"This is a plant-based vegan/vegetarian casual eatery that serves Asian fusion food. Until my new friend suggested this to be our little lunch get-together place the past Wednesday, I had no clue about its existence (or I had heard about it but the knowledge somehow fell into oblivion.) Therefore, I owe my friend huge thanks.I couldn't wait to dine here. I browsed the menu a few times online beforehand so that I wouldn't be so indecisive when I got here on the day of. Japanese Katsu Rice Bowl caught my attention but I thought I'd try to be spontaneous was my intention.I jinxed it. I got me the Katus Bowl when I got here. I mean at least that would be a great starter item to pick for my very first visit. My friend said what she likes about this place is that they serve food in a to-go container even if it's a dine-in. That way, people would not feel so obligated to finish all of their food; they can always take the rest home with them to avoid food waste. I kind of agree with this concept because both my friend and I could not finish our food as the portions here are pretty generous.I truly enjoyed my Katus Rice Bowl. At the first impression, the entire food looked salty (I simply dislike salty food.) I was wrong (and glad to be wrong!!.) Although there was a generous amount of tonkatsu sauce over the katsu part, it wasn't salty at all. And the veggies that were underneath the katsu were cooked to the perfect texture. In other words, they weren't soggy or too raw. This restaurant is surrounded by hospitals and medical offices. It must be very popular amongst those workers from those places. Although on a Wednesday that seemed typical, we were one of the few people who dined here during the peak noon lunch time. The lady at the ordering counter said that this place opened during the peak of the pandemic. I truly hope that they are getting enough foot traffic. For a restaurant that focuses on plant-based only food, they should get more accolades from people who prefer this type of diet. With that said, they have my utmost support for sure!! I'll definitely be back soon. I will try one of the noodle bowls at my next visit."
"First time trying this place since moving to this area. Only got take out, the food is delicious. I should've gotten hot, the medium is mild, but like I said first time trying here. Their garlic is more puffy than some other Indian places and their samosas are a little smaller but flavorful. Will try them again, my food was ready for pickup in 20 minutes."

"Little tricky to find the entrance of the restaurant but big seating inside. The receptionist was really good and provided good recommendations. Limited choices on drinksCrunch wrap - 5/5 - really tastyFries nachos with beef - 5/5 - great taste and fillingBeef taco - 3.5/5 - lacks flavor"
"The food! The sushi was nice and flavorful and just the right amount. The ramen!!!!!! Yes, i'm screaming because it was that good-too 3 in Denver periodddd"
"Family owned, quaint and cute! The service is impeccable although sometimes they can get overwhelmed on busy nights! Some of the best Indian in Denver area! I always get the Shrimp Korma and the Old Monk beer is awesome! Hugely underrated restaurant in castle pines!"
"Im not vegan but my aunt is and she asked if we could go here for lunch so I was happy to try it.You order on a little kiosk, which was convenient. The food was a bit expensive but I know it's not normal fast food. It came out pretty quickly and everything was so good. I would have never known it's wasn't real meat. My burger did fall apart kind of easily but it was so good I didn't care!I'd definitely go back if I saw another location."

This place has been on my list for awhile and I finally got to stop here for lunch the other week. So pleased to see the menu is all Asian food ranging from appetizers to bowls to noodles. I didn't come in with a game plan so I asked the cashier what was popular/good because I honestly had no idea what I was feeling. She recommended the beyond meat dan dan noodles and mentioned it was spicy, I love spicy so that sounded good.Waited a little, got the food and it was piping hot with the dan dan mixture/sauce along with some bok choy. I took a few bites and wasn't in love with it, the bok choy pieces were huge so had to cut through (was eating with chopsticks) but really the thing I noticed was an overwhelming taste of mustard which was a turn off. I was expecting the heat from the sauce which definitely was there but I couldn't get over the taste of mustard so I took the rest to go.I am a person who loves leftovers and usually excited to have them. I really had to hype myself up to have these and not throw it away. But I persevered and doctored them up with some additional veggies, spring rolls and chili oil a few days later and it was a lot better. I would come back again even though I am not a vegetarian, the reviews are amazing and the menu looks solid. I'll be sticking the bao next time around.

Absolute fire food and service. We were the only ones in the restaurant at 2pm and they let us indulge ourselves with the buffet. Got a little of everything and whoa so much complex flavors. Complementary naan and dessert. Beats the hunger. Would come again.

It was just ok! I ordered a chalupa and it was overly seasoned and salty. I ate it because I was hungry but it was not good. Also, I order the fried chicken with the mash potatoes and I wasn't a fan of the taste. It was blah!I though the chicken was very good and it was crispy but everything else was a disappointment. Not sure if i recommend this place. I guess I would have to try other things in the menu but I don't know!

So I'm not vegan but I have been trying some of Yelp's Top 100 list if I end up visiting a certain city on my normal travels.I stopped in and ordered an Ebi Tempura Roll to go. OH. MY. I feel like I could be vegan and just eat this - I'd be absolutely happy with that! I sometimes lean on the picky side of eating but this could have fooled me. Whatever they used as the "shrimp tempura" was great and I would definitely order it again. Staff were friendly and service was quick. I would say though, I ordered online and it gave me a pick up time but I got a text about 20 min sooner than that, saying it was ready but I wasn't planning until arriving just before the ETA. I just get a little cautious of my food waiting so long so that was a little off putting. Other than that, would probably return on my next Denver trip!

What do you learn from cows, buffalos and elephants? You cannot reduce weight by eating grass and walking. It's impossible. So might as well splurge and enjoy the good food out there. So happy Tandoori Flames is my hidden neighborhood gem and one of the best ethnic restaurants in Castle Pines. Tucked in the smaller strip mall coincidentally next to my favorite nail shop, you will find Ruby slaving ingredients from scratch over a hot stove serving some of the best Indian food I have had in awhile. Authentic, fresh and so worth the drive here. But most of all, you'll come to chat up with Ruby. She's darling, one of a kind and certainly one of the most friendly welcoming owners and restaurateurs. Start with the garlic naan and cheese naan. Yummy for the tummy. And perfect for dipping in the chicken tikka masala sauce. Perfection honestly. Hands down, I am a big fan of the sizzling kabob dinner platters. So tender and flavorful, generous in size I would recommend the Seekh kabob. Naturally I couldn't wait to finish my meal so I could have the masala chai tea and kheer dessert. Ooeemmggee I went to heaven. The honey and sugar in the kheer is not too sweet, just the right balance of delishness only a fantastic cook like Ruby can capture. This chai is how every tea should be made. The delicate marrying of ginger, cinnamon and cardamom achieved truly a cup of happiness. We did also get to try local Indian beer and my favorite was the Bira comparable to a Hefeweizen. The Old Monk 10000 Super Beer pours a golden light but has sweetness of more a malt beer. Tandoori Flames has been on my list but not everyone is adventurous and a fan of Indian food like I am. Thank goodness this cute guy I snagged loves Indian food. Walking in, it's like being invited into Ruby's home for an intimate get together. So if you are craving homemade Indian food or need a pick me upper after a rough day, come sit and eat Ruby's cooking. Your energy and vibe will change entirely walking in here.

Still loving this place. Tried two "new to me" items of their menu: Classic burger and Chili. Wow! Move over chickin burger I found new favs! The chili is quinoa based and the burger was super juicy. Left super satiated and happy as usual.Clean. Organized layout. Cashier was very patient and helpful.Forgot to take pics but next time I will for sure!

They have won me back over after a couple of bad dishes. I would love to finish eating my way through their menu before I skip out of Denver, and almost have. Love the fried cornbread and pineapple fried rice the best. Plus mocktails and drinks to tempt everyone! BUT last night tried their rice pudding and that might be my new favorite! They also had drunken noodles on special and I tried the mac and cheese too, all great. Servers are good to great! You can tell a good restaurant if the staff eats there every day and still loves it -- I also heard the owner was in the kitchen which probably contributed to the food being so dang good.

Sometimes, the places that really advertise as vegan are trying to push a message on you, or they're just playing to a captive audience with subpar product, but this place was all about the food. Ordering a chickpea and cabbage dish got me the hearty little black chickpeas that are different that the larger white ones you get in most American and European cuisines. Various whole spices were scattered throughout my dish, and the spice level which I asked to be high was eye-watering. A delicious dish, and while the rice seemed more than I needed given that I also ordered a fried bread, the spiciness of the chickpeas let me to use all of my (very fluffy) rice to dilute the heat. A cashew milk chai came unsweetened and had some good flavor, but I did add a small amount of the sugar they offered on the side.I wished I'd had room to try more. For being vegan, this was indulgent cuisine, and the sort of place that I wish was easier to find.

"We had such a lovely experience here. The server was wonderful - very attentive. If you get nothing else - get the cauliflower. It was so delicious. It was the star of the meal and we tried many things. The tacos had good flavor but they were the least memorable item we had. Pineapple fried rice - YUM!!!I also had a phenomenal old fashioned as well. As a gluten-free person it was a carefully selected restaurant and 60% of the menu is gluten-free but another 30% could be made to be gluten-free. I was not expecting this cute, trendy, hipster, place from the unassuming front but it was wonderful. I wished that I had more time in Denver to be able to make it to their brunch; next time? The only annoying part about this is that the parking in the area is a PITA and we went during the week during the day."
"Great to finally have a fully vegan restaurant in highlands ranch. Food is greatThe rewards points is also great for discounts I wish they were on door dash"
"This is hands down the best Indian food I've had in the Denver area. My husband and I got takeout and shared:- Shahi Paneer- Mysore Masala Crispy Dosa- Dahi Papari Chaat- Garlic NaanEverything was delicious and full of flavor. I'd happily come back to try more of the menu."
"Delicious Thai food at this little restaurant near Pindustry and Carerra's tacos. I got the massaman curry with chicken which had very delicious flavors. The carrots were particularly amazing to me. Great flavors! I also had their raspberry basil lemonade which was very tasty and refreshing. Will be back next time I'm in the area."
"Ordered takeout online. The website says delivery only, but they just mean you can't get the food from this pop-up as dine-in at the caribbean restaurant it shares a kitchen with. The Munashe Curry and Laziji Nuggets were spicyz funky, and unique, and the sesame tofu was well-executed normcore food, smart to have on the menu. Attention to detail with the branding is appreciated as well. Value was shockingly excellent for something so trendy. I'm going to make more rice and get a second meal out of the curry.Excited to see what they do next."
