always looking for a latte that won't be too sweet, but won't blow me away with the bitter from the espresso. The staff working made some amazing suggestions and everyone was very pleased. I will definitely be back to try a few more of the things on the coffee and tea menu when I'm working that area in a couple weeks.

First off, thank you so much for having a free parking lot. It's definitely a motivator to make it out to Carbon Coffee for a drink or a nice place to work. It is very chill and I like that there's a lot of natural light. The baristas are very friendly and kind.I do like that they have a small menu because each drink is made with high quality ingredients. I ordered the matcha (with no sweetener) and I was surprise to see the matcha whisk used to make the drink. Even without sweetener, it wasn't bitter. Very delicious. They did mention that they plan to introduce strawberry matcha and other matcha variety drinks in the future which I will be back to try.

What a cute place! The location is very convenient, right across the street from the Children's Hospital. There is a front door and a back door which is very convenient! Parking is located in the back and there are plenty of spaces! Their menu is small and basic which leads to every coffee tasting delicious! I ordered a vanilla latte and it was so creamy and smooth! I wanted every single one of their pastries, but I ordered the ham and cheese croissant. The croissant had so many flaky layers that I accidentally made a mess!

Loved the Ube latte and everything croissant here. Great service and friendly staff! Also love that they have easy parking with their lot in the back.

Let's start off with the location .... You can see right off the main street which I think is wonderful... when walking in, the ambiance was so urban and modern ... love the simplicity of the place ... The staff was great !!! Benny the owner was there helping me out making suggestions... 10/10The maple pecan with oat milk , OMFG! Loved it , I should of ordered 2 of them .... Obsessed My pumpkin hot coffee was yummy but simple ...They have a reward system, so make sure to sign up.Yes! I will be coming back and yes! Ordering my maple pecan again.

stopped by here on a Monday morning and it was such a great choice! The location is conveniently located right by anschutz campus so it's perfect for students and people to stop by from the hospital. The vibe is clean, cozy, and modern! There are lots of plants, a giant window at the front, and great music playing. Plenty of seating with outlets making it a great place to work as well. I got the maple shaken espresso and blueberry danish. The maple espresso was so delicious, it was perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. The coffee flavor came through beautifully and the flavors complemented the coffee beans instead of overpowering it! It was a great sipping coffee. The blueberry danish tasted fresh and was beautifully presented without tasting overly sweet. Overall, 10/10 for both the coffee and the pastry! I would come here to catch up with friends, or to sit and study for an afternoon. The barista was so kind and knowledgeable, the atmosphere was very welcoming. Great new coffee shop in the area :)

Aiden (not sure if I spelled that right) was amazing! So so helpful with giving recommendations and made the yummiest maple pecan shaken espresso. The ham and cheese croissant heated up was HEAVEN. Highly recommend this spot! So happy it's only 10 min from my house because I will definitely be back
