"Lucky Uptown, Denver. Affordable and healthy is in their neighborhood! Their focus is scratch-made and wholesome food made to order.Featured dishes:FARMHOUSE SCRAMBLE Two scrambled eggs with roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, spinach and provolone. Served with a green salad, roasted potatoes and toast. I added the pulled pork to it.BOGOTA Hash. Two over medium eggs,* chorizo, roasted sweet and white potatoes, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, cheddar cheese .Patio out front. Catch some sun. Enjoy good food with good people!"
"Cool hipster hangout that leaves an impression. I enjoyed a pour over with Colombia coffee sourced from North Carolina. Barista was very friendly and from Destin, Florida. I enjoyed a good conversation with her. The music playing in the coffee shop was lively hip-hop music. The food looked good, but I decided not to eat today. I would go back to try. I liked how spacious the coffee shop is with plenty of seating both inside and outside. Prices of coffee were about standard.A very cool neighborhood cafe."

"The vegan squash torta was so good! It's a casual restaurant which you order at the counter then they bring your food to the table. I've never had a torta like this before and I really enjoyed trying something different! There is street parking and a few lots around where you can park though it does cost."
"I worked here 3 years ago and they have definitely upped the dessert quality and variety the HH $5 cocktails taste amazing... love the music selection this afternoon. Service with a smile and clean environment."
"Great value for the enormous portions of food they give you. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The menu is very extensive and anyone can get something at this restaurant. The food came out really fast also even when the place is busy. I'm glad I have stumble upon this and it will be one of our spots to visit whenever we come to Lakewood."
"I absolutely love Rosebud. They are conveniently located close to downtown. The staff is always so friendly and always greet me with a smile. I absolutely love their dirty chai!! I have had their bulletproof coffee and then I wanted to try more of their menu so the next time I came in, I ordered their dirty chai. For now, I am stuck on the dirty chai because it is so delicious and I can't bring myself to order something else. You can also get it iced and it is equally delicious!!They refill your own mug so you can be eco friendly."
"This place Never disappoints! I always get the DuckAnd Bacon FriedRice and loco moco every other time. This is Hands down the Best Gravy with mushroom loco moco ever! I'm born and raised from Hawaii where loco moco came from and you can get it literally every 2 minutes from fastfood to restaurants. This is My Favorite Gravy ever, the atty is cooked perfect even after delivery it's perfect and I'm 45 minutes away. I always grt the BOGo maple bacon and duck fried rice. They are So Succulent! It's still a very affordable price, trust me it's worth every penny! I haven't had the congee in a while because I makeMy own, but I remember itBeing Delicious so I'll get that next time."
"Pretty cool old style diner located in a shopping plaza in the Lakewood suburb of Denver. Very non impressive from the outside but the inside had a very old timey feel and was pretty busy with locals. If the menu had some crazy stuff, triple D might come by.We got a hamburger plate and a Mazatlan skillet. Portions were very good and the taste was solid. Burger and fries were well cooked and had a home made taste to it. The skillet was heavy and solid. Safe to say this brunch was more well received than some of the hipster brunch places nearby that we tried, which pretty much try to copy Snooze."
"Ambiance: it's a trendy coffee place in the neighborhood, high ceilings and stylish decorations Service: very friendly and patient with requests, you order from the counter and grab the number, and pick your drinks at the counter and they'll bring the food to your table Food & Drink: simple food items and variety choices for coffee drinks B(S)T - ***** RUSTIC BREAD, APPLEWOOD BACON, SPINACH, TOMATO MAYO, crunchy and tasty, choice of side salad, highly recommend BIG CHEESE - **** RUSTIC BREAD, MIX OF MOUNTAIN CHEESES, creamy and crunchy, recommend HAZELNUT LATTE - **** balanced taste, recommend HOT CHOCOLATE - *** with whipped cream, sweet tastePrice: decent quality and affordable prices, expect $20~$25 per person for a quick lunch bite"
"Highly recommend 3 sisters for lunch in downtown. Come early because the line gets full quick! They have the best soups and sandwiches are tasty as well. Everyday they have about 6 different soups. You can call their phone number to see what soups they are cooking up that day. Not to mention the guys who work here are so friendly. No soup nazi's here."
"I've passed by many a time while shopping at King Sooper or getting sushi right next door (Yama Sushi is awesome by the way!), but decided to come check out this place with some friends one morning for brunch. It felt nice to sit outside at a high top table since the weather was pleasant that day. The food was good, although definitely on the pricey side. I tried the monte cristo and French onion soup- yum! The only thing was that our server was a bit odd... he was listening to our conversation as he was clearing our plates and then jumped into our conversation and brought up a fairly inappropriate topic. Also, the clientele sitting inside (At least that day) were all over 60, so definitely a popular spot with the older crowd!"

This is a wonderfully cute little bakery spot where you can get breakfast and lunch, too!I was looking specifically for a carrot birthday cake for coworkers and searched in the area online. So glad they were one of the spots to populate. This carrot cake was PERFECTION. The frosting is exactly how it should be, super cream cheesy and not sugary or gritty at all like some other places like yucky grocery stores do. The cake inside was super moist. I Loved the addition of pecans and strawberries. The strawberries goes so well with that cream cheese, too. Candied ginger can be more of a some like it some don't but I think it fits in this type of cake in the spice cake family -- and easy to avoid if someone doesn't prefer it. I personally think the strawberries & pecans are enough. And this cake wasn't too spiced either which I also liked. I will definitely be coming back to this bakery for more birthday treats, we celebrate monthly, and I will 100% be back for another amazing perfected carrot cake!!! I'm going to try to remember to ask if they can write HB on the cake itself instead of the separate chocolate placard because it just got wasted and was an extra up charge, too, that I didn't know about -- that should be an optional question with the order versus automatically added. It's just more to remember on my part that I wish they'd ask me instead. Please go support them they're amazing!!

Crema never disappoints. The almond croissant and sweet potato waffle are decadent. It is pretty loud and bustling so probably not the best place to work if you are looking for low key but great outdoor spot out back.

I was recommended this place by a local and decided to give it a shot. The pictures do not look very good I have to say. I ordered the lambwich and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. The meat was tender and ciabatta was good. It was an overall really great sandwich. Casual atmosphere- order first and seat yourself.

Louis' is one of Golden's local hidden gems, located in a quiet business area, right next to the Post Office! If y'all really know me you know I'm a sucker for some goooood French toast. Well, Louis' Cafe's nailed it! Their Hawaiian French toast is crispy, coconut crusted French toast topped with fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon, pecans, coconut flakes, & whipped cream. They also serve up authentic Mexican cuisine plus classic breakfast staples like skillets and pancakes all day long!Their service is fantastic, so this is a great spot to grab a solid breakfast if you're in a pinch!

I was in the neighborhood visiting Denver and enjoyed lunch at Rosebud Cafe twice. Their coffee, sandwiches, and customer service are all very good. The first day, I had a tasty tuna sandwich on sourdough bread. The tuna sandwich was fresh and delicious. On my second visit, someone recommended their hot turkey sandwich with pesto. This sandwich was excellent! Probably the best hot sandwich that I have eaten in a long time. The clean cafe has ample room inside, with tables and chairs along the perimeter outside. They serve sandwiches, salads, & all sorts of sweet treats like scones, cookies, and various pastries. The coffees and teas are popular choices here. I had a strong cup of coffee on my second visit. In the morning, Rosebud Cafe can get busy. Omar rang my order up and had my lunch ready within five to seven minutes. Thanks to Omar for his friendly customer service! On my next visit to Denver, I will make sure to stop here for a cup of coffee and sandwich.

This review is based on a single visit on 6/30/24.- Food: A tour guide from Delicious Denver Food Tours recommended this place specifically for their breakfast burritos so I got one with barbacoa as the meat option. It was a super-hefty chonky boi, stuffed to the brim with crispy diced potato, the aforementioned barbacoa, scrambled egg, cheese, and a type of salsa-y sauce. I really enjoyed devouring it, but would have loved it even more had the ratio been more egg-heavy.- Ambience: Cute. Almost a French bistro vibe.- Service: Counter service was quick and efficient. I arrived about 10 min after they opened and was served very quickly.

Our #1 spot to go for breakfast, the food is always prepared to high standards. This is not a hit & miss dining experience. I usually get the pork chops & eggs or the chicken fried steak & waffles ( separate ) but together is amazing. The service is always great as well and very friendly. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere to just enjoy your meal with family and friends.

"What a great day to sit in the patio at Katherine's. If there wasn't so much noise that's coming from University, this would be a perfect spot to feel like dining in a cafe in Paris. The background music at the right volume soothed me.I met up with a friend of mine at this place for a brunch at 10:30am on a Saturday. From the past experience, I knew it might be hard to grab a table during the peak time in the morning especially on a Saturday. I needn't worry; there were a good number of tables available inside and outside. This place has everything: from benedicts to crepes to quiches to French toasts to fruit cups to salads, I mean you name it. Out of so many items on the menu, my friend and I went with crepes.I went with Boulder (crepe). It's got sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, spinach, haystack goat cheese, sun-dried tomatoes. I asked for an addition of one-egg scrambled. My friend went with Breakfast (crepe) (bacon, egg and cheese) with avocado addition. Just so you know, they have both savory and sweet crepes. My crepe was amazingly good; A little tanginess that comes from the sun-dried tomatoes did the magic by adding a great flavor to the entire dish. And both hers and mine crepes were a good size (we couldn't finish it so we asked for boxes.)Now, this place got busy after 11:30am. It took such a long time before our waitress got us the boxes and the bill (because she was busting her bottom.) We were very understanding of it; it appeared a little short-staffed and fortunately, we had time. We, of course, stopped by at the display of cakes and pastries to look at before walking away from the restaurant. Everything looked amazing but I went with the lemon tart. My friend got her a chocolate croissant. There was a huge display of Eiffel Tower built with Lego pieces (which had a sign that said "Do not touch"); I took a picture of it. Cookies that are shaped like Eiffel Tower were very cute."
"I love the story. Fuji Cafe is Japanese and Nepalese influenced. A true mom and pop, family run business. Momma bear was in the kitchen and baby bar served. I ordered a matcha latte which was the best I have ever had. Full disclaimer this was only my second one. I ordered the vegetable stew. I thought it was delicious but after looking at other dishes at adjacent tables, I should have ordered differently. I sat at the bar and enjoyed my conversation with Sherpa. Super nice kid with a bright future"
"This place is one of my favorite cafes, with well rounded offerings from coffee, alcoholic beverages, wine, fresh pressed juices, food, pastries and cakes. What really stands out for me are their cakes. I've tried every single one with the chocolate fudge being my ultimate must have at least once a month. Yes they re pricy for their size, but packed with quality and taste out of this world. Definitely a must try, and don't forget to let it sit out to acclimate to room temperate before engulfing. Their flatbreads are a great choice as well. They have a plethora of coffee drinks from classics to specialty ones. I typically stick to espressos, Americanos, or drip coffee, but I tried the Cafe De Olla and actually enjoyed it. The service is always delightful and pleasant. The interior is comfortable and well lit, and very modern with a warm finish. There is ample seating inside and out. Overall a place to check out when living in or visiting downtown Denver., it won't disappoint."
"Nice, hometown restaurant. Clean. Friendly service. Good food. My daughter loves the biscuits and gravy."
"Cool little coffee shop in Aurora! It's quite minimalistic inside. There are tables on the ground level as well as in the upstairs loft area. There's a stage ready for live entertainment. They have free Wi-Fi, so it's a convenient place to do some work or surf the internet while you enjoy your drink & bakery item. They offer so many different food options: croissants, cookies, Danishes, muffins, scones, sandwiches, etc.I think I had a dessert coffee! I ordered the Snickers Coffee. As the pieces of Snickers melted, it made the drink seem like a Mocha! I actually enjoyed chewing the peanut bits at the bottom of the cup! Such a decadent cup of coffee!I like their logo... an owl with a coffee cup! It's so artistically rendered!I would definitely return to get the Snickers Coffee and maybe try a baked good. I love little independently owned coffee shops!"
"Grabbed a breakfast burrito togo the other day and it was delicious! Ingredients are fresh and not heavy. Really good ingredients and selection of togo breakfast items including sandwiches, burritos, biscuits and gravy. I will be back!!"
"My coworker and I loved this little gem! Not only are the salad portions huge, but the salad options themselves were great as well. My first day here I got a salad with smoked salmon, and this was super tasty with the parsley vinaigrette. We also had the hummus to share, and the pita bread was delicious and unique. The second day we came for lunch, I ordered the roasted cauliflower pita bowl as a salad- how cool! It was also super delicious, and both the carrot dressing and tahini dressing were tasty. We had to get the hummus and pita again with our lunch because it was so addicting. Great find in this area of Denver."
"The review here is a little late coming, but I will say we really enjoyed this gem. We stumbled upon it looking for some warm drinks and a snack. Very cool vibe, just like I'd expect it to be. Cool urban setting with great drinks and good food. Reasonably priced and delivered with a smile. Thanks and we'll be back when we're in town!"
"This place is heaven for a vegetarian. The amount of options they have is incredible, and it's all so tasty. It's takeout or delivery only but it is so so worth it. I hope this place flourishes so I can keep going for forever. They're really good about making sure they get vegan/vegetarian right too. So great. All around."
"I am a lover of greasy spoons and I LOVE this greasy spoon more than most! The fantastic homemade sweet roll was the perfect starter to the lightest biscuits I have ever tasted. The white gravy with smoky sausage was very good, but the biscuits were life changing! The endless cup of coffee have me endlessing running to the rest room the rest of the day, but that's on my not my attentive firecracker of a waitress, who never let the bottom of my mug see the light of day.The prices are ridiculously low, especially for the quality and portions provided. I look forward to getting back and continuing to work my way through their menu."
"Hubs and I are going on a Mommy Daddy mini getaway and needed a place for coffee and food. After some searching I found this joint. My husband cracks me up: as we walk in..."There's no one here!" That's his number one rule: people=good food. "It's also 10am and a weekday. Trust the process I say."We were greeted with excellent service by a young brunette lady..sorry I never got your name..rude of me right? We we're served excellent coffee which..I saw some reviews that criticized the coffee...life must be hard for you if that's your #1 complaint my friends. Too strong...add creamer. I settled on the avocado toast with sourdough bread while the hubs had the green chili omelette. Simple and freaking delicious! My compliments to the chef. Good service, yummy food, and a comfortable environment what else could you want!?"
"My review is of Karen S.. Suitable name Karen.. first of all almonds have zero teats.. call it what it is .. Nut juice... dairy free products really ? It's a bakery Karen. I'm sure your first choice will be just fine for you .. for the normal people this place is awesome"
"First time at this new Denver restaurant. They are on the northwest corner of Broadway & 6th Ave near the Denver Health complex and Mariott hotel. They offer coffee, Persian teas, and smoothies with breakfast items 7am-11am, then lunch & dinner until 8pm Mon-Sat. They offer several Persian related beverages and foods in addition to the usual light lunch and dinner fare. I started with their creamy barley soup made with veggies and topped with olive oil and a full size pita cut into triangular shapes. You can add proteins like chicken, steak and salmon. Very good. Next I got their "The Green" salad with a bed of spri g mix, chopped walnuts, whipped feta cheese, cucumbers, green tomatoes with a lemon olive oil dressing. Crunchy and refreshing. I added a cup of hot Persian black tea with Oat Milk. I also a personal size thin crust pizza with roasted chicken, walnuts, sun-dried tomatoes and tarragon with a creamy garlic sauce instead of tomato sauce. A great pizza. They have 2 other versions, cheesy eggplant and pepperoni. You order at the front counter and they bring out the food. The hot tea was served in a china cup. Despite being next to both Broadway & 6th Ave, there was no traffic noise. They have several high top tables and 4 booths. There is also a couch with antique furnishings for relaxing nearby. The have 2 gender free restrooms. They have soft drinks, but no alcohol. There is large dessert display case with both American style & Persian pasties, like baklava."
