"Wow this is my new go to place. They have coffee bar, they have homemade biscuits, homemade cinnamon rolls, thick cut bacon - what else could you ask for? The eggs Bennie was wonderful - the Hollandaise is perfect amount of creamy and slight tang. The potatoes they call Browns are great not too crispy not too hard. The pancake was really good. The waitstaff is young I think more teens or just out of high school but they were nice. Will definitely return."

"I got a burger and fries from here delivered. I really enjoyed it! It was priced right, the burger and toppings were very good and the patty was well seasoned. It was exactly the burger that I needed after a day of drinking. No opinion on the service and ambiance but 100% recommend this place. It deserves a higher rating for sure."
"I'm really impressed with this place. They got the fast casual down and still retained that fine dining experience. After ten years and three locations this local business with CO-born Chef Clint and his business partner Chris is killing it! Their menu is small and is uncomplicated. You won't be embarrassed to take a date here. They plate their dishes beautifully. Their food is amazing. They serve wine, beers and natural sodas.Everything was really good. What stood out for me was the Grilled Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf and their Chicken Pastrami sandwich. The Pastrami had that perfect heat to it all throughout as you eat it. Nothing serious but it's there. But whatever you order from what we tried , or from their menu is really good. You have to try try everything that we tried: 48 hour Slow Cooked Short Rib, Grilled Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf, Mediterranean grilled chicken, Chicken pastrami Sandwich, and their Beef Stroganoff (special of the day) , salads Super Chop. Rocket Chop and South Chop. Everything we had was so delicious and was served and plated beautifully & priced right. Oh, and you won't be embarrassed to take your date here. Aside from the excellent food, the inside is tastefully decorated. With a covered patio for winter and one that's alfresco for summer! Drinks: Frozen passion fruit & lemon berry"
"We love Molly and Elliot at Tag! This place has been wonderful and welcome addition to the neighborhood!"
"This restaurant is inside the Embassy Suites by Hilton on the ground floor. Lots of different seating areas. Everyone of the seating areas including the bar has TV's that are playing the sports games. Well at least when I was here. I ordered the Colorado Bison Burger ($15) which is a 8 oz bison Patty that has balsamic res onions, roasted garlic aioli, shredded kale, frisse, radicchio, tomato, and Boulder goat cheese. It comes with your choice of Caesar salad, side house salad, Mac & cheese or french fries. My brother got the Sliced Sirloin Steak Platter ($25). It's a 6 oz. top sirloin, Korean BBQ mixed grains, choice of French fries, or Mac & cheese."
"Excited to try this place after seeing the great reviews. The upfront is a little confusing, as it appears to be counter service, which is where we ordered and took a seat, only to then understand it's also table service if you're eating in. Oh well. It all worked out. Not realizing we were getting lunch specials that came with fries., we ordered a few different appetizers to split. The falafel, veggie paneer, and garlic naan were all delicious, as were the hummus, tzatziki and other sauces that came with them. We also enjoyed our lamb tikka masala burger and vegetarian tikka masala burger. The regular and sweet potato fries were fine but nothing special. However, the lunch deal of burger, fries, and drink for a set price was a nice surprise. Everything was good, and we wouldn't hesitate to come here again."
"Those sweet potato fries, though! If you're looking for low carb, whole grain vegan food, look no further. We had the Twister Wrap and the Orange Cauliflower Bowl yesterday -- absolute yumminess. The Twister Wrap is a low-carb option for those of you who care, but it's the most flavorful crispy "chicken" wrap I've had in a while. You get all the textures, which makes this handheld food perfect. (You get the option of grilled or buffalo style as well.) I highly recommend the chipotle sauce option! The wrap comes with a side, and of course I chose sweet potato fries (see my note below). The Orange Cauliflower Bowl looks like real orange chicken and the mix of corn, brown rice, scramble was just the perfect mix. The knowledgeable ladies who took our orders were super accommodating and just very cool about our requests. Our food was executed perfectly. Portion-wise, were both noticing that it was just the right amount.Bonus, which gave this place a 5 stars right away was their decaf and no-sugar iced tea option: hibiscus tea. Hoping their dessert parfaits options will come sugar free some day, or at least low sugar, because I want to destroy those in the best way possible. Also, hat tip to our Uber driver who recommended the sweet potato fries (LOL). They were crispy on the outside and soft in the center. That salt, pepper, herb and cinnamon (?) sprinkle over the fries was just... wow. I'm going to try to recreate it at home because I can't stop thinking about it.Came here for dinner yesterday on a windy evening in Denver! Got specific here as I heard they're planning to expand elsewhere, so I hope they come to L.A.!"
"We fell upon this place after looking for a fun dinner spot. The food was not too shabby but they really shined with their cocktails! A lot of great variety and tasty options. We also had great service & the ambiance was light & relaxed."
"This place is not that obvious, I drove by and had to come back. It's a very simple place but inside is cozy and the staff is super friendly and very welcoming. My Mexican mule was delicious and really the best of this evening. Complimentary chips and salsa. Ordered nachos with shredded chicken and beans. No clue how they would be without the extra charged beans and chicken but they were just gross. I ate it because I was starving but I didn't order anything else. Just look at the picture and you'll see what I mean. I really wanted to like this place especially with good reviews and young new staff, but this was just wrong to serve."

Very hearty meals and priced well. My wife enjoyed her steak, of course she couldn't finish it. This was one of the first meals I couldn't finish either. We saved some for our kids when we got home. Service was on point. Coffee and water was refilled promptly, waitress stopped by periodically to make sure we were good.My only concern is the space. It's pretty cramped here. The management tries to do the best they with what they have.

These burgers are slammin! The guac bacon burger with double patty is a must. The hot island burger and hot dog sandwiches are also really really good! This place is wayyyyyy better than Smashburger.

Dined at Tag Burger Bar this evening and it was nice to see a crowd at the restaurant. It's a great space to sit outside in the summer and have a nice beer. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very friendly and greeted us right away. He took our drink order while we were looked at the menu. We both decided on The Blind Texas burger. The burger was cooked perfectly , but could have used more BBQ sauce on it since you really couldn't taste it. We also got a basket of the onion strings and that was just ehh. I'm trying to figure the word to describe them, but the breading almost seemed to be still wet and not cooked long enough to get the crunch. This was more so on the bigger pieces. I would go back to try different sandwich and a different appetizer.

"Valentine's Day dinner. My husband and I went there for Valentine's Day. They had cute little valentines greetings on the napkins and they brought complementary strawberries dipped in chocolate on a stick for you. They even offered complementary bubbly or rosé. My husband and I started off with the veggie cauli mari and it was delicious. A nice seafood calamari substitute . Then we had French onion soup , it was just the right amount and so tasty. We both ordered prime rib with garlic butter mashed potatoes, and delicious green beans . We ended the meal with some coffee and blueberry cobbler. The staff was so attentive and professional. I can't wait to go back and try their brunch , burgers or bowls, and oh yeah their mocktails are fabulous."
"When something has been around for multiple lifetimes, they must be doing something right. That's also a piece of history I want to be a part of. Arriving on a hot summer day this was the perfect place to stop for cold refreshing inexpensive draft beer. Food prices were reasonable especially the classic burger which they are known for. The food was prepared quickly and was delivered with a giant condiment caddy with all the burger fixings that included onions, pickles, peppers, relish and more. Such a clever idea so you can prepare your burger to your liking. I'm glad I stopped in to this 150 years old institution. Wish I would have inquired more about its history. Next time!Enjoy!!"
"A great local spot for drinks and food! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Fast and amazing service from Bree and Luke every time I come in! Definitely pay Boombox a visit! Great prices too!"
"As a Packer fan in Denver, Swanky's is one of those bars on rotation to watch games. It's hard to even say how I rate Swanky's because of so many pros/cons back-and-forth. It's a smaller bar so it fills up fast for many Packer games. Sometimes, though, this 2021 season where they had the best record in the NFL, it actually wasn't fully packed for each of the times I went. I wonder why?Well, as for me, I don't love the food options they have. It's very basic, boring bar food, which I just think they could do a little better on it. I realized they may not have a big kitchen but still, there are always ways to update the menu and make improvements. The DJ sometimes gets too DJ-happy and is playing, well blasting, the music when I want to hear what they are saying on TV with the football game. Like chill dude, we are here for the game not for the DJ. I really haven't touched all those slushies, because I just think they're probably going to be ridiculously loaded with gobs of sugar and I don't need that in my life or in my head the next day. I'll admit at least that I haven't tried to really say how they taste. Maybe one day I'll ask if I can sample one that doesn't seem too gross (to me personally). But, for those that like these types of drinks, this is the perfect bar for you as they have so, so many slushie options! The staff is usually pretty cool, at least the times I've gone they've been hardworking and attentive. With that said, a pet peeve and something I see in Denver A LOT is a wrong bill. I don't know what it is about this city, but you all need to check and keep and check your bills again, don't leave the receipt on the tables! I've caught so much. And let's get this straight, it should not be wrong in the first place by the establishment or staff - they are responsible for providing correct bills. The customer is not responsible. The last time I went the game-day specials were charged incorrectly and I paid an extra 10 dollars. I only counted the number of drinks and didn't realize until the next day looking at the receipt, the # of drinks was correct but price per drink wasn't. I had to go back to that area so brought it with me to stop back in and ask about it and hope to get it fixed. My same server was there but she wasn't sure what to do, another server chimed in and told me to talk to someone behind the bar. The first thing this guy had the nerve to tell me was to blame ME and say why didn't I see this the day of (mind you this was only a couple of days after). I barely got to start answering him and another guy came over to help, he turned around and was doing something and turned back around to hand me the $10 cash, which is a MUCH better way of handling the situation than foolish guy #1. I don't know Swanky's is just ok."
"Casual lunch in a welcoming restaurant with plenty of room and not much noise. Service was friendly and the food hot and tasty. The cauliflower nuggets were crispy and gluten free. A special treat for me. The sweet potato fries were crispy outside and soft inside. The best I've ever had!We hope to come back again on our next trip to Denver!"
"Delicious, flavorful, bright, crisp, clean! This inauspicious little spot is hopping with business, both take-out and dine-in. Fortunately, they're also fast! Lots of parking, but busy. And courteous; all were welcoming, solicitous. This will continue to succeed. Recommend!"
"10s across the board! I was here for a bachelorette brunch and the queens delivered! The theatrics, flexibility, energy, sanging, stage presence, and ability to keep the crowd hyped for the entire show was unmatched! We need them in New York City STAT! Oh and I ate food. I ordered the Proud Mary burger (bland) and my friend got the Buffy The Burger Slayer (okay). I will never find it not comical that she had an entire head of garlic in her burger (like more than 9 whole cloves)! I've never seen that before and we were appalled lol. I don't really care about the food though because I was here for the show and the show gave me life. That is all."
"So glad I found this place and so close to my new place...came in here last night to get out of heat and this place keeps it nice and cool. This place would be great to watch any sporting event. They have TV's everywhere and from any seat is a good seat. Once seated my super friendly waitress Maddie was awesome. She was Johnny on the spot with everything made this a great experience. Their menu is upscale bar food with tons of great choices. For dinner I had the triple threat chicken sandwich which consisted of bringing the heat 3 ways with chipotle mayo, pepper Jack cheese and Cajun fried chicken breast. Topped with frizzled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato and bacon. Served on a kaiser bun. Served with crispy perfectly seasoned fries. This was a great sandwich and wasn't that spicy at all. I would've actually preferred a little burn but either way was super delicious! I washed this down with their house margarita which had good flavor but a I would've liked it a little more stronger. Either way I will be back and I would suggest this place."
"I realized that I can't invite friends to Avanti F&B for "BRUNCH" anymore because there's not really any brunch-sounding food options. That is, except for the Brunch Burger at Knockabout Burgers! It's located right when you walk upstairs (across from the bar) and they have a decent menu selection, accommodating more dietary restrictions than most burger joints I've seen. The one time I ate here, I got some standard cheeseburger with hatch chiles, but the whole thing tasted like grease. I was confused by the lack of flavor. The garlic parmesan fries were good, though. I'd be willing to try this place one more time. How could I not when they use ingredients like fried prosciutto, black truffle oil, and kimchi slaw? Plus there's shakes that involve peanut butter! While I didn't enjoy my burger (and they actually take a LONG time to prepare) they've been accommodating to people who have special requests, which I appreciate. Not much else to review since the seating and drink situation is on the Avanti side. All that is fantastic. Definitely after some happy hour or evening beers, I could see myself craving a burger, so we'll see how that shakes out next time!"
"I have this problem that I'm immediately a fanboy of any business that's...well...been in business for a long time. Grandpa's Burger Haven has been a Denver mainstay since the 1960's. It's an old school burger joint doing it their way or the highway. And who doesn't admire that? Now there are a few rules when you come here. The words "modern" or "contemporary" or "21st century" are nowhere to be found. The burgers are gigantic, roughly the size of a large donut like an apple fritter. They have regular hamburgers or steakburgers, and they're available in different sizes. From the outside looking in, you'll notice this is a burger stand not a sit down restaurant. There is ZERO seating. These burgers are meant to be enjoyed in your car like the drive thrus of yesteryear. You can try to wait until you're home to dive in, but the greasy smell of that brown bag will force you to dive in.I burnt my mouth devouring those onion rings. Man, these were delicious! Crunchy, well seasoned and piping hot. I love a good onion ring and these were damn tasty.I couldn't believe the size of the large cheeseburger. The burger and bun are the size of your face. All burgers come with mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles. You might like your burgers differently, but I, in fact, love the simplicity of these old school burger flavors. Definitely on #TeamMustard in this house. It's a behemoth to eat. It won't blow your mind, but to me it was properly cooked and dressed. I liked it!For those who love those big, big buns, Grandpa's Burger Haven has you covered. Love it or hate it, they've been in business longer than half of the population has been alive. And to me, you have to respect places that have stood the test of time."
"Firstly, the food was delicious. We weren't sure how good it would be since the menu didn't seem that awe inspiring but we were very happy with the food quality and flavors. Probably some of the best sweet potato fries I've ever had, seriously! The beer list is very large and diverse which always makes me happy and there is a short wine list as well as cocktails.Keep in mind this a "wait-on-yourself" type of place so you'll order your food and drinks at the bar...which may have a bit of a wait because they seemed understaffed the evening we were there. The food did come out in decent time but, again, you'll have to go get it from the counter yourself. I wasn't enthralled with the bartenders personality, he didn't seem enthused about playing the main order taker for all things RiNo Beer Garden and his personality was flat but he was keeping up the best he could. There are booths and counter seating inside as well as some sort of backroom which we didn't explore as well as a large outdoor seating area.Parking is a bitch as the lot is tight and not very large in comparison to the number of patrons the restaurant can house so plan on finding alternative parking in the area...or walk/bike.I liked the food here and beer selection so we'll be back again."
"Prior my son & his wife experienced @ 1 hour wait once you check in person We came in on a Wed evening @5:45 & we got seated immediately. It's for my prebirthday celebrationScotty serviced out table, he got the baby a high chair. It was happy hour, we got happy. IPA are both local & around the Golden area. The All You Can Eat is the best option. Fresh salad bar, beer cheese soup with potatoes & a variety of sprinkles. All you can eat pizza was available fresh outta wood fired oven. Great toppings, fresh produce & crust was just right. You also order your own, it's more expensive bc it's not part of the buffet. The dining area was constantly cleaned & as was the restroom. It was a nice small town just 1/2 hour outside Denver. Scenic mountains views, nice old community town feel. Progress & growth will eventually make it deminish. All in all, good price, quality, service & definitely coming back! Thank Woody's Staff, Scotty our table server."
"Needs a liquor license or needs to allow BYB or Alcohol. My biggest complaint are the chips!!! They need to get better chips. Even my daughter who is 3yrs thought the chips were bad. Everything else was yummy. I love the green hot chili!!! Yum We liked all the dips and salsa was delicious but the chips need to be upgraded. I would pay more to have better tasting chips. I almost want to walk over to King Soopers for better chips. We will be back with our workout bottle full of margs and better tasting chips for all the yummy dips!!!"
"Delicious smash burgers! It's so hard to find real deal smash burgers in Denver, sorry it's true! Doublewide is doing them right! We caught this truck at Ling Table Brewing in Park Hill and we tried the smash burger and the Italian, which is pictured- sad I didn't get a pic of the burger but we were hungry and too excited. Don't sleep on this food truck!"
"I was here for a business trip and this place looked like a good spot to watch Thursday night football that was close to my airport hotel. This place caught my eye, there were TVs playing football and basketball surrounding the bar so I grabbed a seat. The place was busy, both at the bar and tables. One of the bartenders came over and asked for my drink order and brought me a menu after I asked for one. I ordered the enchiladas plate and a glass of red wine. I wasn't expecting much from the wine at a sports bar (just wasn't in the mood for beer). I was expecting a great enchilada based on the name, it was good but just ok nothing special. The enchiladas themselves were good, but all the sides were really just filler. The rice had no flavor, lettuce was just generic shredded iceberg, and the pico was definitely mass produced elsewhere and shipped in.Right after I ordered a group of guys that seemed a little buzzed posted up at the bar next to me. Before that I had a good amount of space, but when my food came one of them kept bumping into me. I can't really blame the restaurant for the clientele that come in to watch games but I didn't stay to watch the end of the game cause I was uncomfortable, they weren't taking my polite hints that I didn't want to talk to them and they smelled. I could've moved, but after sitting at the bar watching the bartenders make drinks I wasn't inclined to order anything else. Any mixed drink had some artificial color or sugary looking ingredients. Mostly I saw them pouring beer and shots, so that meant more people getting buzzed which was not what I was in the mood to be around. If you decide to come to this restaurant, I would stick to beer for drinks. They do have a decent selection on tap. The food was fine but nothing to write home about. Drink prices were pretty cheap, so if you're looking for a good place to watch the game and not spend a lot of money on beer, this would be the spot. If you're looking for good Mexican food and cocktails there are probably better options in the area."
"PRO TIP* join the wait list right on their Yelp page to skip the line!Murphy's Mountain Grill sits creekside off of Main Street in Evergreen. It opened back in 2016. It's locally owned and operated by a husband and wife duo. It's not a very large restaurant, though in the summer the patio is the place to be.Inside is comfortable and cozy, almost rustic cabin vibes. Beautiful restaurant with a small bar, community table, and four top seating. The menu is an interesting mash up of refined meets pub food. They're known for their burgers, so you should probably order one!+Evergreen Smoked Pork Green Chili ($9) // Shredded Cheese, Cilantro, Pickled Red Onions, Pepitas, Tortilla Strips. This was the most dolled up green chile I've ever had. It was also the GREENEST green chile I've ever had. I'm 99% sure they add green dye to it, which I don't seem to understand the reasoning for...Having said that, the flavors were good albeit the neon green color.Southern Charm ($17) // Angus Beef, Espresso Bacon Bourbon Onion Jam, Smoked Gouda, Roasted Garlic Horseradish Aioli, Pickles, Lettuce, served with House Cut Kennebec Fries. If you like strong potent flavors this is the burger for you. It was incredibly garlicky and horseradishy. Some bites were overkill, but the meat was cooked well and the bun was delicious. I scarfed it down! Fries were also very good.Pricing seems appropriate for portion sizes and the overall aesthetic of the restaurant. Definitely a spot to impress someone visiting from out of state. They also have a robust milkshake and cocktail menu!Till we meet again, Murphy's."
"The food was good (ordered the smashburger) but unfortunately rude service outweighed all the good. I went with co workers for a team lunch. I have to warn everyone they charge for basic condiments here. Literally 75 cents for mayo. If they had let me know I wouldn't have had an issue it was the lack of knowledge about that. Will not be returning. When I mentioned that to the server she became verbally aggressive and extremely rude."
"Just came back from having lunch there with a friend. This place has a very nice ambiance, and their great service added to a pleasant dining experience. We also both liked our food. - So why only 3 stars you may ask?No, it wasn't the mandatory 20% gratuity that is added to a check (several reviews mentioned this before). Since it was clearly stated on the menu, plus our server mentioned it to us as well before picking up our check, doing so was quite acceptable. I took one star, because we felt that albeit the food was good, it was grossly overpriced.I had to take a second star away, since they are violating a Colorado law that prohibits pet dogs from being in an inside dining establishment. Health code does not allow that (see photo)."
"Have always enjoyed meals here over the years. The burgers are nicely sized, their fries are crisp and plentiful, and everything on the burger was crunchy and fresh.Cheaper beer prices and a solid rotating set of taps. Staff is friendly and attentive.Parking sucks in the area but a block or two walk isn't bad and helps burn a few calories off of the burger you just inhaled. Not the best wings out there though; they were pretty soggy but still reasonably tasty.Solid all around."
