"Very friendly service. The staff member that greeted me walked me through the menu and introduced herself and welcomed me in. They just opened a few days ago so weren't serving breakfast sandwiches yet but had a nice offering of Banh Mi sandwiches and other traditional sandwiches for around $11 plus tax. They also offer a daily selection of pastries.I ordered the chicken Bahn Mi. The chicken was tender and had good flavor and the bread was incredibly tasty and crunchy. There was a nice portion of the pickled veggies and their sauce had good flavor,I was a little disappointed to see how the Vietnamese iced coffee was made -- it was poured straight out of premade bottle rather than being house made. I will definitely be returning to try some of their other sandwiches. 4.5 stars"

"Lloyd's is a solid, down-to-Earth neighbor sandwich joint! They have a ton of meat and topping options. You can build your own or pick from one of their already curated classics. Either way, they'll build it fresh on the spot. If you're not that hungry, you can just get a half. My friend and I loved this option! The staff seems to be in good spirits. They'll gladly share their favorites with you and try to help you decide on the best sandwich for your liking. The cashier helped me land on the Reuben! He said, "It's one of our most common orders, and I think we do it pretty well." Sold me. And guess what? It was exactly that. My friend got a cold fully loaded turkey sandwich, and I have to say, "It was the move." She seemed to be very satisfied! I'll be getting that next time. MY FAVORITE PART: The vibe! There's no big frills here, and I love that. It reminded me of The Hub from That 70's Show with retro sitting and a few games in the back. Just a chill place to hangout with friends and have a bite!"

"Stopped in at Oscar's Eats on the way to the airport. Orders the Italian Sandie which was delicious. The hearty bread was packed with thinly sliced Italian cold cuts and topped with roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini, provolone, and vinaigrette. It hit the spot. It took about 10-12 to make the sandwich so would be a good idea to order ahead of you're in a hurry."

"I put off trying this Australian inspired spot for months because I kept thinking "it's just rotisserie chicken"-well I'm so glad we got Chook Chicken last night because it was truly delicious! The chicken is juicy, the housemade sauces like smoky macha and piri piri are super flavorful, the sides of fluffy pacific rolls and browned butter squash, even the green goddess salad is one of the best and most unique salads I've ever had. And first time having a lamnington for dessert- if you like coconut this cake is a must!"

"Damn the torpedoes!Torpedo Coffee is a reliable coffee shop in Park Hill/Oneida Park. They serve great coffee and a variety of breakfast sandwiches and burritos. One of the more robust food options for a coffee shop other than the typical pastry case.One thing I like here is the variety of artwork displayed. It's cool to spotlight great artists and they have ample eye candy on the walls. We spent a few hours here on Sunday and the playlist was awesome. You know you've found a great coffee shop when you don't have to plug in your earbuds!Baristas are uber friendly and work efficiently. Very quick to empty the dish bin, serve up food and top off your coffee. Oh, the best part of Torpedo are the free refills of drip coffee! Corvus coffee refills? Say no more.My only negative is I just wish they were open later. They close at 2:00pm every day. And you know what, good for them. But selfishly I know that if they were open later they'd be more in my weekly rotation.In a great neighborhood with plenty of surrounding options like Esters, Dang, Illegal Pete's, etc. If the weather cooperates, take your coffee on the patio. They have lots of seating out there and it's covered. Cheggitout!"

"We were downtown and were in the mood for some pizza and noticed that this place had great reviews! Once we arrived we loved the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. Also once you check in you get a free cheese slice! Awesome!We ended up ordering the Large Brooklyn Bomber w/ cheese bread. They also provided Military discount which was amazing as well.Once the pizza came out it looked amazing and the taste was just as good! The cheese bread was also great! I would definitely recommend coming here if you're in the mood for pizza!"

"Inga's Alpine Tavern is aptly named. When you walk in, you definitely get those cozy mountain basement vibes. The ambiance is fitting for a neighborhood, locals-only watering hole.I want to like this place more than I do. I've been here a few times since the kitchen is open fairly late (by Denver standards) and it's a nice place to chill and watch a game. But $6 Coors Banquets and $8 canned beers? This isn't a high end cocktail bar, this is more of a dive. Too steep for the quality of what you're getting.In terms of food, y'all should know by now I'm a wing lover. I even have a chicken wing tattooed on me. KIDDING, but maybe I should...$15 for an order of wings is pretty standard with inflation, so that I don't necessarily care about. But these wings are tiny with a lowercase t. There's not much meat on them, and the flavors leave you wanting more. They do load up on the carrots and celery...but that shouldn't be the most exciting part about a chicken wing adventure.Maybe their wings aren't all that and I should expand my horizons to other menu items. They do have great pictures on their website, but I've never personally seen food that resembles it in person.Like I said, a super cozy neighborhood spot. I've just been let down with the food options a few times. Honestly it won't completely deter me from coming back, I just feel like I'm getting the short end of the stick here!"

"Snarfs is my favorite local sandwich shop/chain in Colorado! Each sandwich is handcrafted with love and fills me up every single time. I've tried most of what they offer but a couple stands out particularly their motherclucker and Italian sandwiches. Their house peppers are to die for and adds a nice little zing to each bite! In the photo was their special which was the Italian but with meatballs and marinara which was amazing.Ok but what about their off menu offerings? Boy get the Mother clucker now! Rotisserie chicken, veggies and the secret ingredient...honey! It adds a nice little sweetness which cuts into the saltiness to the toppings. You won't be disappointed! We've only been two of their locations, which are the cherry Creek and University shops, but both provide amazing service and good eats."

"Parked right on that little cement island on 16th and Broadway is the Philadelphia Filly. I have walked by this cheese steak truck about a zillion times and every time I think, I should go there for lunch next time! Finally, after months I did just that! You can get your cheese steak any way you want (onions, mushrooms, peppers, etc....). It is basically $6 for a basic cheese steak plus .25 extra for all their many toppings. The sandwich itself isn't big. In fact it is maybe a 6 inch (ish) sub size. Still, even though I think it is a little on the small side it makes up for it by packing in the flavor. The bread is a chewy soft roll and the meat is perfectly cooked with the cheese and onions oozing within the chopped slices. It is perfect street food. The couple running it are really friendly too. They make the ordering process quick and easy! Its a good stop if you need a quick fill up of meat and cheese. I won't be passing it up again!"

"My husband and I have been to Morning Story in Marion Iowa and Denver and we're excited when we saw that there would be a location opening in the Denver Tech Center, near our favorite coffee house.We knew they had opened about 5 weeks ago and decided to wait a bit to let them get going.This location is very reminiscent of the Marion, Iowa store in the decor.My husband ordered the smokehouse Benedict and I ordered the traditional one. Both were delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We will definitely return.It is nice to see a breakfast option in this area. There are many other options many with a Mexican flair. "So we've been meaning to try this place since it is newer near us. I got a 2 piece white chicken meal that comes with a cheddar biscuit and 2 sides. I got Mac and cheese and the cucumber / tomato salad. My fiancé went to order it to-go. The skin on the chicken was super crispy and my wing was still connected to the breast which was different but I liked it. The cheddar biscuit was delicious. We had actually gotten a side of them and it came with honey butter. I could've ate the whole thing just as my dinner. The Mac and cheese was very good. And the cucumber salad was refreshing. I really enjoyed this! I'm happy to find a go-to fried chicken place that isn't fast food. I love Popeyes and this Mac and cheese is like theirs but way less greasy! My fiancé got a chicken sandwich with bacon and really enjoyed it. Now, if they can just make the fried chicken with spicy flavoring in the breading - then I'd be here every week!"

It was a nice small town just 1/2 hour outside Denver. Scenic mountains views, nice old community town feel. Progress & growth will eventually make it deminish.
